With two lovely double bedrooms, which can be turned into twins upon prior request, and a chic living space that includes a dining table and a compact though well-equipped kitchen, this stylish apartment provides a great setting off point for discovering Cannes. It offers a great location in the centre of Cannes, within a couple minutes walk from La Croisette as well as the iconic Palais des Festivals and the beautiful beaches that make this part of France so special.

The Impressionist's Atelier

This second-floor apartment is all about the location for us. Stripped back yet with everything needed for a relaxing coastal stay, the only thing missing here is an oven – but there’s a whole host of local restaurants for an authentic taste of Cannes. Step out onto the balcony, though, and you’ll see why this studio caught our eye. With views across the Promenade de la Croisette to the Mediterranean Sea beyond, it’s the perfect place to relax with a chilled wine after a day exploring all this magical city has to offer. 

Sunshine on Ice

Wonderfully located in Cannes’ city centre, this comfortable apartment puts you within easy reach of the resort town’s countless iconic sights. You’re just 240 metres from the Palace of Festivals (home to the Cannes Film Festival), while La Croisette and the Vieux Port de Cannes are just a short stroll from your door as well. 

Inside, minimalism is the name of the game with glossy white marble floors, sleek white cabinetry and pared-back decor. We love how much natural light pours in through the French doors – open these up to reveal a small private balcony equipped with a table and chairs. This is the ideal spot to begin mornings over fresh coffee and croissants while people-watching from your privileged position or to enjoy a celebratory sundowner when you’re not out sampling the many trendy bars within easy reach. With a comfy bedroom and a relaxing rainfall shower to wake up to each morning, you’ve got everything you need for a carefree Cannes getaway. 

Ivory Sails

On a narrow, hilly street just a short stroll away from the azure waters of the Cannes waterfront, this home awaits its next lucky guests. With its brightly lit rooms and warm wood-and-wicker style furnishings, this home exudes charm and comfort as soon as you walk in. The kitchen is fully-equipped with plenty of room to manoeuvre, the bedrooms are cosy, and the location is superb – step outside and take an easy walk to the Cannes Marina, or follow the coast to reach the iconic La Croisette beach.

The views are truly awe-inspiring, and the house is designed to make the most of them from every one of the numerous outdoor spaces. So whether you're lounging by the pool, mixing your own cocktails at the bar, or soaking in the hot tub, the glistening Mediterranean is rarely out of your line of sight.

Inside, the villa is a mix of classic French styling, more rustic features and all the mod cons to create a Riviera retreat that's the epitome of low-key luxury. And by that, we mean you shouldn't be worried to bring your children along. With six bedrooms and plenty of space for socialising, it's perfectly set up for family holidays and getaways with friends.

If you can bear to leave the villa, there's lots to explore right on your doorstep – from the sandy beaches and restaurants of Theoule-Sur-Mer and the glamour of La Croisette to the beauty of Antibes and the fragrant town of Grasse, everything you could need ranges from a ten-minute walk to a half-hour drive.

Villa Cactus

Sample Cannes’s legendary elegance and glamour with a stay at this luxurious duplex apartment, situated in the heart of the action, just moments away from the seafront promenade, sandy beaches and the Palais des festivals. This stylish pad will serve as the perfect base for a family or a group of friends visiting the city and wanting to stay close to all the sights while at the same time being able to retreat to a peaceful abode at the end of the day. 

Inside, you’ll be greeted by a large, light-filled space, with an open-plan living and dining area and a well-equipped kitchen, ideal for rustling up delicious meals. For an evening of relaxation, the comfy sofa invites you to kick back and snuggle up with a glass of French wine and a good movie. 

Before you head up to the land of sweet dreams which awaits in the plush bedrooms, treat yourself to a luxuriant bath in one of the sleek bathrooms. You’ll wake up refreshed and feeling like a movie star, courtesy of the comfy beds – head out onto the balcony to welcome a new day with a cup of Nespresso and a croissant from a nearby boulangerie – your host can also arrange for breakfast to be delivered to you. 

Outside, you’ll find yourself surrounded by that old-world splendour, with numerous fine restaurants and elegant boutiques, and of course, the beaches along this stretch of the Cote d'Azur are world-renowned.   

She's a Star

A ten minute walk away from the Cannes Marina jetty, this little home is set on a brightly coloured street and is as welcoming inside as it looks from the outside. Minimalist, definitely, but the crisp colour palette further allows the brightly coloured ‘Cannes’ artwork found around the home, to really pop. The large windows aren't just there to let the light stream in – although they certainly do it well – but to also allow you to throw them all open for that French Riviera goodness to funnel in. With the breeze for company, you might get the coffee brewing whilst others go out and find freshly baked pastries for breakfast, but if you’re thinking about dining out instead, L’Alba is a must. The restaurant is a six-minute walk away and sits right on the waterfront. After eating you might even be tempted to stroll the beach. 

Bars and restaurants are dotted all around this home actually, so you’ll never run out of options, but there’s also a shop – or the Forville market – to buy fresh produce if you’d rather try your hand at traditional French cuisine from the well-equipped kitchen back home. Whilst you’re out, swing by the marina and walk around twelve minutes to visit the Croisette casino. This is where you’ll also come across a seaside boulevard home to a film festival site. Explore the many beaches along the coastline, and if you’re up for a day trip, hop on the train and see more of the French Riviera.

Spiral & Beams

What a great location this apartment has in the old town of Cannes. It’s a five-minute stroll from the Palais des Festivals, the Croisette and the designer boutiques on Rue d'Antibes. There’s plenty of charm in this apartment with its warm stone walls and beams, but it’s also quite minimalist in style. The bedroom has a glass partition from the living space, but there are curtains and at full capacity, two guests will be sleeping on a sofa in the living room. But if you want to be in the heart of this chic city, then this place could be for you.

French Riviera Sunbeams

This traditionally French villa sits in the pretty hilltop town of Pégomas, just above Cannes. It’s a half-hour drive into the glitz and glam of central Cannes, where the charming streets are lined with bars, restaurants and boutique shops. After a day in town, head back to your quiet and peaceful abode in the hills.

It’s a picture-perfect scene, this villa with wooden shuttered windows against a verdant green backdrop. The Mediterranean gardens are home to olive and cypress trees, manicured lawns and a shimmering swimming pool inviting you for a dip. From the outdoor dining table, you can take in a panoramic view of the surrounding mountains and a sweeping staircase leads to a stone terrace with plush outdoor lounge seating. A wooden playpark lets you know this place is family-friendly.

Inside, it’s cool and breezy even in the heat of summer with white tiled floors and archways opening up the living, dining and kitchen areas. Plush leather seats in the living room are set around a grand fireplace and there’s even an upright piano next to the dining table for an after-dinner sing-along. Bedrooms are a delight, some with access to their own balconies, and all with a view of the mountains. 

Olive Martini

If you’re craving the cool breeze of Cannes, this nearby apartment might tick all the boxes. It’s close enough to feel part of the action but far enough to soak up the laid-back pace of local life on the French Riviera. That said, a car is a must if you want to make the most of your stay. There’s loads of outdoor space for alfresco dining on the two terraces – or, if you’re after a more active break, the communal pool is perfect for morning laps. Just note you’ll need to pay extra for your bed linen and towels here.

Riviera Residence

This stunning villa is situated in the picturesque village of Théoule-sur-Mer, just along the coast from Cannes. You can also easily visit Nice and Monaco by car or train from this splendidly located villa. When you’re not visiting the beaches and seafront restaurants of the Riviera, you’ll likely spend most of your time outside – this grand villa boasts a heated infinity pool looking out to sea. The pool house, nestled against the rock face, has a barbecue area that makes dining under the stars a delight. The villa is elegant and refined, an excellent base for a relaxing break. At full occupancy, one guest will sleep on a sofa bed.

Bloom Baby Bloom

Close to the glitz and glamour of Cannes, with a sunny garden and bright and breezy rooms, you’ll love this villa on the Côte d'Azur. The swimming pool is a real highlight, with its Jacuzzi, waterfall, and wave machine, while the outdoor kitchen and gas barbecue make entertaining easy. The downstairs bedrooms open onto the garden, and two on the first floor have their own private roof terrace, so you can wake up to the sunshine or a refreshing swim. As for the location, it’s pretty perfect – a short drive from medieval Mougins, with its Michelin-starred eateries and art galleries, and not far from the beaches, bars, and boutiques of Cannes.
