You'll be conveniently located just off the world-famous Avenue Champs-Elysées, tucked away on a quiet little street away from the crowds, yet only a six-minute walk from the Arc de Triomphe. On entering this accessible, ground-floor apartment, you'll be met by a calming palette of deep green, olive and coral in the open-plan kitchen diner. However, the traditional decor is interspersed with some unusual artwork. For example, there's a portrait of a rabbit dressed to the nines and a large-scale picture of a gentleman who looks ready to attend the court of King Louis XIV overlooking the bed. Elsewhere, the communal areas are to die for, with lavish leather seats, an elegant gas fire and a pocketless billiards table. Step out of the apartment, and you're minutes from some of Paris' most exclusive boutiques and finest haute cuisine. As it's set on the first floor, stairs are required, but the interiors are modern, and there's plenty of space for your group to spread out and relax. The sleek kitchen is a nice touch, with everything needed for preparing homemade dinners – when you're not out sampling the excellent local eateries and bistros, of course.

In the 16th arrondissement, this apartment is well-placed to explore Paris. Mirabeau metro station is only a two-minute walk away, ready to zip you across the city. It's a good fit for families, as the second bedroom has lofted single beds. The kitchen is a little small, but with a bevvy of restaurants nearby, we don't think you'll mind.

You'll open the door to find a stunning home with curved, all-white walls, vast windows and tasteful furniture with a 1970s edge. And we have no doubt the first thing you'll want to do is slide the glass door open and step out to the balcony just to take it all in.

Neighbouring Jardins du Trocadéro, this home is close to many of the main attractions – Eiffel Tower and Palais de Tokyo to point the most obvious – making it an ideal pied-à-terre for a couple looking to visit the sights. Its overall modernist looks translate to a sleek high-tech kitchen and comfy corner sofa of brutalist lines. Although the bedroom is probably the least impressive room due its compact size and lack of light, it provides a quiet and dark environment that promotes an energising sleep – well needed after a busy day exploring.

We think this Parisian pad is perfect for families. The second bedroom has a cot, changing table, and plenty of toys, so little ones will be well looked after. Upstairs, meanwhile, is for the grown-ups, with a walk-in wardrobe that will impress even the most discerning fashionista. There's plenty of space to get cosy in the living area, but the real gem is the private balcony. Boasting views of the city's rooftops, it's the ideal spot to savour a glass of wine and watch the sunset. Factor in the central location – the Arc de Triomphe is about fifteen minutes on foot – and it's no wonder it caught our eye.

Its striking wall art, such as the dazzling blue feathers, add an exotic flavour to the living space. Shoot some pool here, relax with a glass of fizz, get some fresh air in the courtyard garden or gather in the smart dining space for a special meal. There's plenty of space for a larger group to stretch out and not feel cramped. This place is perfect for entertaining family and friends in style.
