The accommodation is over three floors, and all of the rooms capitalise on the wonderful vistas. Nestled five kilometres from La Giettaz, this home is nestled in its own secluded piece of paradise. The drive to reach the chalet may not be the easiest, and snow tyres and chains, as well as a 4x4 vehicle, are a must, but it’s worth the effort. Surrounded by nature, this is somewhere you can truly switch off – and, step inside, and you’re met with a contemporary yet homely space. When you’re ready to hit the slopes, experienced skiers can ski straight from the chalet via a blue slope – otherwise, it’s a mere 1.5 kilometres to the lifts at Le Plan.

If you’re looking for a great location in Annecy, this home could be the one. Everything you need is on your doorstep, including cafes, bars and restaurants, as well as boutiques, lakeside beaches and cycle trails. Situated on Rue Perrière, the building is actually part of the historic city walls. The street runs parallel to the main canal, and the famous Palais de l’Île is just a short stroll away.
