Just a short stroll from the Jardin du Luxembourg, you’ll find this elegant apartment. Cultural landmarks like the Panthéon are also within walking distance. The neighbourhood has a variety of cafes, boutiques, and fine dining options too. Housed in a traditional Parisian building, this home, with its period features, is ideal for families, couples, or friends seeking a comfortable stay. There’s a convivial open-plan living area and a couple of the bedrooms have a desk, too, if you need to work while away in Paris.

Jardin de Paris

You don’t even need to get dressed to begin your tourist activities of the day - you can sip your coffee on the balcony with views over the River Seine and Notre Dame. This two bedroom apartment has luxurious contemporary decor throughout, all finished to impeccable standards. The marble coffee table unfolds like your favourite book, you can sit back in the sand leather armchair and enjoy the view again, and the muted earth tones of the bedroom will provide welcome relaxation from the bustle outside. A truly luxurious apartment in a truly brilliant location. 

Notre Dame's Balcony

Interiors are as stylish as they come at this light-filled apartment – but we’d expect nothing less for a home perched in the chic Bonne-Nouvelle district. An excellent option for those looking to work in Paris, both bedrooms have a dedicated desk space to keep on top of emails and the Metro is just a three-minute walk away should you need to blaze a trail to another corner of the city for a meeting. Here for the sightseeing? Head for the thriving pedestrian cobbled street of Rue Montorgueil – a food lover’s delight. Or wander over to Le Marais or Le Louvre – both within easy walking distance.

 Bonne-Nouvelle Dream

Pocket-sized but perfectly chic, this apartment is a great option for couples. You'll find it in the vibrant 5th arrondissement, close to all the attractions of the Latin Quarter. After sightseeing, stretch out in the comfortable living room while a record spins on the vinyl player. The kitchen is well-stocked for home cooking, though the dining table can also double as a desk if you need to work from home. It's worth noting that the WC is separate from the main bathroom, but that aside, we think this pad more than ticks the boxes.

Gothic Treasure

Two parks (Jardin des Plantes and Jardin du Luxembourg), the Panthéon, and even Notre-Dame are all within walking distance from this central apartment. It’s close to a Metro station too, so you can easily see more of the city. The home itself is on the small side (it’s been converted from an old shop), with an open-plan living, kitchen, and bedroom area that can feel a little cosy and close to the street outside. It’s compact yet comfortable, and in a convenient spot for exploring the charms of Paris.

 Le Petit Magasin

In a typically Haussmannian part of town, a family who want to experience the tourist side of Paris whilst still living in an authentic area have found the right spot. Close to the boulevard Saint-Michel and its attractions, the location is ideal for discovering the centre of Paris on foot. Quiet & bright, with Scandinavian inspired interiors the space is tranquil and modern. Perfect for the boxset lovers, each room is equipped with a TV as well as a respective bathroom. If you're looking for a sleek, recently renovated base, then look no further. 



Fresh Start

You can't go wrong with Le Marais. Widely considered one of Paris' coolest enclaves, this locale will appeal to those wanting excellent eateries, independent shops, and vibrant nightlife at their fingertips. It's also easy to get around the city here, whether on foot or by metro, so you'll be well-placed to explore. This apartment is right in the heart of this neighbourhood. With a cosy living area boasting rustic features – hello, exposed stone and wooden beams – it feels inviting as soon as you step through the door. Just note that two guests will sleep on the sofa bed – worth it to be in the thick of things.

Timber & Velvet

Music lovers will adore this home's location – it's just a three-minute walk to Opéra Bastille and a minute more to Place de la Bastille. Or take a stroll along the Canal Saint-Martin to Port de l'Arsenal Garden (two minutes on foot). Alternatively, the beautiful Place des Vosges, the oldest planned square in Paris, is a ten-minute walk. Of course, there are plenty of stylish eateries on your doorstep to enjoy too.

Back at this apartment, if you don't fancy eating out, rustle up some salmon en papillote in the sleek kitchen. Then, take in the wonderful views over the Bastille and the Canal Saint-Martin from this home's large balcony – it's the perfect spot for a glass of Champagne. You can admire the vistas from the elegant living room too – we love this light and bright room with its French doors. This place really sings.



Roméo Et Juliette

This pretty-as-a-picture apartment will help you feel right at home in Paris. The building was completed in 1860 and there are plenty of reminders of its history, from the high ceilings and parquet floors to the ornately carved fireplace and tall windows. That's not to say it's without modern comforts though – you'll love the sleek kitchen, luxurious marble bathrooms and workspace where you can catch up on emails while working remotely. 

Our favourite spot is the balcony, where you can sit and enjoy croissants with coffee for breakfast while watching the city come to life below. Down on the street level, you'll find many of Paris' top attractions are right on your doorstep. The Louvre is just a five-minute stroll away, while a ten-minute walk will take you to the Notre Dame. There are plenty of brasseries and jazz bars to discover nearby and, thanks to the excellent public transport links, you can visit other parts of the city with ease. 

New Romantics

Located on a typical Parisian street, you'll get a real taste of the city from this lovely apartment. While it's not suitable for children or infants, we think it's a great choice for a holiday with friends or a romantic getaway. Iconic sights like the Eiffel Tower and the Arc de Triomphe aren't far, and while parking will be tricky, public transport is nearby. The private balcony is small, but there's space to step outside and enjoy views over the surrounding buildings. Boulangeries and coffee shops are just around the corner, and while the kitchen is well-equipped for cooking up your own meals, you'll have some fantastic restaurants right at your fingertips.

Charm of Glacière

This Parisian pad is located in a quiet spot in the 13th arrondissement. Filled with natural light, thanks to its glass roof, it’s a tranquil place to return to after the hustle and bustle of the capital. With a dining area and separate lounge, it’s well set up for sociable meals and relaxing evenings. When it’s time to explore, you can walk to the Bibliothèque Nationale de France and the River Seine in just over twenty minutes. And for reaching the rest of the city, there’s a Metro station just a stone’s throw away.

Paris Shadow

Set in the elegant Left Bank district in the 6th arrondissement, this serviced apartment is a short stroll from the Luxembourg Gardens and the Montparnasse Tower. There are plenty of chic cafes and restaurants to enjoy in the neighbourhood or cook some Parisian cuisine in the kitchen in this apartment’s open-plan living space. This room also accommodates guests three and four on a comfy sofa bed. We think this luxurious apartment is the ideal home-from-home in the City of Light.
