We love the rooftop terrace – it's the perfect spot to escape to for some privacy high above the city. Guests in the main bedroom will benefit from an en-suite bathroom and another, smaller terrace too. Cook up a storm in the well-equipped open-plan kitchen or dine out in one of the many restaurants within walking distance of the apartment. Lively pubs, cafes, and outdoor markets are just minutes away from this home-from-home.

Palm Trees & Pebbles 

Surrounded by rolling green pastures, ancient woodlands and spectacular coastline, this breathtaking home is tailor-made for large group getaways with friends and family. So whether you're celebrating a special occasion or simply looking to spend quality time together, its six acres ensure there's plenty of space for the whole party. 

Accommodation is split between the main house, two charming cabins, and a luxury bell tent (available from April to September only). Within the grounds, you'll find a natural amphitheatre and an inviting hot tub offering breathtaking views over the South Downs National Park.

Step into the main house and socialise as you prep meals in the kitchen before stepping out onto the spacious patio, where you'll find a barbecue ideal for cooking outdoor feasts over the summer months. Out back, you'll find a covered seating area with enough space for everyone, plus three space heaters for those chilly evenings when the breeze rolls in off the sea. Of course, if the weather's not playing ball, there's always the projector and surround sound system in the living room for immersive movie nights.

Away from your semi-secluded haven, the shingle beach at Saltdean offers you a chance to paddleboard or take a dip in the Grade II-listed art deco lido. Then, continue west along the coast, and you'll find yourself in the vibrant seaside town of Brighton in under half an hour. However, if you prefer to use your breaks as a chance to disconnect, the national park on your doorstep offers over 2,000 miles of rights of way so you can enjoy some quiet reflection as you hike through the hills.

Southern Sanctuary

Realistically, there's only one place to start with at this apartment and that's the gorgeous sea view. The best spot to appreciate this is from the living room that benefits from three curved Georgian windows, but Brighton Pier can also be spotted from two of the bedrooms, too. As well as making this home a great vantage point for catching the city's famous starling murmurations, it also brings in copious amounts of natural light, which dances satisfyingly off the wooden floor and cleansingly white walls. Renovated in 2020, the interior feels thoroughly modern, but the choice of classic furnishings, including the antique dining table, pays homage to Brighton's long and regal history. It's also easy to get a flavour of the city's heritage from the fabulous location in the Kemptown neighbourhood. The Royal Pavilion, for instance, is only fifteen minutes' walk away, while the Palace Pier takes less than ten.

The elegance of this five-storey townhouse along Brighton’s fashionable Portland Place evokes the glamour of the Regency era. It’s been immaculately restored, and the giant sash windows, wrought-iron balconies, soaring ceilings and marble fireplaces feel rightfully opulent. In just 15 minutes you could be licking ice creams on Brighton’s pier, admiring more Regency architecture in town, or wandering through The Lanes in search of a lost treasure.
