From here, a short stroll through De Cervantes Plaza will bring you to La Concha Beach, a pleasing strip of golden sand from which you can watch little white boats bobbing on the tide. Located on a lively street in the Old Town of San Sebastian, some of the city's best pintxos restaurants and bars are just footsteps away. 

La Piedra Blanca

This townhouse apartment, set over two floors, offers true style in the heart of San Sebastian. Walking distance to the Old Town, the restaurants, museums and coastline of San Sebastian are all a scenic stroll away. But you'll want to spend time here, a home so stylish it's almost editorial. It's full of statement pieces, with a colour palette mixing greys and pastels in stylish clean lines and modern upholstery. And you're just round the corner from the river, where walks under the Spanish sun are unforgettable. 

Townhouse In Pause

This cleverly designed two-bedroom home is high on the seventh floor overlooking the golden sands of La Concha Beach. With contemporary furnishings, detail-oriented accent pieces and modern appliances, you'll always be glad to return home after an exciting day. And there's no such thing as a boring day in Donostia-San Sebastian; walk to La Concha Beach in just two minutes or cross over the Urumea River to explore the alternative scene in the neighbourhood of Gros. This is where you'll find the city's surfing beach and many of its cultural venues and institutions. When night falls, make the short walk north to the Old Town for mouth-watering pintxos and local wine. 

7th Heaven

Set over two floors with a generous terrace giving way to sea views, this San Sebastián apartment is ideal for a family or group of friends on a Spanish retreat. We love how much space there is here, and the light, modern style makes it a tranquil place to rest. But, the cherry on the cake for us is the location. Nestled on a quiet street in the Old Town, Zurriola beach is a short walk away and it’s a stone’s throw from the city centre, giving easy access to a whole host of nearby amenities. 

Spanish Muse

Whether you’re a foodie couple keen to taste the delights of San Sebastian or a group of sun worshippers planning to explore the beaches, you'll feel right at home here. The interiors combine traditional touches like exposed brick and wooden beams with modern additions such as trendy patterned wallpaper and geometric pendant lamps. You’re right next to Zurriola Beach and a short walk will take you to La Concha Beach, known for its crescent-shaped bay. The old town is on your doorstep, where you can hop between pintxos bars and savour snacks and drinks as the locals do. Back at home, have a nightcap on the terrace or relax on the sofa before sinking into a restful sleep.

A Twist of Lime

Ideally located in San Sebastián’s Old Town, this slick apartment places you within easy reach of countless cultural landmarks, not to mention sandy Zurriola Beach. Inside, the decor is modern and minimalist, with a sunny covered balcony – ideal for morning coffees while people-watching from above. The bedrooms’ Juliet balconies are a nice touch, as is the green tiled bathroom with its oversized rain shower. And while the dining area isn’t the brightest room here, you need only step out your front door to discover a plethora of restaurants and bars that are sure to give you a true taste of Basque culture.

Enjoy coffee on the balcony in the morning before heading to Zurriola beach, just metres away, meaning all you have to do is pack up your towels and pick a spot to stretch out on the sand. A short walk will take you into San Sebastian’s old town, where you can hop between the pintxo bars and sample the local fare - the city is famous for its food, so make sure you’re hungry. After all that, it’s time to snuggle up in one of the stylish bedrooms - within minutes you’ll fall asleep to the sound of the ocean. 

City to Sea

The great thing about a trip to San Sebastian is that it pleases almost every visitor: sun-worshippers can spend endless days at the beach; culture vultures will want to learn everything about this historic city;  foodies will find themselves in culinary heaven. That’s where this home comes into play. Not only does it have sleek interiors for design-forward guests, but it’s also ideally located to take full advantage of this alluring city. A wall of glass allows guests to gaze out over the beach and the bay of La Concha. When hunger strikes, step outside and explore the Old Town’s pintxos bars and restaurants. Our favourite, Bar Sport, is less than a five-minute walk from home.

Among the hillside villas, just steps from the beach, you’ll find this dazzling home that can comfortably accommodate ten guests. Thanks to its unique architecture, guests lucky enough to stay here can enjoy sweeping views of the city’s golden beaches and lush hillsides from almost every angle. Step down to the beach whenever the mood strikes you to go for a swim or just catch some sun. The city’s Old Town and the vibrant neighbourhood of Gros are a leisurely twenty-minute walk away – guests looking to stay in comfort and style in this alluring city won’t be disappointed.


The Grand Curve

Meticulously designed and ideally located within the city, this home is ripe for those who enjoy the finer things in life. With over one hundred metres of square footage, stunning contemporary interiors and plenty of original architectural features, this home is really something. Positioned in the ever-popular neighbourhood of Gros, you’re just a short walk from Zurriola Beach, colloquially known as Zurri. Famous for its impressive waves, it’s a surfer’s paradise and a vibrant and eclectic neighbourhood. A favourite amongst young people and keen adventurists, this area is home to numerous cultural institutions and venues, while still being close to all the city’s major attractions. From the apartment, it’s just a ten-minute walk to the Old Town, where you’ll be blown away by the sheer number of outstanding pintxos bars and restaurants. In San Sebastian, it’s essential to be hungry at all times because the food is unlike anywhere else.

Txangurro

You'll find this modern apartment in San Sebastián's lively Gros neighbourhood. It's the perfect location if sightseeing, sunbathing, and swimming in the sea are on your to-do list. Zurriola Beach is a five-minute stroll away, while the historic Old Town is walkable in ten. Back home, you can unwind after your adventures in style. We love the mix of stone and pine, which gives the otherwise contemporary-cool design some rustic flair. Our favourite feature is the en-suite bathroom, with a pink tub and rainfall shower ideal for long, luxurious soaks.

Basque Breeze

This modern apartment showcases the best of San Sebastián. For starters, the location is excellent. Zurriola Beach, the historic Old Town, and an array of trendy eateries are all just a stone's throw away. If the central setting doesn't sway you, we reckon the contemporary design back home will. The living space has plenty of room to stretch out, while the three bedrooms offer respite away from the group. There's also a well-appointed kitchen where you can whip up meals – though with pintxo bars on your doorstep, dining out is likely on the cards.
