In a lovely spot on the Côte d'Azur, close to the pretty coastal city of Antibes, this contemporary villa makes an ideal home for a happy holiday. We love the sun-kissed swimming pool and the glimpses of the glittering Med you get from the garden, as well as the bright and breezy living room that opens onto the terrace. There’s even an area for playing pétanque, that favourite French pastime. When you’re not relaxing at home, head out to explore the French Riviera, including excellent eateries, charming seaside towns, and world-beating beaches.

 La Splendide

When it comes to first impressions, this villa in Les Adrets de l'Esterel takes the top prize. An in-person welcome over aperos, charming Provencal interiors and breathtaking sea views – we're sold. The heated infinity pool and the terrace’s loggia for alfresco dining are particular highlights. With five bedrooms over three floors, there’s plenty of space for all, and the separate apartment on the lower ground floor makes it ideal for multi-generational families. What’s more, there’s free access to local tennis courts, not to mention a bi-weekly market and great boulangerie in the village. Factor in the stunning beaches and idyllic Provencal villages within a twenty-minute drive (Nice airport is just thirty minutes by car too), and you’ll see why countryside bliss and Cote d’Azur glamour go hand in hand here.

This modern family home is a fantastic location for a break in the south of France. You'll be staying in a peaceful neighborhood in Sainte-Maxime, just a twelve-minute walk from the centre. The glitz and glamour of Saint Tropez are only 15 kilometres away, giving you an excellent option for day trips. We love the outdoor space of this home, with its swimming pool, garden, and alfresco seating. Inside, it’s contemporary and cool, with an open-plan living, dining, and kitchen space ideal for escaping the heat.

We were immediately drawn to this villa's sea views – one glance, and you'll understand why. Perched above Saint-Tropez and just a ten-minute drive from its famous beaches, it has coastal relaxation written all over it. The balcony offers a birds-eye view of the Mediterranean, as does the private pool. Even indoors, you'll catch a glimpse of the sea. There's also an on-site fitness room, sauna, and a charming covered terrace where you can indulge in alfresco meals. For a getaway on the Côte d'Azur, this home is just the ticket.

Seabound Serenity

This modern apartment is in the heart of Antibes, just a short walk from the Picasso Museum and Port Vauban. You’ll be perfectly located for exploring the French Riviera, and will have a comfortable space to call home when you’re not out and about. The apartment is ideal for couples and solo travellers, equipped with everything you might need for a short break. The light-filled living space leads to the kitchen, where you can whip up dishes – though you’ll have plenty of restaurants to choose from nearby if you want to sample the local cuisine. 

Azure Antibes

If you are looking for plenty of communal facilities on your stay, then check out this villa’s resort. There are three swimming pools, including a wave pool, a spa, a restaurant, a supermarket, boules court and tennis courts, so there’s plenty to do. This home has its own private terrace for relaxing and dining alfresco, too. The traditional interiors might not be to everyone’s taste, but they have a charm, and both bedrooms have air conditioning. When you feel like seeing what the area offers, Port Grimaud is just a five-minute drive away.

Mermaid's Dream

Just look at the vistas of the Mediterranean Sea and Port Canto from this apartment’s large balcony, living room and main bedroom – absolutely stunning. There’s a well-equipped kitchen here, too, for cooking some French cuisine, or if you prefer to dine out, there are plenty of chic restaurants surrounding this home. Located on the Boulevard de la Croisette, in the heart of Cannes, you’ll be a ten-minute walk from the Rue d'Antibes with its designer boutiques. Other attractions include the Palais des Festivals, which hosts the Cannes Film Festival, a fifteen-minute walk from this great home.

French Riviera Retreat

The village of Valbonne is just a thirty-minute drive inland from incredible Côte d’Azur scenery like the city of Cannes and its beautiful beaches. It’s also less than twenty minutes from Grasse, also known as the home of perfume. With such wonderful sights and smells in the region, it’s no surprise that this sensational experience continues at home. This loft is set in the heart of the quaint, traditional town. We love its stony exterior with typically French blue wooden shutters, which continues inside. All the interior walls display this fantastic exposed brickwork, with vaulted wooden ceilings and shiny stone floors. When the sun goes down, you can head up to the mezzanine bedroom. Parquet flooring and warm lighting make it feel cosy – perfect for slumbering after a long day of exploring the delights of the town and the coastal region.

The May Rose

Set in the very heart of Cannes, the location of this apartment couldn’t be much better. You’ll be just a super short walk from Croisette Beach and the Palais des Festivals. Rue d'Antibes is a two-minute stroll away too, so you’ll be surrounded by a variety of shops, cafes, bars and restaurants. Prefer to cook at home? A well-appointed kitchen has everything you need to make something tasty. The large open-plan living space also sleeps guests three and four on a sofa bed, making this place perfect for leisure and business travellers alike.

Festivals & Beaches

With a southwest-facing aspect, this apartment’s small balcony overlooks the Mediterranean Sea and Sainte-Maxime’s Central Beach. The views are stunning from both the terrace and the living area. This room also sleeps guests three and four on a sofa bed. The kitchen here is compact, but it has everything you need to cook some French cuisine. And there are plenty of cafes and restaurants literally on your doorstep. The location is fantastic too – the beach is 20 metres away, while Plage de Galets is also a short stroll.

Maxime Magic

Found in the small town of Cisano sul Neva, this home is ideal for those months when the temperature starts to rise. The interior feels cooling thanks to the tiling underfoot and the large doorways that let a breeze circulate inside when opened. There's also plenty of shade to be found even when the sun's at its highest — a covered terrace will play host to many a languorous lunch, while the flourishing garden offers plenty of secluded spots for an afternoon nap. That being said, there are enough perks inside the four walls if you're coming during the autumn and winter. An upright piano in the living room will keep musical guests occupied, while the hydro-massage bath requires no such talent to enjoy — just sit back and let the bubbles do their work. The local town and its pretty churches take fifteen minutes to reach on foot, while the seaside town of Albenga can be reached in the same amount of time in the car.
