When you want more privacy, you’ll have your own garden to relax in. Cook on the barbecue and soak up the sun. In terms of location, you’re just a four-minute drive from Puerto Banus. The beach is a short drive away, and there are lots of golf courses nearby.

Sitting in a prime position within Marbella's famed Golf Valley, this is one of those A-list homes that boasts not only impeccable style but also a huge range of amenities that will make your stay completely unforgettable.

Given the copious amounts of sunshine that the region enjoys, it makes sense to start outside and what better way to pass summer afternoons than by paddling in the long swimming pool sitting in the middle of manicured lawns? There are plenty of terraces on which to dry off after a dip, as well as a rooftop space from which to admire the natural majesty of surrounding Nueva Andalucia.

There's just as much to like behind the home's white facade. The gym and yoga room will appeal to those that like to start the day with a bit of a workout, while there's also a sauna in which to tend to sore muscles afterwards. In the main house's living room, the contemporary fireplace is both striking to look at and wonderfully cosy once the sun goes down. We've got similarly kind words for the super-sleek kitchen and bathrooms, plus the floor-to-ceiling glass doors that are nothing but generous when it comes to natural light.

This being Golf Valley, it won't be a surprise to learn that there are more than a few courses in the local area, but don't fret if you're not a fan of the sport – the beach town of Puerto Banus is mere minutes away in the car, while both Estepona and Marbella lie nearby, too.

There are quite a few steps to climb here, both indoors and outside, so children will need to be supervised at all times.

There are some included facilities, such as the outdoor pool and tennis court, but the indoor treats incur an extra fee.

Just a fifteen-minute walk from the pretty beach and bustling marina of Puerto Banus, this striking home is cool, comfortable and offers plenty of space for a family or a group of friends. There's even some added flexibility thanks to a self-contained one-bedroom apartment on the lower ground floor – perfect if some of your group feel like having a bit more independence. 

Here, the name of the game is sunshine and relaxation, and where better to let your day-to-day worries melt away than in the private pool. There are plenty of sun lounges to keep everyone happy, a flat lawn for the kids to play on and a lovely, shady covered terrace for relaxing with drinks or dinner prepared on the barbecue. 

But our favourite features have to be the ornate domed ceilings of the entrance hall and the bathroom. Giving some real charm and character to a modern, stylish home, they're quite an impressive sight – especially the one over the bathtub.

Situated on the outskirts of Marbella’s Puerto Banús, this is the perfect place to come home to after a day of rubbing shoulders with the rich and famous. All four floors are accessible via an internal lift, including the roof terrace which boasts gorgeous views of La Concha and the Mediterranean Sea. Even better, this home comes equipped with a private pool, sauna, and Jacuzzi, as well as a dedicated home cinema for relaxing evenings in. Safe to say, when it comes to amenities, this place ticks all our boxes.

Nestled between the Sierra de Ronda mountain range and the Costa del Sol coast, this modern villa is something you’ll remember. The indoor and outdoor kitchens are ideal for cooking up Andalusian-inspired feasts, while the two living rooms offer stylish spaces for indoor entertainment. Outdoors, guests can soak up the sun poolside or sip cocktails in the shaded lounge – bliss. The bedrooms are like sanctuaries from the midday sun, while one of the bathrooms offers a Jacuzzi tub and a hammam-style shower. What’s more, this villa is perfectly located for hiking, golfing or beaching down in Puerto Banus.

The chic open plan living space is perfect for entertaining your family and friends, with its large floor-to-ceiling windows framing the seascape. Rustle up a feast in the kitchen with its Siemens appliances, then head down to the cinema room in the basement to watch a film or have a game of pool (there's a gym down here too). After a fun-packed day, relax in the freestanding bath – bliss.

The sleek kitchen is suited to everything from throwing together some tapas, to whipping up lavish dinners. Make use of the pool table in the second living room and get a tournament going, or enjoy a film on the projector on cosy evenings. 

Five of the seven bedrooms have en-suites. The two lavish main bedrooms upstairs lead out onto the vast terrace, which is fitted with exercise equipment, plenty of outdoor sofas, and a gleaming bar. Steps lead up to the top terrace, where there’s an eight person jacuzzi boasting panoramic views of the valley.

In the summer months, start the day with a dip in the crystalline infinity pool, before an alfresco breakfast on the terrace. The villa is in Nueva Andalucia, within 500 metres of two of the Costa Del Sol’s famed golf courses, and 13 kilometres from Marbella’s town centre. Playa Nueva Andalucia is 2 kilometres away and a heavenly place to spend the day. When you arrive back home, head up to the roof terrace and practise your mixology skills at the bar, before firing up the barbecue and enjoying dinner outside as the stars come out.

Avid golfers have a variety of nearby courses to choose from, but Puerto Banús promises something for everyone just five minutes away.

Part of a low-rise holiday complex, with three shared swimming pools and two children's pools at its heart, this place is made for an easy sun, sea, and sand escape. But if you'd rather have the privacy of your own space, there are private balconies and a terrace with a bird's eye view of Puerto Banus to relax on back at the penthouse.

Surrounded by peaceful palm-strewn communal gardens and a lagoon-style shared swimming pool, you'd hardly believe this apartment complex was just a stroll away from Nueva Andalucía's bustling restaurants and shops and a short drive from glitzy Puerto Banus. We're into the home's fresh, modern interiors, and the private terrace with a barbecue is a nice touch for alfresco evening meals. It's worth noting the cosy fourth bedroom with a single bed is pocket-sized, but it could work great as a child's bedroom.

Besides, with the on-site gym, nearby golf course, and the beach just 2.5 kilometres away, we bet you'll spend most of your time here exploring Marbella.

When you want to eat out, there’s plenty of restaurants nearby to choose from. You’re also a short drive away to the cobbled streets of the old town, and the luxury marina hub of Puerto Banus.

Deluxe By Design 

This home is the lap of luxury indeed, in the yacht-filled town of Puerto Banus where a sweep of sandy beach awaits, just a two-minute walk away. It’s the details that set this villa apart from the rest – the wine cooler for those bottles of bubbly, the jetted Jacuzzi tub surrounded by glass in the main bedroom’s ensuite, and a private sauna to really unwind. The swimming pool is heated, so you can enjoy a swim year-round and there’s a big Weber grill for barbecues by the poolside.

Inside, it’s impressive. Glass doors are automated, and can fold back to blend the huge living area with the terrace outside. Gallery-white walls let the quirky lighting fixtures above the dining table and plush velvet chairs speak for themselves. Yet, there’s something study-like about the main lounge with its wall of shelves showing off all manner of object d’art. The kitchen, with its long, marble-style bar, wouldn’t look out of place in a 1960’s entertainer’s LA pad. Then there are the bedrooms which embrace the sunny climes with floor-to-ceiling windows and glass doors.

And sitting in the heart of Marbella’s golf valley, this apartment welcomes you to experience the bright and sunny spirit of southern Spain.  

Inside, you’ll find the rooms provide a calm space to relax and unwind, while the terrace will draw you outside to soak up the glorious views. Whether you’re enjoying a slow morning coffee or gathering for golden hour drinks as the sun sets, this is the kind of setting that perfectly adapts to suit the mood of the moment. 

From here, make your way to the communal pool for a refreshing swim, spend a lazy afternoon on a lounger or set off on a beach-hopping adventure. Puerto Banús and the nearest beaches are just 3km away, while the glamorous shoreline of Marbella is also within easy driving distance.  

Star of the Sun 

This apartment in Puerto Banús caught our eye thanks to its central location and ample sunlight. With its high vantage point on the 5th floor, you can look out across mountains, sea, and the port – though we were disappointed the terrace view is largely blocked by a neighbouring building. That said, you're so close to the sea – just 50 m – we suspect you'll spend more time experiencing it up close. Location is everything here, with shops, eateries, bars and more within easy reach.

Situated in the heart of Puerto Banús, a ten-minute walk from glamorous beach clubs, super yachts and buzzing nightlife haunts, this villa is perfectly placed for those wanting a piece of the Costa del Sol’s most luxurious enclave. It’s good news for avid golfers, too, as there are a number of world-class golf courses within a few kilometres of your postcode. And if you’re in the mood for something a little more low-key, Los Reales de Sierra Bermeja Natural Park is the ideal place to unwind with a picnic. 

Inside the home, it’s welcoming and comfortable – we loved the uncluttered spaces and sumptuous soft furnishings. Begin mornings slow and steady in the open-plan living area before bowling out into the garden for a day of relaxing by the pool. 

Should you want to take a break from the heat, the patio with remote control awning provides respite from the midday sun. You’ll also find a barbecue for alfresco lunches and a chill-out area for lounging about with your loved ones – this was our favourite spot to end the day, especially with a chilled glass of wine in hand.

Be At One

Just look at the beautiful sea views from this home’s shared rooftop pool (open from the 1st of May until the 1st of October). There’s a private wraparound terrace at this apartment, too – perfect for watching the sunrise over the Mediterranean. There are only four sunloungers, so you may need to pop your towel on one to claim it, but there's a sofa and dining area as well. We love that the bedrooms open out onto the balcony too. This development is within walking distance of San Pedro de Alcántara with its restaurants, bars and beaches, while glitzy Marbella is around a twenty-minute drive away.
