I stay in New York a lot for work and this has by far been the best apartment I've rented short term - location is good, it has everything you need and it's very clean - it felt like a nice hotel room but with a kitchen and a really small price tag.
I actually was worried about the place because it was so cheap - I was very very pleasantly surprised.

I've just had yet another excellent experience with PlumGuide. Without their knowledge, the owner of an apartment in Manhattan canceled our reservation. The professionals at PlumGuide immediately contacted me and worked rapidly to find a suitable replacement. They were apologetic and truly cared that my well planned vacation would not be ruined. For those of you who book through VRBO, airnnb or directly from owners, please know that PlumGuide provides a different, much better level of service.

Great flat and was true to photographs. The host was gracious and helpful and
accommodated an early arrival.
The neighborhood was lively and fun. I walk or take buses so distance to tube wasn’t an issue.
This is my 6th Plum and was per usual very pleased with it.

Plum guide found us a unique apartment in Lisbon. We had a charming host, who was happy to share his city with us. The website is user friendly and there is always someone to help if needed. Highly recommend!

I used Plum Guide for a recent trip to Paris and I would use it again and definitely would recommend it. The apartment was exactly as it appeared, and I was comfortable that the listing would EXIST, as it doesn't always with some other online rentals?
