The building boasts a gym and spa, so you can start your days with some well-deserved self-care with a workout, swim and sauna session to set you up for a day of discovering the city. You'll be a stone's throw from the famous "Golden Mile" here, meaning you've got an array of high-end eateries and boutiques practically on your doorstep. Spend a few hours indulging in a little retail therapy, then head to Platea Madrid for lunch, an upscale market that's a favourite among locals thanks to its gourmet food offerings. 

After a day of sampling the rich culture and gorgeous architecture of Madrid, head back for a peaceful evening at home. You'll have your own kitchenette here, which has everything you need to craft some delicious food for dinner. Open up the patio doors and bring the outside in for a dining experience like no other, then take a glass of wine outside on the balcony to watch the sun set over the city.

This luxurious apartment is located in the heart of Madrid’s Salamanca district, surrounded by boutiques, restaurants, and cafes. El Retiro Park is less than five minutes away on foot, there are galleries nearby, and a Metro station is just along the road. Housed in a stately building in a classic Madridian style, the apartment is stylish and sophisticated. High ceilings and large windows make it a relaxing space to return to after seeing the sights of the busy city. 


Madrid Living

Get to experience all that Madrid has in store with a stay at this stylish and modern ground-floor apartment, situated right in the vibrant heart of the old town. This home is an ideal base for a family or an intimate group of friends wanting to make the most of the central location while at the same time enjoying the comforts of their luxurious urban retreat. 

Step through the front door to be greeted by a cosy and light-filled living room with striking wallpaper patterns and elegant furnishings. You’ll want to kick off your shoes straight away and lounge on the plush sofa which invites you to spend long evenings of wine and conversation with your loved ones. 

You’ll be able to share delicious meals with your whole party at the dining table and the well-equipped kitchen will make rustling them up a work of moments. There’s also a private internal patio, with lovely plants, which offers streams of gently filtered daylight to flood the apartment. 

Factor in the luxurious bedrooms and sparkling modern bathroom and you’ve got all you need for a perfectly restful urban stay. Outside your front door, you’ll find yourself in a prime spot from which to explore, with world-famous museums, iconic landmarks and excellent restaurants and bars all on your doorstep. 

Wallpaper Dreams 

This home is full of bright hues, which we love. Found in Salamanca, Madrid’s most luxurious and glamorous neighbourhood, you’re in good hands when it comes to things to do. You’ll find plenty of impressive buildings, shops, popular restaurants, and museums within walking distance. Due to the sleeping arrangements, it’s especially well-suited for a family. We also like that there are two bathrooms, so you’ll avoid long queues for the shower in the morning.

Lemon, Lime, Orange

Located just outside Plaza Mayor’s arches, this ideally located apartment is the perfect base for those looking to soak up Madrid's vibrant, buzzing centre. 

Blending rustic charm with stylish modern accents, this home feels wonderfully Spanish. We love the exposed beamed ceilings and the wood floors, as well as the houseplants and colourful rug in the living area that add additional characterful flair. 
 
The bedroom is elegantly pared back, offering a comfortable night’s sleep, while the dining area invites celebratory homemade tapas feasts when you’re not out sampling the local dining scene. 
 
Our favourite spot, however, is the private balcony with its wide-sweeping views over the city’s rooftops. Enjoy an alfresco breakfast here while catching some morning rays or watch the sunset from your privileged position over an evening glass of Spanish wine. 
 
When you’re ready to venture out for some sightseeing, you’ll find Plaza Mayor less than a minute’s walk away, while bustling Puerta del Sol is a four-minute stroll from your door. Elsewhere, the Royal Palace of Madrid is a ten-minute walk, the famous Museo Nacional del Prado is an eighteen-minute stroll, while leafy El Retiro Park is just over twenty minutes away on foot. 


Mayor Muse

This stylish apartment is blessed with gorgeous views of Chueca Square, one of the most vibrant areas of Madrid. It's a collection of cool bars, top-rate restaurants and boutique stores selling chic clothing. It's a trendy suburb that showcases the allure of Madrid.

The lively main square of Spain’s capital is exactly what you’d expect – historical 15th-century magnificence with a bronze statue of King Philip III in the middle. And of course, the exciting mix of drinking spots and shaded alfresco dining continues. You might be wondering why we’re so interested in this specific spot – well, this is your address.

This modern apartment trades in centuries of history for bright and shiny interiors (you’ve got plenty of history outside). Naturally, the living space features two huge glass doors leading you to a private balcony facing on to the celebrated square. A cushy white sofa and dining chairs around a glass table bring a futuristic feel, while pink orchids contrast with an organic edge.

But while you sip tempranillo and nibble olives with views over the king’s statue, your host has further plans make you feel regal. They can arrange for private city tours, dry cleaning, grocery deliveries, and even themed dinner nights – royal banquet anyone?

The King's View

Situated in Madrazo, just a five-minute stroll from the bustling shop-lined avenue of Gran Vía and its majestic Metropolis Building, this home's location alone is enough reason for us to praise it to the skies. It's right at the heart of the action, though, tucked away on a side street and perched on the third floor, feels delightfully peaceful. Here, you're within walking distance of all the main sights, including El Retiro Park and the Plaza Mayor, both twelve minutes from your doorstep on foot.

From the outset, this home exudes grandeur with its pastel-hued facade and marble tiled entryway. The interior is just as elegant, boasting a calming canvas of high ceilings, wooden floors and stylish decor. Large windows usher in floods of sunlight, and we love the open-plan living space, where floor-to-ceiling French doors open up to not one but four balconies. After a restful slumber, spend mornings roosted here, sipping your coffee in the sunshine with picturesque street-facing views. 

Spend your days strolling through Madrid's palm-lined streets, passing neoclassical architecture, emblematic museums and bustling plazas bearing ample cafes and tapas bars. When you need a breather from the city heat, return to this sanctuary of serenity. Enjoy an energising workout in the shared gym, or kick back on the plush sofas with a glass of wine as the sun sets over the rooftops. 

Chance Encounter

You’ll find this Spanish pad in the Recoletos neighbourhood in Madrid, making it an ideal base for leisure and business travellers alike. Comfortable for four people, you can squeeze in an extra guest as long as they don’t mind sleeping on the sofa bed in the living room. Locally, if you’re not wanting to cook, you’ll find a selection of eateries lining the streets below, and El Retiro Park on your doorstep when you fancy a fresh air stroll. Keen to explore more of the city? The nearby metro station, Colón, is ready and waiting to whisk you away. 

Madrid on My Mind

Located in the charming neighbourhood of Chamberí, this apartment is perfect for a cosy city getaway. Relax on the terrace with your morning cup of coffee while watching the world go by below. Spend the afternoon reading a book found on the bookshelf under the stairs, snuggling up on the sofa with a blanket. Use those leftover ingredients from last night's feast to cook up a sumptuous Spanish-inspired brunch in the kitchen before heading upstairs for a luxurious soak in the jacuzzi tub – Why not take a cocktail up with you for an afternoon treat?

Step outside to explore the surrounding streets. You're bound to find plenty of hidden gem cafes and eateries to sample some of the most delicious local cuisines. The verdant Plaza de España is only a thirty–minute walk away – a perfect spot to take a rest. History and art buffs will love the fantastic choice of museums all within walking distance of the apartment. 

Return home to make a warm cup of hot chocolate to accompany you while you watch the sunset. The lounger chairs in the bedroom give your feet a break after a long day of walking – and give you the chance of some peace and quiet while you finish off that book you've been reading.

 Amethystine Brunch

Twenty minutes on foot from Plaza Mayor, Puerta del Sol, and El Retiro Park, this apartment is well-placed to explore. Many shops, restaurants, and metro stations are nearby, as well as some of Madrid's most famous markets. When you're not sightseeing, this central home is practical and comfortable. We love the exposed brick and stone walls, though it does mean it's a little dark. The kitchen is the ideal size to rustle up lighter fare, but we suspect you'd prefer dining out. 

Ladrillo

There are plenty of tourist attractions within walking distance of this home. Go for riverside walks at the Parque Madrid Rio nearby, or visit the zoo and amusement park at Casa de Campo. Other places of interest include the Royal Palace and La Almudena Cathedral. There are plenty of eateries to sample, too, or head back to this apartment and cook some tapas dishes. All in all, we'd say this home is ideal for a business professional, solo traveller or couple.
