Just above the Promenade des Anglais, this functional apartment earned its place in our collection for its beachside location. While the terrace won't fit everyone at the same time, it does offer fantastic views of the ocean and palm-lined promenade – perfect for people-watching. We love the idea of enjoying a few glasses of wine out there as the sun slowly sets along the coast. The interior is on the simpler side and won't be winning any design awards, but as a base for both beach escapades and excursions into Nice's nearby city centre, it can't easily be beaten.

Cool & Classic

Stay in the heart of Nice’s Carré d'Or, just steps from the Promenade des Anglais and its golden beaches. From here you can stroll to boutiques on Avenue Jean Médecin, explore the Old Town’s cobbled lanes or enjoy fresh seafood by the port. True, you won’t get postcard views from the windows, but with world-class culture, dining, and the Mediterranean just outside your door, the location more than makes up for it.

Sunshine Riviera

Close to the beach in scenic Beaulieu-sur-Mer, this pretty apartment is perfectly positioned for a relaxing break on the French Riviera. Sleeping up to eight guests, it makes a great home for a group getaway or family holiday, with plenty of space around the table for sharing memorable meals. And if you’d prefer to take a break from cooking, you’ll find excellent eateries within easy reach. Begin your morning with coffee on the sunny balcony, before heading out to explore – whether that means a blissful beach day or a day trip to Nice. The captivating Côte d'Azur awaits just outside the apartment door, so what are you waiting for?

Vintage Shore

Formerly an olive farm, this villa was converted into an aristocrat’s home the 18th century, and has recently been restored to all its former grandeur, with some added modern comforts. It’s totally charming: the butter yellow exteriors are complimented by forest green shutters, and on one side there’s a tower rising three floors high. The interiors are typified by their old world charm: high ceilings, antique french tiled floors, duck egg blue curtains and oil paintings make the living space a cosy place to relax. The modern, fully renovated kitchen has two sliding glass doors leading to an al fresco table, which is the perfect spot to enjoy home cooked delights on sunny days. 

The villa is in a private and serene area on a hilltop, surrounded by two hectares of fragrant landscaped gardens, featuring numerous terraces, centennial olive trees, cypresses, and oleanders that lead up to a woodland. Wander down one of the paths to admire panoramic views of the Saint-Véran Forest, the Alps and the sea. 

Stroll fifteen minutes down to old Villeneuve-Loubet, a charming Provencal village for coffee and pastries in the morning, before coming home for a dip in the pool. On sunny days, hop in the car and drive fifteen minutes to your pick of sandy beaches along the coastline, before lunch at a seafront restaurant. You’ll want to make it back home for sunset, for drinks on the terrace as the land turns golden. On warm evenings, light the candles at the poolside table and enjoy dinner beneath the stars. 

Villa Tourelle

With beautiful views of the Baie des Anges and Parc du Mont Boron, this stunning Belle Époque style home is what dreams are made of. With numerous terraces to make the most of the vistas and the Côte d'Azur climate, you’ll be spoilt for choice. You’ll find lush gardens, a private pool, ornate fountains, balconies and a hot tub. Inside boasts luxurious amenities including a home gym and five of the bedrooms are en-suite – two also have their own lounge areas. The location is special too – there are several beaches nearby, while the city of Nice is a short drive away. This home really does offer an exclusive oasis.

The apartment is contemporary and comfortable, with plenty of space. It’s close to a bakery and a supermarket, and in a great location for visiting nearby Nice and the beaches of the French Riviera.

There’s a serene terrace with a Jacuzzi for long relaxing soaks and you’ll have a barbecue for alfresco dining. Inside, the rooms are effortlessly stylish with all the essentials you could need to switch off and unwind. The second floor bedroom is a special highlight with a private balcony. Plus, it’s just a short drive to the nearest beaches and the vibrant heart of Nice.

Walk inside and feel at home instantly, with herringbone parquet flooring, floor-to-ceiling windows and stylish furniture in the living area. Head out to the balcony to have your morning coffee with a view of the lush courtyard, then head out to experience Nice at its best – restaurants, cafes and the beach are all within easy reach.


Refined Riviera

It's hard to know where to start when talking about our favourite things about this magnificent holiday home on France's captivating Cote d'Azur. 

Of course, the meticulously finished, thoughtfully decorated interior is among its many highlights – providing a setting that is at once comfortable and luxurious, whilst also feeling relaxed and homely and exuding a certain beguiling, understated rustic elegance. Step outside, and you're sure to find the exterior areas of this home truly exquisite. With loads of inviting spaces to sit and enjoy a drink while taking in the splendour of your surroundings, the hardest thing will be deciding exactly where to park yourself for an hour or two. Then there's the wonderful location amid a quiet, leafy area in Saint-Paul, one of the area's most sought-after locations. Nestled on the edge of an untamed forest on a large plot of around 5000 square metres filled with fruit trees, palms, and flowers, the feeling here is more of being on a private estate than simply a villa. 

Spend your days here exploring the expansive grounds within and beyond the property's perimeters. Anyone for a spot of tennis? If so, you needn't leave the grounds. The same goes should you want to while away an hour or two with a game of boules, or if you simply fancy a dip in the pool before drying off in the sun, lazing on one of the loungers in the afternoon warmth. 

Or, take the roughly 35-minute stroll into the old town of Saint-Paul-de-Vence, where you will find bundles of quintessentially southern French charm, fantastic restaurants serving the finest local cuisine, and one winding cobbled laneway prettier than the last within the old city walls. For something a little more upmarket, or to mark a special occasion, there are several (that's right, several) Michelin-star restaurants reachable with just a short drive.

For those with a taste for the archetypal French Riviera, the effortlessly chic town of Nice, perched on the glittering waters of the Mediterranean, is just a 25-minute drive away. Now, that's enough to make anyone say Bon Voyage.

Inside, the rooms are fresh, minimal and well suited to families with three floors offering an abundance of space to stretch out. There’s also a cinema room with a projector for movie screenings. Private parking is available and it’s just a short drive to the nearest beaches as well as the vibrant heart of Nice.
