From the moment you walk in the door, you're greeted with a cheerful hallway full of bespoke storage (in pink, of course) and a big mirror to check your outfit before a big night out. But it's far from this home's only selling point. Move through into the open-plan living and kitchen space and you'll be struck by the floor-to-ceiling windows giving unparalleled views across the rooftops of Paris. Minimalist and neat, it's an easy place to feel right at home in, whether it's cooking in the contemporary kitchen, eating together at the glass dining table or lounging with a cup of coffee on the sofa – all the while gazing across this most fabulous of cities. With spacious bedrooms, each with its own impressive views from bed, and each with a dedicated bathroom, it's a great choice if you want to make the most of Paris.

Located just outside the hustle and bustle of the city centre, you can join the locals for their morning coffees before hopping on the metro to explore the capital – metro line 9 takes you directly to popular spots like Trocadero and Opéra.

It’s a sought-after residential neighbourhood known for its Haussmannian architecture. Nearby you’ll find the Bois de Boulogne and the historic Château de la Muette – the area has great transport links to the rest of Paris too. Set in a communal courtyard garden, this apartment has a light, open-plan living area with a modern kitchen and the comfy bedroom has access to an en-suite. This is a great Parisian pied-à-terre.

Commerce station is also on your doorstep, connecting you to the city's comprehensive metro network and whisking you wherever you want to explore.

La Rive Gauche

Paris has no shortage of iconic locations but perhaps none can compare with the glamour of the Champs Elysées. You’ll be able to experience the magic for yourself with a stay at this chic and modern apartment, situated right on the corner of the fabled street – to imagine just how exclusive the neighbourhood is, consider that screen legend Marlene Dietrich lived around the corner for many years. 

This place emanates Parisian elegance – the living room is tastefully decorated and features a comfy sofa, sleek wooden floors and stylish light fixtures. Lounge about and enjoy family times and movie evenings here – you can also share delicious meals at the dining table, a perfect spot to start a new day with some mouth-watering pastries and freshly-brewed coffee.

Surrounded by restaurants and chic coffee shops, this apartment is an excellent place to stay, location-wise. There are several museums nearby, as well as the beautiful Jardin du Luxembourg. You’ll also find a variety of stores in the neighbourhood, including Le Bon Marché. Back at this studio-style apartment, set over two levels, there’s a cosy open-plan living room with a kitchenette. It's compact, like the rest of the place, but it has everything you probably need. Upstairs, on the mezzanine, there’s a bedroom – this space has relatively low ceilings, so it might not suit taller guests. Otherwise, this is a great little pied-à-terre with a fantastic address.

Leafy Parisian Residence

It doesn't get much more quintessentially Parisian than this apartment, set in a 19th-century building with views of the Champs de Mars and the Eiffel Tower. The interiors are just as impressive as the address, with large arched windows that frame the view. Each bedroom has its own en-suite, making it ideal for groups, plus there's a balcony to take it all in. With the Eiffel Tower practically on your doorstep, the setting really is hard to beat.

Arched Elegance

Stylish and practical, this apartment is a great base for small groups exploring the City of Lights. On the outskirts of Paris' tourist centre, you'll be removed from the crowds and yet the Eiffel Tower is half an hour away on the Metro. Plus, designer stores and high-end restaurants are set along Rue du Commerce. As it's set on the first floor, stairs are required, but the interiors are modern, and there's plenty of space for your group to spread out and relax. The sleek kitchen is a nice touch, with everything needed for preparing homemade dinners – when you're not out sampling the excellent local eateries and bistros, of course.

Just a short stroll from Bois du Boulogne, this apartment sets the tone for a refreshing city stay. Inside, you’ll find calm rooms, luxurious touches and all the essentials you could need to get you started. It’s worth noting there is no private parking available here, but there are fantastic public transport links. Plus, you can walk to restaurants, cafes and iconic sights like the Arc de Triomphe.

Factor in the pair of luxe bathrooms – one boasting a bathtub and the other a rainfall shower – and you’ve got everything you need for a relaxing, carefree stay.
 
You’ve got plenty to enjoy in your neighbourhood with a plethora of gourmet shops nearby (there’s a supermarket just a one-minute walk away too), as well as the Marché Convention that sells fresh produce on Sundays, Tuesdays and Thursdays. Elsewhere, Parc Georges-Brassens is an eight-minute walk, the Seine is a twenty-five-minute stroll, and Paris’ emblematic Eiffel Tower is just under forty minutes away on foot or twenty-six minutes away by Metro. 


Pretty in Print 

This apartment is on the fifth floor of a conveniently located Parisian building. It’s in the 15th arrondissement, a short walk from Champ de Mars and the Eiffel Tower. Hôtel des Invalides is also nearby, and there are excellent transport links to the rest of Paris. When you’re not visiting the Louvre or sailing along the Seine, you can relax here, sipping coffee on the balcony or cooking in the convenient kitchen. At full occupancy, two guests will sleep on a sofa bed in the living space. 

Eiffel Impressions

You'll find this apartment within easy walking distance of the Eiffel Tower and the Champ de Mars. There are also plenty of shops, cafes and restaurants in the locale. Back at this home, the living area, with its neutral tones, is a great place to relax after a busy day. This room also sleeps guests five and six on a sofa bed. The kitchen, with its skylight, is light and bright, but if you don’t want to cook, your host can arrange a private chef. We think this home is ideal for families or friends looking for a Parisian stay that combines comfort with a fantastic location.
