This stylish apartment has a prestigious location in Shoreditch, in a landmark building designed by the renowned architects Foster + Partners. We love the ensuite bathroom, beautifully finished with marble. The open-plan living space is flooded with lots of natural light with large windows overlooking London. However, the absolute highlights here for us are the indoor lap pool and spa – perfect for relaxing after a busy day. There's also a residents' lounge, a state-of-the-art gym, and a cinema, so there's plenty to keep you occupied.

If all this wasn't enough, this home has a fabulous address. It's a twelve-minute walk to East London Tech City, otherwise known as Silicon Roundabout, while Spitalfields Market is a four-minute saunter. With its public gardens, bars, and restaurants, Hoxton Square is a seven-minute wander, or art lovers can head to the Barbican Arts Centre, seventeen minutes away on foot.

The apartment itself is a real staple of contemporary luxury in the heart of Shoreditch. As homes get closer to a city centre, they generally tend to get a little smaller. However, this apartment in one of the most coveted neighbourhoods in London proves that you don't need masses of space to create a stylish and inviting address. We were really impressed by the mid-century-inspired furnishings in the living room, the sleek marble kitchen and the similarly pristine bathroom. This tasteful interior feels entirely in keeping with the trendy Shoreditch locale, in which you're surrounded by some of London's most celebrated bars, restaurants and nightlife venues. However, despite this, the building's located on a quiet side street, so you can still enjoy a peaceful night's sleep. There's even a small park just next door where you can sit outside if the weather is agreeable.
