A converted church, the apartment building has bags of character. That said, the design inside is classic and contemporary. Three comfortable bedrooms, a light-filled lounge, and access to shared outdoor space make it an excellent fit for families. There's also on-site bike storage here, perfect for afternoon rides along the Thames.

Saint Rose

Just a two-minute stroll from the River Thames, this practical apartment in the heart of Putney is a great fit for those after a convenient base where they can enjoy green open spaces and affluent residential areas. Wandsworth Park, Putney Bridge and Fulham are all nearby, with Chelsea and Kensington also within reach. The home offers seamless modern living for two, with bi-folding doors that open up the living space and dining area to a quiet courtyard. The layout is simple and compact, but it’s perfectly formed for couples and solo travellers. There’s a little patio outside and the host welcomes well-behaved dogs with prior approval. Beyond here, it’s just a short walk to restaurants, shops and cafes in Putney. It’s also just a short walk to the nearest tube station – providing great connections with central London. 

The Garden Poem

Live the Richmond high life for a while with a stay at this impeccably finished family home nestled along a quiet, leafy street that's close to the River Thames. Your host's years of experience in the high-end hotel industry shine through from the moment you arrive. The sumptuously cosy living room boasts original artwork and just the right amount of antiques. Whilst over in the kitchen, there’s every type of appliance you can imagine to whizz up a feast. But if cooking isn’t your thing, never fear, your host can organise a private chef to do the work whilst you enjoy some pre-dinner drinks outside in the south-facing garden.  Upstairs, there’s a peaceful feeling throughout. Each room has its own charming personality, but all offer similarly beautifully made beds that look straight out of a five-star boutique hotel. Beyond this luxurious home, just a short stroll over the bridge, you’ll find the village-feel centre of Richmond waiting. After a morning run along the River Thames, grab a coffee outside on the high street and bed down for some celebrity spotting - David Attenborough, Mick Jagger and many more choose to reside here. Or if nature’s more your thing, make a beeline for Richmond Park for a spot of deer spotting instead. And when the bright lights of central London finally sway you, hop in a taxi booked via the host, and you’ll be in central London in half an hour. 

Coffee at Catherine's

Whether you need to work, play or relax, this extraordinary double-fronted home in Wandsworth has you covered. You only have to look at the 100-foot-long (and extra wide) garden to see what we mean. As well as a lawn plenty big enough for games, there's also plenty of alfresco seating. This is what exceptional living in London looks like. Stylish, elegant yet expansive, it’s a home begging for a large family or groups of friends to come together. Feedback from guests regarding this home has never been short of outstanding, and it's easy to see why. Upstairs you’ll find luxurious bedrooms with Egyptian cotton sheets – we’ll leave you to decide who lucks out on that top floor air-conditioned master with a garden view terrace. But for us, the clear standout feature has to be downstairs in the impressive kitchen, living and dining area, an incredibly impressive room that holds the entire household comfortably with stunning views of the beautiful garden. This space is best served with those incredible full-height patio doors slid right back to let the sunshine in, as you come together for a long, lazy breakfast before setting out to explore. And you’re in the right location to do so. Given the size of this place you'll be forgiven for thinking you're well outside the city, but you can walk to Wandsworth Common station in just over 10 minutes, and from there it's a quick 10-minute train ride to Victoria Station. Or for something a little slower paced, do like the locals and head round the corner for a brisk walk around Wandsworth Common – via the bustling high street first for that obligatory coffee. For those arriving by car, this home has its own off-street parking space – a very welcome rarity in London.

The City Oasis

This stunning Victorian villa has been restored to its former glory and beyond. Look forward to beautiful decor and high-end finishes in this attractive, welcoming home-from-home. We love the open-plan living, dining, and kitchen space, which leads to a 100-foot garden perfect for warm weather. There’s also a separate formal lounge, so you’ll have plenty of space. The Chiswick location gives you suburban tranquillity with urban convenience – it has the feel of a country escape but you’ll be spoilt for choice when it comes to cafes, restaurants, and boutique shops. This delightful home even backs onto Chiswick House and Gardens. 

Blade of Grass 

Tucked away on a quiet, residential street, this two-bedroom apartment offers a peaceful base close to the bustling markets, cafés, and restaurants of Richmond. Spread over multiple levels, it feels like a proper home with bright, uncluttered spaces. The open-plan living area is perfect for relaxed meals or evenings in, while the bedrooms make calm retreats with the added bonus of a bathtub for unwinding at the end of the day. With Richmond Park and the river just a short stroll away, plus quick transport links to central London and the countryside, it’s ideal for those seeking the best of both worlds.

Richmond Charm

Tucked into the picturesque village of Esher, this semi-detached home is an idyllic spot for a relaxed stay. While you’ll share the garden with the adjoining home, there’s plenty of space for alfresco meals when the sun is shining. Inside, it feels classic and modern, with a cosy living space for unwinding after a day on Moore Place Golf Course. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking up meals with the produce you picked from Garsons Farm Shop, and the comfortable bedrooms offer plump beds for restful sleeps. Located on the outskirts of London, you can enjoy the perfect combination of rural and connected.

This elegant apartment in leafy Ealing, West London, has everything going for it. Starting with a private patio garden for when the sun shines, and some impressive Victorian features inside. If we were being fussy (which we are), some of the interiors might feel a tad dated for some, and the second bedroom is on the snug side. But for such a bang-on location, we can forgive that. Ealing Broadway is an amble away, with brunch-worthy spots and bars to soak up the village feel of this neighbourhood. And when it’s time to chase the buzz of the inner-city, South Ealing Underground Station is within easy walking distance.
