This stylish apartment has a prestigious location in Shoreditch, in a landmark building designed by the renowned architects Foster + Partners. We love the ensuite bathroom, beautifully finished with marble. The open-plan living space is flooded with lots of natural light with large windows overlooking London. However, the absolute highlights here for us are the indoor lap pool and spa – perfect for relaxing after a busy day. There's also a residents' lounge, a state-of-the-art gym, and a cinema, so there's plenty to keep you occupied.

If all this wasn't enough, this home has a fabulous address. It's a twelve-minute walk to East London Tech City, otherwise known as Silicon Roundabout, while Spitalfields Market is a four-minute saunter. As homes get closer to a city centre, they generally tend to get a little smaller. However, this apartment in one of the most coveted neighbourhoods in London proves that you don't need masses of space to create a stylish and inviting address. We were really impressed by the mid-century-inspired furnishings in the living room, the sleek marble kitchen and the similarly pristine bathroom. This tasteful interior feels entirely in keeping with the trendy Shoreditch locale, in which you're surrounded by some of London's most celebrated bars, restaurants and nightlife venues. However, despite this, the building's located on a quiet side street, so you can still enjoy a peaceful night's sleep. There's even a small park just next door where you can sit outside if the weather is agreeable.

We loved the open-plan living space, brought to life by the bold artwork on the walls and sewn together by the breakfast bar in the centre of the room. Perfect for sharing toast and jams in the morning, it expertly blends the living room and the kitchen. If you wanted to invite friends over for dinner, the room has a light, airy vibe that's ideal for a hosting space. 

Of course, when you're in such proximity to London's world-class restaurants, you probably want to sample them. Myriad fine eateries are right on your doorstep, or you can hop on the underground at Liverpool Street to reach Soho in a matter of minutes.

Head in the other direction and you'll find the Olympic Stadium and the beautiful park that surrounds it. Given the array of accessible public transport, you can reach the cool districts of Peckham, Hackney and Dalston in less than half an hour.
