Located in Richmond upon Thames, one of London's most attractive boroughs, this home has a fabulous address. Keen gardeners will love it here – the house is just a three-minute stroll to the Lion Gate, one of the entrances to Kew Gardens. If that wasn't enough, your lovely hosts provide four free tickets to the gardens, and this membership also gives you 10% off the shop there. There are plenty of chic boutiques, restaurants and bars on your doorstep to sample. Or, go for a walk along Richmond Riverside and explore Richmond Park. You can reach Central London in thirty minutes by Tube or train too. 

Back at this home, enjoy a cup of tea in the garden with its pretty flower borders, or relax on the sofa in the living room and pick a book from the shelf. We love the French doors, which allow light to flood in, as well as the neutral hues enlivened by pops of blue and green. Later, rustle up a salmon tray bake in the modern and stylish kitchen with its navy blue units (there's a blender, food processor and juicer). There's a handy office space here, too, if you want to catch up on work. To top it all off, this place has private parking to boot.

Whether you’re visiting London for business or leisure, you’ll have what you need here, including a 24-hour concierge, a kitchen equipped with top-of-the-line appliances, and a balcony to unwind on. You can walk to Willesden Junction Tube station, where you can hop on the Bakerloo line to Oxford Circus and Regent’s Park. 

The Golden Embrace

This recently renovated garden apartment is tastefully furnished with diverse touches gathered from all over the world, and it is quietly tucked away just outside of downtown London. Vibrant and charming, the contemporary living space and serene garden provide the ideal escape from the hustle and bustle of London.

Light and spacious, it's perfect for extended dinners with friends, lounging in front of the TV, or using as a jumping off point to explore London.

Le Jardin Marrakech

This apartment is just a short stroll from Kew Gardens, making it an ideal fit for those who like to stop and smell the roses. Also within walking distance is Kew Bridge Station for adventures further afield, though you'll find an array of local cafes and family-friendly pubs in the area. A converted church, the apartment building has bags of character. That said, the design inside is classic and contemporary. Three comfortable bedrooms, a light-filled lounge, and access to shared outdoor space make it an excellent fit for families. There's also on-site bike storage here, perfect for afternoon rides along the Thames.

This stylish West London apartment has everything you'll need for a fuss-free stay. For starters, parking is provided – super handy if you're heading to nearby Heathrow. Remote workers can use the desk in the bedroom, while the kitchen is stocked with all the essentials. There's even a tiny glass balcony, which lets in heaps of natural light and offers a glimpse of the skyline. Just keep in mind that the third guest will sleep on a sofa bed. Location-wise, Kew Gardens, Chiswick, and Richmond are in close proximity. Central London is a bit further but still easily accessible by car or public transit – the nearest Tube station is less than ten minutes away on foot.

Oynx & Umber

This colourful home is in the heart of Chiswick, a leafy area with a homely, village atmosphere. If you're looking for somewhere to relax after a day in the city, the garden is the perfect spot, and a real luxury for a London flat. Although a basement home, the bay window in the living room means there's more light than you'd expect, and the window seating is a cosy spot to gather for meals – that's if you don't try one of the many independent eateries just down the road. If the garden has got you wishing for more greenery, it's just a short tube ride to the Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew. 

Grand Outlook

Sleek and modern, this apartment is a great fit for families or small groups of friends in search of a city bolthole. Slide across the bi-folding doors and open up the living area to your private outside space, creating the perfect layout for socialising. You'll find everything needed for a comfortable stay, including a bright desk space for working remotely. It's worth noting that the twin single beds can be converted into a super-king-sized bed upon request. The home is also short on wardrobe space, so pack light. Location-wise, you're less than a twenty-five-minute walk from Westfield Shopping Centre, while the Stamford Brook Tube station lies just thirteen minutes away on foot. 

Black Jack

Set in the charming heart of Kew, this home is perfect for families or groups seeking peaceful suburban living with easy access to the capital. The stylish, modern design offers comfort for those happy to share a bedroom. While cosy at full capacity, the prime location makes up for it. Just a short walk from the Royal Botanic Gardens, you’ll also find supermarkets, restaurants, coffee shops, and local boutiques nearby. With excellent transport links, including Richmond and Kew Gardens stations, it's quick and easy to reach Central London and explore iconic landmarks.

The Jewel House

This comfortable apartment is a solid choice of base in West London. It’s a short drive from Westfield Shopping Centre and Shepherd’s Bush – perfect if you’re in London for a gig. You’ll also be able to get around on public transport, as Acton Central station is a short walk away. The heart of this home is the open-plan living and dining space, which leads to a garden. At full occupancy, two guests will sleep on a sofa bed in the living space. 

Serene Garden

The attention to detail in this home is evident from the moment you arrive. We love how it has maintained a lot of the original features of the Grade-II listed building it is housed in, such as the sash windows and bedroom shutters. The interiors are very attractive with nods to mid-century design, which complement the period features for an elegant look. The location here won’t be for everyone, as the immediate area is lacking in attractions. But, you do have access to an allocated parking space and the train service into London Waterloo is frequent. 

Lily & Miles

Ambling along the River Thames, just a stone’s throw away from this modern apartment, you’d be momentarily excused for forgetting you were in the heart of West London. Yet turn a corner, and you’ll find the snug pubs and a bustling high street of Brentford. Well suited for guests looking to stay in a quiet pocket of London, this apartment offers the best of both worlds. Stay local and stroll over Kew Bridge for a picnic amidst the tree-canopy walkways and glasshouses of Kew Gardens in Richmond (ten minutes on foot). Or hop on the train at Kew Bridge Station (a mere five-minute walk away) to be in central London in thirty minutes flat. When it’s finally time to retreat home, a contemporary, light-filled home awaits. Feedback from guests regarding this place has never been short of outstanding, and it's easy to see why. Immaculately presented throughout, we love the suntrap balcony revealing sideways views of the river - the perfect spot for breakfast and a coffee or a few evening drinks. And with secure underground parking included for free, there’s no need to worry about London parking shenanigans here. Visiting London doesn't get much easier than this.

Down to the River

This elegant apartment in leafy Ealing, West London, has everything going for it. Starting with a private patio garden for when the sun shines, and some impressive Victorian features inside. If we were being fussy (which we are), some of the interiors might feel a tad dated for some, and the second bedroom is on the snug side. But for such a bang-on location, we can forgive that. Ealing Broadway is an amble away, with brunch-worthy spots and bars to soak up the village feel of this neighbourhood. And when it’s time to chase the buzz of the inner-city, South Ealing Underground Station is within easy walking distance.
