Situated a short drive from Grignan, a pretty village renowned for its Renaissance castle, jumble of cobbled streets and low-lying lavender fields, this modern villa is a place to experience rural France at its very best. Afternoons are for exploring the surrounding countryside – set out on one of the many walks that unfold from your doorstep or explore the Provencal towns of Orange and Montélimar. 

If you’d prefer to take it easy, your garden is the perfect place to while away the hours. Lie back on a lounger – moving only to top up your glass – or float about in the private pool. Doze off in the hammock and awake to the heady smell of rosemary drifting from the summer kitchen as the appointed chef of your group cooks up a storm. Retire to the living space in the early evening and swap anecdotes over a bottle of rosé and when it’s time to get some rest, quiet bedrooms guarantee sweet dreams. 

Lavender & Fuchsia

Set on a stunning country estate in the heart of Barbentane, this 18th-century house features an array of charming original features and modern amenities that guarantee a luxurious stay filled with memories. Wander around the hectare of grounds, where you'll find an abundance of fauna and flora amidst the rosemary and thyme gardens. Unwind on the surrounding lawns surrounded by Provençal plants, or better still, take a seat on the terrace shaded by the ancient trees.

The interior of the house has been sensitively restored. Classic features, including wooden beams, an open hearth and ornate tiles are maintained whilst modern finishes complement its original charm. There are plenty of spaces dedicated to relaxation inside the home - a serene living room with plush sofas or a calm master suite opening out to a Juliette balcony. We highly doubt a rainy day here, however, the pianist of the group can soundtrack evenings in front of the crackling fire if a shower does show.

Leisurely afternoons are best spent in the pool or lounging on the south-facing terrace. Come evening time, gather around the Mediterranean-style dining room for a chef-cooked dinner with the region’s best ingredients. End the evening with a few games of boules as the sunset unfolds.

Located around fifteen minutes from the centre of Avignon, you'll be within a short drive of an array of national parks and picturesque streets lined with boulangeries and local restaurants.

Provence Montagnette

Set in the heart of Avignon’s historic centre, this apartment gives you an unbeatable view of the Palais des Papes – the city's most iconic monument. Inside, the interiors are contemporary and full of design moments that make it pop. The open-plan living space leads out to a tree-lined terrace, perfect for enjoying the sunshine. It’s on the second floor of a 19th-century Haussmann-style building without a lift, so there's a bit of a climb. But the reward is a view that never gets old and a location that couldn’t be better — whether you’re here for the festival or simply to explore the old streets at your own pace.

Central Wonder

Thirty minutes by car from the vibrant city of Avignon, the Provence countryside offers a slower lifestyle. Following the Rhône south, towards the hilly region of the Parc Naturel Régional des Alpilles (perfect for hiking) you’ll hit the town of Saint-Rémy. Famously the place where Van Gogh painted The Starry Night, you can try your own hand at painting the town, from this home just a twenty-minute walk away.

Exuding everything you’d expect from a house ‘à la provençal’, old-world elegance is the first theme of this magnificent home. Built in the late 20th century, its pale yellow exterior and pastel blue shutters stand out in the verdant surrounding landscapes – as does the blue of your private pool. Olive trees, lawns, and mountains create a calming environment where you'll love settling down for a picnic with a fresh baguette and camembert.

Luxury rustic continues indoors. You’ll love gliding across the flagstone flooring and vintage, Persian-style rugs. Wicker and leather are sumptuous seating arrangements for the evening, with a stone fireplace to gather around and share a bottle of pinot noir before bed.

Cypress Tree

A short drive from the city of Montpellier, this villa offers fantastic views and plenty to do. We think it's a great choice for families and friend groups – it's bursting with amenities, including all-terrain bikes, a pétanque court, a heated infinity pool, and a gym and sauna. The dedicated office has a double sofa bed for two guests, and there are two EV chargers here for added convenience. We do recommend hiring a car here to make the most of your stay, whether it's exploring Montpellier or the village of Montferrier-sur-Lez, or spending a day at the beach.

The Spritz

Set on a stunning estate in the heart of Saint-Remy-de-Provence, this gorgeous home features an array of resort-like amenities that guarantee a luxurious experience filled with memories. Wander around the perfectly manicured gardens, where you'll find an abundance of fauna and flora amidst the impressive landscaping. Relax on the surrounding lawns in the sunshine, or find a shaded spot under one of the ancient trees. Better still, take a seat at the alfresco terrace, where you can hear the soothing trickle of the fountain nearby. The private pool features a shallow end, perfect for younger children to splash around in. 

There are plenty of spaces dedicated to relaxation inside the home, too, as, beyond the chic interiors, you'll find an artist’s studio which offers space for yoga, while the relaxation area features an infrared sauna and an Italian shower as well gym equipment. 

Come evening time, gather around the Mediterranean-style kitchen for group cooking sessions. When the weather is warm, open up the arched windows that lead out onto the terrace for barbecues in the sun. End the soirée with a movie night or competitive ping pong/ table ice hockey game, or why not curl up for a movie night in the home cinema room? 

Located around a kilometre away from the centre of Saint-Remy-de-Provence, you'll be within walking distance of an array of bakeries, fruit and vegetable shops, and cafes and restaurants to sample. The town is well-known for its extensive history that proves popular with artists; it was here that inspired the likes of Van Gogh after all. 


Field of Poppies

Perfect for families and friends looking for a peaceful break in Provence, this villa is in a quiet residential neighbourhood. You’ll be just a short walk from the centre of Aubagne and only a twenty-minute drive from Cassis and Marseille. Aix-en-Provence is thirty minutes away by car. The villa is modern and stylish, equipped with everything you might need. Kids will love playing table tennis and pétanque, and watching movies on the projector screen, while grown-ups will surely enjoy sipping cocktails by the pool while admiring the view. 

Passing Time in Provence

Within walking distance of Saint-Rémy-de-Provence's town centre, you'll discover restaurants, museums, and the region's grand market on your doorstep. Idyllic in every sense, the south-facing garden is perfect for sunbathing on the poolside terrace – although our favourite spot is the orangery, with its summer kitchen and light-filled living space. We love that multiple seating areas are spread across the main house, outdoor patio and a separate annexe, which is great for groups seeking to split off in their downtime. 

Reflections of Sunshine

Treat yourself to an absolutely unique stay at a home which traces its history all the way back to 1365 – originally a convent, this beautiful place is now converted into a comfortable and charming abode. 

Located on top of a hill, with sprawling views of the picturesque village of Barbentane and the surrounding Provencal countryside, arriving at the home you’ll immediately feel transported to another time. And while there is no shortage of period charm here, do not worry about missing the conveniences of modernity – the home manages to retain its historic character while also boasting a range of luxurious features. 

Step through the front door and let yourself be wowed by the old-school ambience, with stone walls, wooden beams supporting the ceiling, and a huge fireplace promising cosy warmth. We love the tasteful and lovingly selected furnishings and unique art pieces to be found in each room – it is clear the host loves this home and wants to share it with his guests. 

Get inspired by the bright country-style kitchen and create delicious French feasts, to be enjoyed by the whole party at the opulent dining table. After a restful night of sweet dreams, courtesy of the plush and comfy bedrooms, step out onto the terrace with a cup of freshly brewed coffee and admire the stunning vistas around you. 

There is also plenty to be enjoyed in the area: from the village of Barbentane on your doorstep and the lovely county trails to the historic city of Avignon with its Papal Palace just a five-minute drive away. 


Duel of Angels 

Amidst the serene countryside of Provence, this 18th-century farmhouse sets the tone for an idyllic French getaway. From the private pool, Jacuzzi and sauna to the peaceful rooms, every detail has been considered to create a magical stay. The bedrooms come with en-suite bathrooms and one of them is located in an independent annexe – perfect for those seeking a little extra privacy. Your host is on hand to help organise extras like private chefs, massage treatments and actives. Plus, it’s just a five-minutes to the small town of L’Isle-sur-la-Sorgue, while Avignon is only 25-kilometres away.

Mulberry Moon

At foot of the Mont Ventoux, in the heart of Vaucluse, nestled between centuries-old oaks and flowers, this charming home is perfect for a couple looking to get away from it all. First and foremost, with a pretty south-east facing garden, furnished terrace and private swimming pool, there's plenty of outdoor space to while away sun-soaked afternoons in the French countryside, with nothing but the sound of the chirping birds to interrupt your rest and relaxation. 

Inside the cottage, appealing artwork adorns the walls and a ruby-red colour palette runs throughout the open-plan kitchen, living and dining space to make for warm and welcoming interiors that will quickly have you feeling right at home. There's a different look in the bedroom with muted grey tones and palm-themed wallpaper to lull you into your restful slumbers with ease, ready for a day of exploring in the morning. 

Location-wise, you've struck gold. While the quaint commune of Carpentras, with its mini-markets, cosy bakeries, cafés, shops and restaurants, is right on your doorstep, you can also reach a number of interesting cities and tourist attractions within minutes. You're a thirty-two-minute drive from Avignon, forty minutes from Gordes, and only twenty-five minutes by car from the Grotte de Thouzon caves, just to name a few.
