And, with Playa Nueva Andalucía a short walk away and the centre of Puerto Banus a quick drive, this location is perfect for days on the sand and evenings dining along the waterfront.

The Garden of Bliss

This light and bright home puts you at the centre of the Nueva Andalucia resort, with its long sandy beach close by and golf and tennis facilities a short stroll away. The home’s private garden is a peaceful, secluded spot for soaking up the sun – then, when you heat up, you can dive in the generous on-site swimming pool. Inside, bright white walls and furnishings are complemented by homely touches in the form of plants and stylish soft furnishings. Each room features French doors opening onto greenery, while the communal living and dining area is the perfect social space. A sleek, modern kitchen makes it convenient to quickly whip up a snack or prepare meals, and we instantly fell for the super-stylish light fixture over the dining table. It’s tough to choose from dining in the elegant indoors or out on the relaxed exterior patio with its incredible mountain views – so make sure you do both. When you want to eat out, there’s plenty of restaurants nearby to choose from. You’re also a short drive away to the cobbled streets of the old town, and the luxury marina hub of Puerto Banus.

Limonero

Surrounded by peaceful palm-strewn communal gardens and a lagoon-style shared swimming pool, you'd hardly believe this apartment complex was just a stroll away from Nueva Andalucía's bustling restaurants and shops and a short drive from glitzy Puerto Banus. We're into the home's fresh, modern interiors, and the private terrace with a barbecue is a nice touch for alfresco evening meals. It's worth noting the cosy fourth bedroom with a single bed is pocket-sized, but it could work great as a child's bedroom.

Marbella Retreat

Perfect for families seeking a serene holiday in Marbella, this top-floor apartment blows us away with its panoramic views of the sea and mountains. They're best enjoyed from the slightly dated roof terrace, where a private plunge pool and outdoor kitchen await. What's more, you'll rest easy while staying in a gated complex with communal pools and safe grounds. Avid golfers have a variety of nearby courses to choose from, but Puerto Banús promises something for everyone just five minutes away.

Radiant Horizon

Just look at the beautiful sea views from this home’s shared rooftop pool (open from the 1st of May until the 1st of October). There’s a private wraparound terrace at this apartment, too – perfect for watching the sunrise over the Mediterranean. There are only four sunloungers, so you may need to pop your towel on one to claim it, but there's a sofa and dining area as well. We love that the bedrooms open out onto the balcony too. This development is within walking distance of San Pedro de Alcántara with its restaurants, bars and beaches, while glitzy Marbella is around a twenty-minute drive away.

Spanish Seasons

Situated among exclusive golf courses and just a short drive from both the beaches of Puerto Banus and Marbella, this stylish villa has a lot to offer. The outdoor boasts a private swimming pool, along with a secluded garden where you can share delicious alfresco meals. It would be hard to beat the mountain views which can be admired from the terrace here, and there’s even an outdoor bar for those evenings of drinks and barbecue dinners under the stars, with the garden's state-of-the-art illuminated irrigation system to wow you. The inside exudes minimalist elegance and offers plenty of bright space. Bear in mind that there are some steps to climb here, including to access the pool area.

Five minutes from Puerto Banus and fifteen minutes from the old town of Marbella, this home is a great base for a family or group of friends. It’s close to a paddle club with indoor and outdoor gyms, so guests hoping to stay active will be happy. The villa is modern, simple and stylish, with a lovely open-plan living and dining area. Best of all, you’ll have a swim spa in the garden to relax in.

With its stylish contemporary architecture, you'd be forgiven for thinking this villa was situated in Miami, but it's not – it's in highly desirable Marbella. We love the views of the Mediterranean sea and the Marbella golf valley of Nueva Andalucia from the gorgeous pool. Take in the vistas with a glass of Champagne or enjoy them from inside too.

The chic open plan living space is perfect for entertaining your family and friends, with its large floor-to-ceiling windows framing the seascape. Rustle up a feast in the kitchen with its Siemens appliances, then head down to the cinema room in the basement to watch a film or have a game of pool (there's a gym down here too). After a fun-packed day, relax in the freestanding bath – bliss.

This area is a golfer's paradise with its location in Anamaya. It’s also close to The Golden Mile and Puerto Banus, just a short drive away.

Comfortable for two couples or a small family, you’ll find everything needed for a relaxing seaside stay here. If the views tempt you away from home, you’re just a short walk away from the beach. And for adventures further afield, the Golden Mile of Marbella is a short drive away and well worth a visit.

There are some included facilities, such as the outdoor pool and tennis court, but the indoor treats incur an extra fee.
