With its picture–perfect backdrop of the rolling Mediterranean waves, cloudless blue skies and towering palm trees, when it comes to location, you really have hit the jackpot here. Snugly situated in the idyllic region of Pollensa, this sensational villa invites guests to indulge in some well-deserved rest and relaxation as they while their days away soaking up the sun in style.

From the outside, the villa itself is steeped in grandeur. A crisp white facade, half–moon balconies and shuttered windows and doors make for a truly fabulous frontage, meanwhile the gorgeous garden scape is kitted out with everything you could ever wish for. Ready and waiting for you to enjoy, there’s a beautiful open–air dining setup, luscious green lawn and enough sun loungers for all the family to recline beneath the rays. Oh, and how could we possibly forget to mention the pool? Yep, as well as everything else, this home also benefits from a pristine private pool – so be sure to dive right in as the Mallorca heat sky rockets.

The outdoor space serves up a lot to love, and as we venture inside, we only become more enamoured. Stylish and sophisticated right through, the showstopping entranceway is illuminated by an enormous ceiling-hung chandelier, marble walkway and gold–railed curved staircase. Spoiler alert – when you see it, your jaw hit the floor.

For those that truly savour their sleep, the bedrooms won’t disappoint. Each one as calming and serene as the next, you’ll drift off into your very own dreamland in no time – and on those evenings when you fancy a slightly later night, the balcony presents the ideal place to wind down. Simply open up the patio doors, sink into a snuggly rattan chair and straddle the change from sunlight to starlight whilst sipping your favourite tipple.

Peeling yourself away from your perfect patch of paradise won’t be easy, but if you do manage to drag yourself out for a while, there’s a beautiful beach nearby and Puerto Pollensa’s charming centre is closeby, too. Here you’ll find an abundance of historical landmarks, restaurants, bars, shops and more. 


Shimmer & Sparkle

There’s an uplifting quality to this home. It’s the kind of space where you can get lost in sea views and the magic of island living. 

Located in the La Gola area of Pollença, it’s the perfect setting to enjoy the laid–back atmosphere of the town. And like the landscape that surrounds it, the interior of this home feels bright and warm. You’ll love opening the doors and stepping onto the balcony – this is a wonderful spot to watch the sunrise with your morning coffee or enjoy an afternoon siesta in the shade. 

From here you can walk to the beach, amble along the Pine Walk and make a stop in any of the cafés, restaurants or bars along this stretch of coastline – it’s only a ten–minute walk into the centre. Plus the nearest supermarket and bakery are only a five–minute walk away. 

With your basket full of supplies make your way home to watch the sunset across the horizon. We won’t be surprised if the balcony becomes your favourite place to eat on the island. 

The Watermelon Moon

A stone's throw from cultural landmarks including the Torralba d'en Salort archeological museum, this 17th-century finca offers an insight into Menorcan history. Beyond the whitewashed walls and green shutters, this home's stand-out features are the pool terrace and flower-wrapped pergola, promising views across the meadows. Don't fancy an alfresco barbecue? Alaior's restaurants, bars, and shops await, just 3.2 kilometres away. What's more, the small beach at Cales Coves is a short drive from here – so we recommend hiring a car.

Just a Little Lesson

Sitting in a peaceful countryside spot on the eastern side of the island of Menorca, this 19th-century farmhouse provides you with a quaint and characterful retreat to relax in on sunny Spanish holidays. In the mornings, step outside with your cup of coffee and soak up the soft early sunlight. Here, the swimming pool takes centre stage, offering a sparkling oasis from the Meditteranean heat. A shaded patio with an additional dining table adjoins the kitchen. When paired with the outdoor barbecue, it's the perfect spot for alfresco dining. If you can tear yourself away from this home, the golden sands of Platja des Port Vella and Bona Beach are less than a five-minute drive away.

Cariño

Perched on the hillside overlooking the bay of Alcudia, this home takes full advantage of its glorious location and welcomes you to sit back and soak up the views. And with three terraces to choose from, it won’t be long before you find yourself in a wonderful state of relaxation. 

From the sun-dappled rooms to the bright and welcoming atmosphere, the owners have styled this home to feel like a relaxing seaside sanctuary. The living room provides a lovely setting for lounging on the sofa with a book, while the views will draw you outside to soak up the sea air and enjoy refreshing dips in the pool. 

As you make your way upstairs you’ll find the top-floor bedrooms and balcony provide the perfect spot to admire the beauty of this location. And no matter what time of day, this is the kind of home that perfectly adapts to suit the mood of the moment. So whether you’re enjoying a quiet morning coffee, sipping sunset drinks or dining al fresco, it’s easy to settle in and make this space your own. 

Days can be spent on the beach (just a short walk away), exploring the Old Town, browsing the weekly market and sampling one of the traditional island restaurants. And for explorations further afield, you’ll find the beautiful city of Palma is less than an hour’s drive away. 

Musa del Mar

Built in the 14th century, this magnificent finca has seen more than a few celebrations. And while its old stone walls and wooden beams are just as they were, the home's refreshed interiors are ready to be the blank canvas for you to create your own memories. Spread across different wings, separate buildings, three floors and endless rooms, this place has thought of pretty much everything. Fun and games can be found in the dedicated games room, dinner can seemingly take place in a different dining room each night, and several of the bedrooms gaze out over the ocean. Speaking of bedrooms, with twenty to choose from, and a maximum capacity of forty guests, you're bound to find the right one for you. The cellars double up as event spaces, with moody backlighting and a team who can bring the place to life. The team are also on hand if you want to organise an outside party, with different packages available. For those who fancy the DIY approach, two barbecues are ready for evening feasts. After dinner, let the views from the rooftop terrace do the entertaining with drinks as the sun sets over the ocean.

Superiority Complex

This impressive villa fits the bill if you like to be close to the ocean. In an elevated position in the resort of Cala en Porter, the views of the Mediterranean Sea are spectacular, and there’s plenty of outdoor space from which to enjoy them. The private pool terrace offers several spots to relax, socialise and soak up the Menorcan sun. Perfect for larger groups or families, there are two separate annexes with their own kitchens that will no doubt appeal to couples or teenagers who like to have some space.

Green & Blue

Perched amongst the white rocky cliffs above the bay of Cala en Porter, you will be welcomed into this villa with open arms and breathtaking views. Designed for serene relaxation, dip into your private plunge pool for a little respite from the heat of the divine sun. Suitably refreshed, return to your sun lounger with a glass of bubbles in hand and your holiday read – although it may be a little hard to focus on the words on the page with those blue views stretching out before you. 

Inside is just as lovely, but, cleverly, doesn’t try to distract from the beauty outside the window. Modern and simplistic in decor, the homely feel comes from natural materials in the form of warming woods and stone features. Walk-in showers, bright bedrooms and private terraces overlooking the coast create a calming atmosphere for a restful night's sleep. In the morning, enjoy breakfast alfresco as you sip a coffee and absorb the fresh sea air. Also perfect for an evening meal, make use of your barbecue for a relaxed dinner with your loved ones watching the sunset turn to a starry night sky. 

Ideally located with bars and restaurants within walking distance, whenever you fancy a night off cooking you can indulge in the local cuisine with ease. This contemporary villa really is the perfect hub to enjoy the magnificence of Menorca.

Occupying a privileged spot on the cliffs of Cala Murada, this is the ideal setting for a refreshing coastal escape. Take your pick from multiple terraces, enjoy lazy days by the pool and restorative sessions in the home sauna and jacuzzi. And while this all sounds like the perfect adults-only escape, it’s also a great option for families with child-friendly amenities available on request and the nearest beach just a short walk away.

Nestled within the tree-lined streets of Son Parc, this home opens its doors to a laid-back coastal escape. You’ll be welcomed by a sweet garden and a private pool, as well as a lovely shaded terrace – perfect for sunset drinks. Two of the bedrooms are on the ground floor, making this a great option for those with reduced mobility. You’ll also find it’s just a fifteen-minute walk to the nearest beach, while restaurants, bars and shops are also within easy reach. And for adventures further, your host can help organise car rentals – making it easy to explore some of the most beautiful spots along the northern coast.
