It’s worth noting there’s no private parking available here, but you’ll find everything you could need within easy reach. From here, it’s less than a five-minute walk to the Croisette and Rue d’Antibes – so you’ll be spoiled for choice when it comes to local restaurants, cafes and shops. 

The Margaux

This beautiful apartment is nestled in the heart of Cannes, just a short distance from the famous Palais des Festivals and the scenic Boulevard de la Croisette. With your own private terrace complete with a hot tub, seating area for alfresco dining, and a hammock for relaxing under the clear blue skies of Cannes, this home is perfect for unwinding when you're not out exploring all the surrounding town has to offer. Thanks to the window in the main bedroom allowing for a view of the living space and the scenery of the streets below, you'll be able to enjoy the natural sunlight from almost every room throughout the daytime – there are curtains though, so you won't be compromising your privacy here!

This home places you in the centre of everything Cannes. From fantastic local restaurants where you can sample a whole range of delicious local and international cuisine, to attractions like the Espace Mimont where you can watch cultural events and art shows staged by local groups. And you'll only be a short drive (or bus trip if you forgo the car here) down to the picturesque beaches of the Cannes coast. Go for a wander or a romantic stroll down the Boulevard de la Croisette, and let the kids play in the sand and paddle in the shallow water. Spend a memorable evening at one of the restaurants that dot the beaches for some good drinks and dinner with a view of the horizon over the Mediterranean.

Soak up the sunshine during the afternoon and look up at the stars from the comfort of the living room sofa come evening time. From here, you'll get to choose from hanging out amidst the luxurious furnishings of the main living area or from out on the secluded balcony terrace – preferably with a glass of French wine in hand. 

With all you need to prepare your own meals in the contemporary and luxurious setting of the apartment, we can see why you may wish to spend meal times at home. However, your central location puts you within easy reach of a fabulous array of bars and eateries should you want to venture out. Plus, from here, you'll be just a stone's throw away from the sandy shores of Croisette Beach and an array of luxury shopping opportunities. 


Looking at the Stars

This second-floor apartment is all about the location for us. Stripped back yet with everything needed for a relaxing coastal stay, the only thing missing here is an oven – but there’s a whole host of local restaurants for an authentic taste of Cannes. Step out onto the balcony, though, and you’ll see why this studio caught our eye. With views across the Promenade de la Croisette to the Mediterranean Sea beyond, it’s the perfect place to relax with a chilled wine after a day exploring all this magical city has to offer. 

Sunshine on Ice

Situated in the heart of Cannes, this apartment is just a short stroll from the famous Croisette beach. There are plenty of other attractions, as well as chic shops and restaurants on your doorstep, too – the location is fantastic. Back at this apartment, set in a gated community, you can relax on the large terrace with a drink at sunset and take in the sea glimpses. Or unwind in the open-plan living room and cook some French cuisine – this space does lack the cosy factor, but it’s modern and bright. We think this home is a great choice for exploring all that the Côte d'Azur has to offer.

Croisette Retreat

This apartment is a fantastic base for a Cannes getaway. Just a short stroll from the Croisette, you’ll be perfectly placed to soak up all the action the city has to offer. The highlight is undoubtedly the terrace, complete with a swimming pool, plus an outdoor lounging and dining area. At full capacity, two guests will sleep on a sofa bed. However, it's in its own room, separate from the main living space, ensuring full privacy. With comfort, location and style all wrapped into one, this is Cannes living at its best.

Croisette Escape

On a narrow, hilly street just a short stroll away from the azure waters of the Cannes waterfront, this home awaits its next lucky guests. With its brightly lit rooms and warm wood-and-wicker style furnishings, this home exudes charm and comfort as soon as you walk in. The kitchen is fully-equipped with plenty of room to manoeuvre, the bedrooms are cosy, and the location is superb – step outside and take an easy walk to the Cannes Marina, or follow the coast to reach the iconic La Croisette beach.

Lively Hideaway

This home offers a space for stillness in the heart of Cannes. You can savour slow evenings on the private terrace and the living room is perfect for family gatherings. All of the bedrooms feature en-suite bathrooms and daily housekeeping can be arranged to ensure optimum comfort. Free street parking is available outside and it’s less than a ten-minute stroll to La Croisette and the beach. Plus, the neighbourhood has some wonderful local restaurants. 

Touch of Light

Only a short walk from Croisette Beach, this central residence in the heart of Cannes invites a group of up to eight guests to marvel at the luxury lifestyle of Cannes. With modern designs and premium home comforts fitted across the apartment, from here, you'll have a luxurious space to call home when in town to experience the delights of the French Riviera. 

Presenting a sociable set up for all of the group to come together, the open-plan living area offers plenty of room for French aperitifs of fresh bread, cheese and wine, and even formal dinners prepared at home and served at the eight-seater dining area. After days spent soaking up the city's splendour (you'll find a multitude of bars, shops and restaurants within walking distance), what could be better than winding down in the Jacuzzi bathtub? After all, luxuriating in self-care is always encouraged when in Cannes. 


Strawberry Kisses

Tucked in the Lower California district of Cannes, this apartment welcomes you to a laidback coastal getaway. It’s just a ten-minute stroll to the nearest beach as well as the Croisette and the Palais des Festivals. You’ll find a great selection of restaurants, cafes and shops nearby and private parking is available in the building. Plus, you’ll have a balcony for sunset drinks, while the open-plan interior is perfect for relaxing and unwinding. At full occupancy, two guests will be sleeping on the sofa bed in the living room but this is a great option for families and couples. 


Sunset Pearl

Set in the heart of Cannes, this architect-designed duplex lives up to its polished surroundings. Perched on the top floor with a private lift, the living spaces are filled with light and open out to sweeping views over the old port and the sea – a backdrop that’s, quite frankly, hard to beat. Inside, the design is contemporary but with stone walls and high beam ceilings that nod to its history. There’s an open-plan kitchen, two living areas and if music’s your thing, a small studio. The location is what really shines, though. The Palais des Congrès is just an eight-minute walk away, while beaches, markets, and of course, the Croisette all within easy strolling distance.
