Set in the very heart of Cannes, the location of this apartment couldn’t be much better. You’ll be just a super short walk from Croisette Beach and the Palais des Festivals. Rue d'Antibes is a two-minute stroll away too, so you’ll be surrounded by a variety of shops, cafes, bars and restaurants. Prefer to cook at home? A well-appointed kitchen has everything you need to make something tasty. The large open-plan living space also sleeps guests three and four on a sofa bed, making this place perfect for leisure and business travellers alike.

Festivals & Beaches

Modern and peaceful, this loft makes for a wonderful base in Cannes. It’s convenient yet chic, with neutral decor, bold artwork, and high ceilings. The open-plan living, dining, and well-equipped kitchen space – bright and contemporary – leads to a petite patio. Outside, you can soak up the sun on a deck chair, read in the shade, and relax in the Jacuzzi. The beaches and buzz of La Croisette are about twenty minutes away on foot. 

Cannes Style

This second-floor apartment is all about the location for us. Stripped back yet with everything needed for a relaxing coastal stay, the only thing missing here is an oven – but there’s a whole host of local restaurants for an authentic taste of Cannes. Step out onto the balcony, though, and you’ll see why this studio caught our eye. With views across the Promenade de la Croisette to the Mediterranean Sea beyond, it’s the perfect place to relax with a chilled wine after a day exploring all this magical city has to offer. 

Sunshine on Ice

Seeking sun, sea, and a little bit of style? Look no further. This elegant apartment in the heart of Cannes is a short stroll from boutiques, bars, and the beach – perfect for a sophisticated stay. There are two sunny terraces for sunbathing or afternoon snoozing, and five plush en-suite bedrooms so you can holiday here with all your favourite people. If the Côte d'Azur is calling your name, this is also a great base for exploring. It’s just a short walk from the train station, which offers direct rail links to Nice and the rest of this captivating coastline.

 Silver Haze

Well, this apartment has a great location in Cannes. This home is just a short stroll from La Croisette and there are plenty of boutiques, shops and restaurants on your doorstep, too. There are sea glimpses and views over the city from this home’s small balcony and the apartment is light and airy. At full capacity, though, two people will be sleeping on a sofa bed in the living space. We’d say this home would suit a couple or a family looking for a great address.

In the Heart of the Old City

Rub shoulders with everyone from A-listers to oligarchs during your stay at this stunning villa, situated in a privileged position overlooking the Bay of Cannes. The views are truly awe-inspiring, and the house is designed to make the most of them from every one of the numerous outdoor spaces. So whether you're lounging by the pool, mixing your own cocktails at the bar, or soaking in the hot tub, the glistening Mediterranean is rarely out of your line of sight.

Inside, the villa is a mix of classic French styling, more rustic features and all the mod cons to create a Riviera retreat that's the epitome of low-key luxury. And by that, we mean you shouldn't be worried to bring your children along. With six bedrooms and plenty of space for socialising, it's perfectly set up for family holidays and getaways with friends.

If you can bear to leave the villa, there's lots to explore right on your doorstep – from the sandy beaches and restaurants of Theoule-Sur-Mer and the glamour of La Croisette to the beauty of Antibes and the fragrant town of Grasse, everything you could need ranges from a ten-minute walk to a half-hour drive.

Villa Cactus

A ten minute walk away from the Cannes Marina jetty, this little home is set on a brightly coloured street and is as welcoming inside as it looks from the outside. Minimalist, definitely, but the crisp colour palette further allows the brightly coloured ‘Cannes’ artwork found around the home, to really pop. The large windows aren't just there to let the light stream in – although they certainly do it well – but to also allow you to throw them all open for that French Riviera goodness to funnel in. With the breeze for company, you might get the coffee brewing whilst others go out and find freshly baked pastries for breakfast, but if you’re thinking about dining out instead, L’Alba is a must. The restaurant is a six-minute walk away and sits right on the waterfront. After eating you might even be tempted to stroll the beach. 

Bars and restaurants are dotted all around this home actually, so you’ll never run out of options, but there’s also a shop – or the Forville market – to buy fresh produce if you’d rather try your hand at traditional French cuisine from the well-equipped kitchen back home. Whilst you’re out, swing by the marina and walk around twelve minutes to visit the Croisette casino. This is where you’ll also come across a seaside boulevard home to a film festival site. Explore the many beaches along the coastline, and if you’re up for a day trip, hop on the train and see more of the French Riviera.

Spiral & Beams

This modern and minimalist apartment gets top marks for location. Just a short walk from the famous Croisette Beach and the many boutiques and restaurants in Cannes, this is the ideal spot to explore on foot. The design is understated – especially the bedrooms – but there's plenty of space here for groups to stretch out, thanks in part to the split-level layout. Our favourite feature is the terrace. Whether you're enjoying morning coffees or evening sundowners, it's the perfect place to soak up the sunshine and salty air.

Croisette Modern

Nestled in the famous film capital of Cannes, close to sandy beaches and upmarket fashion boutiques, this contemporary loft provides a stylish base from which to explore the French Riviera. 

Whilst the interior boasts plenty of cosy charm, the terrace is where this home really shines. Ascend the staircase and step into your own private oasis, complete with a bubbling hot tub and comfy sun loungers. Start the day with an alfresco breakfast and a relaxing dip, before heading off to discover what the town has to offer.

The Boulevard de la Croisette curves along the shores of the Mediterranean Sea, offering a long stretch of sandy beaches, delicious restaurants, and famous shops. Of course, no trip to Cannes would be complete without a guided tour of the iconic Palais Des Festivals et Des Congrès, which plays host to the prestigious Cannes Film Festival each year. 

With plenty of cultural landmarks and a beautiful coastline, there's something for everyone here. However you choose to spend your time, make sure you pay a visit to the Marche Forville – a lovely market selling an array of flowers and food. Pick up some fresh seafood and local delicacies for a tasty barbecue dinner in the garden, accompanied by a glass of wine. Post-dinner, head to the Jacuzzi bath and private sauna to unwind for the evening. 

Cinematic Seascape 

This grand home is perfect for a memorable stay in Cannes. Whether you spend your time relaxing by the heated swimming pool or enjoying a barbecue in the garden, you’ll be unwinding in no time. A lot of thought has gone into the elegant interiors – there’s everything you could need here. And we love the two bedrooms that open out onto the balcony. Another bonus of this place is that there’s free parking. Ideally located in a residential area, the centre of Cannes is around a fifteen-minute walk away, making the beach, shops and restaurants within walking distance.

Grand Maison

Wow, take a look at these views over the sea and Port du Mouré Rouge from this apartment’s private roof terrace. There’s plenty of room for sunbathing in the French Riviera sunshine and generally relaxing. You can enjoy the vistas from inside this luxury home, too – we particularly love the panorama from the sofa. You may be tempted to spend all your time here, but that would be a shame as you have stunning beaches and, of course, the marina, which is a short stroll away. Or ask your host to arrange a boat trip around the turquoise waters of the Côte d'Azur.
