Golfers will be happy to know that there are a few clubs to choose from nearby, so you can practice your swing. And, the Costa Del Sol's beautiful beaches are only half an hour away by car – take your pick and get comfortable on the sand.

As you arrive at this lovely home, you’ll first be struck by the wonderful views. Your eye is immediately drawn to the mountains in the distance and the far-reaching vista. The outside space is marvellous, with hammocks drifting lazily in the breeze, and quiet corners for moments of meditation. The swimming pool sparkles invitingly in the sunlight, tempting you in for a refreshing dip. We love the dining table on the terrace, and the barbecue – you’re in for some great alfresco feasts here. Watch spectacular sunsets before settling in for evenings spent on the terrace, dining beneath the stars. 

Inside, there’s just as much charm. Bold splashes of colour liven up the neutral colour palette, and high ceilings mean that it’s bright and cheerful. When you want to relax out of the sunshine, there’s plenty of room for everyone to spend time together inside. This is the kind of holiday home you want to return to time and again.

This quaint fairytale cottage is the ideal place for a family or group of friends to enjoy a peaceful Spanish stay. You’ll also have access to the shared facilities on the fabulous resort that this home sits on, including two swimming pools – one with a built-in slide – a sports court, dining pagoda, foosball table, and a gorgeous lake where you can take a boat ride.

We recommend you start your day by making an iced coffee in your fully equipped kitchen and sipping it poolside while you relax on a lounger. Go back to your home to cook up a delicious Spanish breakfast of tortilla and tostadas, and tuck in around your trendy dining set. Have a quick dip in one of the two pools as the sun rises in the sky. Head over to the lake and enjoy gliding along on a boat as you take in the views of the lush greenery around you. As the evening begins, take a bottle of Cava over to the pagoda dining area to enjoy drinks at sunset, and play a few games of foosball while you’re there.

Start your mornings with a cup of coffee on the comfy cushions, slowly waking up with the natural scenery. Mosey over to the pool for sessions of swimming and sunbathing, breaking up the day with a siesta in the hammock. 

Come the romance of the evening, the cute outdoor table is a dreamy spot for alfresco dining. Tuck into plates of tapas and paella, complemented by a bottle of Rioja wine, and watch the sun set beneath the mountains. 

If you fancied a more urban setting or some time by the beach, the charming cities of Malaga and Marbella are just a short drive away. 

Romantic Siestas

With stunning mountain views, you will feel completely at home from the moment you first step foot inside this villa. Surrounded by countryside for company, you can spend time enjoying the Spanish sun in your garden with just the quiet of nature as the soundtrack to your stay. Central to the garden is a large pool just waiting for you to take a refreshing dip, so dive in, enjoy the cool water and listen to the birds singing in the trees. 

When you are ready to rest your eyes, head to your bedroom, climb under the crisp sheets and you’ll be drifting off into a happy slumber in no time. As the light of dawn seeps into your room, climb out of bed and enjoy some quiet time under the pearly glow of the early morning sky. Recline on your sun lounger with a good book and your morning cuppa, and the hours will creep by as the sun comes out in full force and tempts you out to explore the local area. 

Ideally located, you’re within walking distance of the nearest restaurant to sample the local cuisine if you fancy a break from cooking – you are on holiday, after all. Spend your days exploring the local towns, perfecting your golf swing and maybe even visiting the golden sandy beaches of the Costa del Sol coastline. Whether you spend lazy days at home or fun-filled days out and about, you’ll make memories that will last a lifetime.

Bathed in sunlight and boasting panoramic views, this villa is a dream come true. The vistas are at the forefront, no matter what you're up to – be it swimming in the pool, playing ping-pong on the games terrace, or waking up in the breezy bedrooms. The design is ultra-modern and simplistic, but we think it complements the surrounding scenery well. Movie fans will love the at-home cinema room on the lower level, while fitness buffs will make a beeline for the private gym. As for location, the charming white-washed town of Mijas is just 2 kilometres away and the sandy beaches in Fuengirola are a fifteen-minute drive.

Set right in the Sierra de las Nieves nature reserve, this Andalusian villa has been in the same family for five generations and recently received the European Charter of Quality Certificate. Passed down from heir to heir, this home has incorporated more modern touches over the years but the bones of it remain the same, adding a homely touch. Everything from the exposed-beam ceilings to the shuttered windows, ornate headboards of the beds, brick fireplace, and rustic kitchen pays homage to the villa’s beginnings, and we bet you can see yourself finding total and utter peace between the four walls here.

Marbella is a fairly short drive away, and so are four golf courses – good news for any golfing enthusiasts in your party. Spend sun-drenched days in the golden sand of the closest beach or get a new appreciation for the native fauna by exploring the many hiking trails. 

Amongst the Fruit Trees

Found in a more rural location on the Costa del Sol, this home has looks, location, and a peaceful environment going for it. 

Experience it for yourself when you’re sitting out on the terrace overlooking the rolling hills of Andalucia. Savour a glass of red in the shade of the patio umbrella as you enjoy nibbles and watch the young ones splash in the crystalline, private pool. Suitably fuelled, venture outside to soak up the rays on whichever sunspot takes your fancy. 

Peeling yourself away from your private patch of paradise will be no easy feat, that’s for sure – but if you do manage to drag yourself away for a little while, the charm of the tiny streets and stunning white architecture won’t disappoint. There’s also tons of native flora and fauna to marvel at, as well as the foothills of the Sierra de Mijas Mountain range.
