Grab dinner at one of the many pintxo bars, followed by cocktails at Dry San Sebastian, just opposite the apartment. We recommend Ganbara, just a fourteen-minute walk from your apartment, for their pilgrimage-worthy pintxos – the boletus mushrooms grilled a la plancha are lovingly coated in silky egg yolk, whilst the spider crab tartlet is particularly memorable. When you’re ready to wind down, fall into your soft sheets – the perfect way to end a salt-soaked day.
