Housed on the upper floor of a historic London pub dating back to 1852, this characterful apartment offers a comfortable, relaxing base from which to explore the city.

You’ll immediately be transported back in time through the home’s original features, like the parquet floors, corniced ceilings and sash windows that bathe the whole space in light. We love the plump armchair that invites evenings over glasses of wine and the cosy dining nook that’s all set for intimate meals and sunny breakfasts alike. The bedroom is just as elegant with its ornamental fireplace and beautifully dressed king-size bed, while the bathroom beckons long, luxurious soaks under its rainfall shower. 

When you’re not soaking up the period atmosphere of your chic pad, go out and explore the nearby sights. You’re just a ten-minute walk from leafy Hyde Park, a fifteen-minute stroll from Little Venice and its waterside cafés and colourful Notting Hill is twenty minutes away on foot.


One for the Road

Moments from Hyde Park, this apartment makes it easy to enjoy the magic of London. You can stroll into Notting Hill and you’ll be spoiled for choice when it comes to restaurants, cafes and shops. There are great public transport links with Paddington station just around the corner – making it easy to explore further afield. You’ll also have a private patio for warm weather days as well as plenty of space inside to socialise, stretch out or catch up on work. 

The Joy of Home 

This recently refurbished home is a true haven in one of the most sought-after neighbourhoods in London. Set right between the picturesque neighbourhoods of Paddington and Bayswater, this is the perfect spot for a romantic city stay for two or as a base for a solo traveller wanting to see what the city has to offer. You’ll have everything you need in this ground-floor apartment – high ceilings, a full kitchen and a spacious bedroom all await you here. When you’re ready to see the sights, Hyde Park and Kensington Gardens are a short walk away – and nearby Paddington Station can take you almost anywhere else in the city.

The Chic Abode

Offering a private roof terrace and a central location, this apartment makes a great choice for an exciting city stay. From here, it’s just a short stroll to Edgware Road and Paddington underground stations, while Hyde Park is also within easy walking distance. It’s worth noting the apartment may be a bit of a squeeze for ten guests, but it’s an ideal spot for groups looking to relax after a day of exploring. There is a sofa bed for two guests in the living room and streaming services are provided – perfect for cosy movie nights. 

London Skies Retreat

Exuding refinement, style and sophistication inside and out, a very different stay awaits on-board this converted canal boat moored up in the Paddington Basin. It's a premium location in the unique public floating garden, just ten minutes from Little Venice. Back on land, go for a spin on the free-to-use bicycles, exploring nearby Edgware Road and leafy green Hyde Park – under a seven-minute cycle away. When you do return to your luxurious barge, you'll find sleek Scandi interiors with warm reclaimed timber walls. Compact but better equipped than many homes, this houseboat provides the ultimate boutique hotel experience – from the swanky freestanding bathtub to the chic breakfast bar. There are plenty of entertainment options too. Snuggle up with a movie in the cosy (inside) living space – complete with a cleverly positioned projector. Choose a book from the extensive collection – courtesy of independent publishers – and sink back into the egg-shaped swing seat in your unique outside living space (and don't worry, you can purchase all the books on-board if you're a few chapters short). It's the perfect setting for a romantic getaway in the city, with the spectacular rooftop dining area also ideal for entertaining friends and celebrating a special occasion. We absolutely loved it. 

The Merchant Houseboat

On the sixth floor of an apartment block in London, this home is a practical and comfortable spot to rest your head during a city break. The central location means you can expect some outside noise and children aren't permitted here, but we think it's a good choice for friends or colleagues. The only parking nearby is paid, but attractions like Hyde Park and the Sherlock Holmes Museum are within walking distance and you'll find plenty of transport links nearby to help you traverse London with ease.

Cosmic View

Located just north of Hyde Park and Kensington Gardens, this sleek home makes a great first impression. Blending vintage charm and contemporary style, the art on the walls and double-height ceilings exude comfort. There's space to sit out on the cosy terrace with a drink or a light lunch, and you're never far from something to do when the mood strikes. Notting Hill is just minutes away on foot, along with several stations for hopping on the Underground and exploring London's best bits.

London Chic

Paddington is one of London's most coveted neighbourhoods, and this luxury three-level townhouse that has been tastefully renovated fits the locale to a tee. It boasts outdoor space – a true mark of luxury in this part of London – and floor-to-ceiling windows that flood the home with natural light. Within walking distance of some of the city's most renowned sights and with the centre just a stone's throw away, it's ideal for families with older children, business travellers, or groups of friends.





A Quiet Residence

With Paddington Station a couple of streets away and the green expanse of Hyde Park a five-minute walk, this pristine apartment enjoys the best of central London. The surrounding streets are packed with global eateries and local pubs, and the Tube can whisk you into central London in around ten minutes. Pebble-grey and muted inside, this apartment is an oasis in the city. There’s plush dining for eight people, and enough room for the whole group to spread out in the living room. Each bedroom has bags of space – a rarity this close to the centre of London. But we love the orchids and white roses that add a touch of class to the luxe rooms.

Pebble Grey

If you're looking for a peaceful yet centrally located retreat in the capital, this is the perfect spot. Moments from the sprawling green of Hyde Park, the deluxe home is expertly placed for wholesome walks and urban exploration. 

Hop on the underground to explore the museums, wander through the glorious parks or find a bargain amongst the high-end stores of Knightsbridge. As well as snug furnishings and authentically British character, the home's appeal lies in its geographical dexterity – it caters to whatever is on your itinerary. 
 

 Once inside the the homely white walls, you won't believe you're moments away from the heart of London. The cottage-like home rests in a quiet mews, the only sounds you'll hear are the rythmical beats of a horse trotting past. Cosy and convenient, the home marries the serenity of the English countryside with city comforts.
 
Enchanting pieces of art add artistic personality, complemented by the natural light that pours into the living room. Once sunset, the room transforms to an intimate den made for relaxed nights on the sofa.

Hyde Park Bliss

London is a city that isn't short of an art gallery or two and this apartment takes influence from some of these cultural institutions. Illuminated by natural light from the huge window at the far side of the living room, the white walls are covered with a huge range of colourful works and there are curios dotted about here and there, too.

In addition to this eye-catching decoration, the design is definitely contemporary in flavour, particularly the chic white leather sofa, transparent dining chairs and a minimalist kitchen heavy on the sleek surfaces. The mezzanine level adds another layer to this home — both figuratively and literally — and offers an office, as well as another cosy lounge.

Although the street on which this home resides is certainly residential, there's plenty to see and do nearby. The corner of the huge Kensington Gardens can be reached in only eight minutes on foot, while the vintage boutiques and cute brunch spots of Portobello Road take around five.

The Art Critic

Modern elegance is the name of the game here in this ideally located apartment between Bayswater and Paddington stations. Silver hues and a muted palette come together in perfect, sophisticated harmony with swish feature walls, sleek furnishings and large windows that fill the space with light. We love the plump sofa in the living room and the marble-topped coffee table, perfect for kicking back with a cup of coffee and your newspaper in the morning. The bedroom too is gracefully pared-back, and feels distinctly like a boutique hotel with its luxurious bedding and draped window giving way to Bayswater views. When you’re not relaxing on the sofa, gathering around the dining table for intimate meals or taking long soaks in the tub, go out and explore your surroundings. Kensington Gardens’ famous Peter Pan statue is a ten-minute walk away – as is leafy Hyde Park – while Portobello Road and Notting Hill are a twenty-five-minute stroll from your door. Make sure to amble around Little Venice, too, with its inviting canal-side cafes and pubs, a fifteen-minute walk away.
