Spread over four floors, it might go without saying that this Kensington home offers plenty of space. With two living areas and a garden with a terrace and barbecue, the London home gives you lots of opportunity to split off into small groups. With the bedrooms on the second and third floors, stairs will be a common feature of your stay, but we think it's worth it – not only is the home well equipped for family reunions or friendly get-togethers, it's just ten minutes from the nearest tube station. It even has its own parking space, a real find in the area.

Parkside Hideaway

Nestled on a cobbled mews near Holland Park, this home makes an excellent place for friends to get together. The patio has alfresco aperitifs written all over it – it'll be a real bonus during the summer months. Inside, the bright living area is another great spot to unwind, though if you need some time to yourself, the two en-suite bedrooms are equally as comfortable. Factor in the dedicated workspace upstairs, the soaker bath in the main bedroom, and the proximity to Notting Hill, and it's no surprise it caught our eye.

Holland Bliss

Ideally located in an affluent part of London close to Notting Hill, Kensington, and Holland Park, this home is a superb base for a central London stay. It’s in a vibrant area of tree-lined streets and Victorian architecture, with a wealth of boutiques, cafes, and restaurants. The house features tasteful decor and modern amenities, with plenty of space for a large group to gather together – there’s even a terrace where you can soak up the sun during summer stays.

The Perfect Fusion

Skylights, super-high ceilings, painted rafters and a pearly white colour palette make this bright Holland Park flat an angelic place to call home for a while. Design elements like the original oak beam ceilings, sparing use of houseplants and a stone Buddha add to the peaceful vibe. While an earth-toned rug and pastel wall art add variety to the neutral canvas. Descend the statement spiral staircase to find an elegant basement bedroom with crushed velvet furnishings a sleek study area to pen your thoughts. You'll find this charming family home tucked away on a quiet, gated mews just a ten-minute walk from Holland Park Station. The location is perfect for exploring West London – enjoy morning strolls through the Japanese gardens at Holland Park (a ten-minute walk), admire the pastel-coloured houses in Notting Hill (about fifteen minutes away), rifle through the bric-a-brac at Portobello Road Market (twenty minutes on foot) or shop the latest fashions at Westfield London (reachable in ten). Excellent dining, local coffee joints and independent stores line the streets, and we think a family or group of friends will be pleased to call this postcode home. Speaking of home, this pad has everything you need for a getaway. We loved the period features and the amount of space on offer. Kick back and relax in the cosy living area with a good book and a glass of wine, or if you need to tend to some business, the desk upstairs is the perfect spot to do so. When you're feeling peckish, rustle up a meal in the country-style kitchen, then gather around the dining table in the sunny conservatory for a family dinner. End the evening with a movie night before making your way upstairs and snuggling up in the sumptuous beds.

The Queensdale

Set within a grand Georgian townhouse, this elegant apartment places you at the heart of one of London’s prettiest neighbourhoods. You’re within strolling distance of the iconic Electric Cinema, Portobello Market, Holland Park's peacocks and the shops of High Street Kensington. It’s worth noting you will need to climb four flights of stairs to reach the entrance, but once inside you’ll find everything you could need to switch off and unwind. Set across two floors, the rooms are well suited to families and groups in search of ease and comfort. It’s also in a great location. From here you can stroll to Portobello Road and you’ll find Holland Park tube station is less than ten-minutes away. 


Thoughtful Living 

This stylish Notting Hill apartment on Westbourne Grove could easily grace the pages of any leading interior design magazine. We adore the period features, such as the ornate cornices and sash windows, along with the herringbone wood floors, chic marble kitchen and bathroom. Plan your day in London from the curvy, velvet sofa after breakfast at your large dining table with its comfy rattan chairs.

First of all, we'd suggest browsing the gorgeous boutiques of Westbourne Grove, right on your doorstep. The antique stalls of Portobello Road Market are around a fourteen-minute walk away, while it's a few more minutes to the Museum of Brands. Or culture lovers can head to the Gate Theatre, nine minutes on foot. On top of all this, Notting Hill Station is a ten-minute saunter if you want to explore the rest of what London has to offer. This home is perfect for a couple or solo traveller wanting the full Notting Hill experience.



Get Into the Grove

What's more, it's a property for all year round - guests appreciate its comfort not only in the summer thanks to the air conditioning throughout (rare in London), but also during the winter - efficient insulation and two boilers means there's plenty of hot water for baths and showers for everyone, perfect to wind down after an adventurous day of exploring the city.
