The famous Regent street is only a ten–minute's walk away too, we absolutely love the gems you can find in the shops. Sore feet after long days out shopping? Wash off in a waterfall shower, let the blackout shades down, and pop on some Netflix before doing it all over again the next day. 

The Thick Of It

Perfectly positioned in Soho’s Chinatown, this bright, chic apartment is an ideal base from which to explore Central London’s most iconic sights. Inside, large windows fill the space in light and a cool, laid-back Japandi decor sets the scene for a calm and relaxing stay. Although, with Soho's finest restaurants, hip bars and lively clubs right on your doorstep, you may end up eating out most nights. Walk to illustrious Covent Garden in less than ten minutes for a dazzling array of spots serving critically acclaimed international cuisine. Of course, you're in London's thriving theatre district, so why not bookmark the break with a trip to one of the brilliant West End shows nearby.

With nearby eateries, pubs, and bars, it's no wonder the location caught our eye. As for the apartment, there's natural light, contemporary decor, and plenty of space for sprawling out. In town for work? The desk in the bedroom is ideal for business travellers. Just note that two guests will sleep on the sofa bed, making this a better fit for short stays.

The Soho Sophisticate

You only have to look at the number of rooftop bars in the UK's capital to see how much Londoners love being up among the city's iconic skyline and this Chinatown apartment lets you get in on the fun. Here, guests get access to a private terrace with plenty of seating so you can kick back and relax above the hustle and bustle of Soho below. The interior of this home is equally impressive in our books. Quirky artwork and house plants add pops of colour against the stark white walls in the living space and bedrooms, while the honeycomb-tiled bathrooms are as sleek as they come, too. There's a spacious minimalist kitchen and a chic glass dining table, but given the location and the countless restaurants that in the locale, we wouldn't be surprised if these remain unused. As well as plenty of places to eat, the main row of West End theatres on Shaftesbury Avenue sits at the top of the street, while Leicester Square and its cinemas are three minutes' walk in the other direction.

With its riot of colours and marquee style letter lighting, there’s something of a carnival vibe to this converted warehouse. It’s a post-industrial loft space that doesn’t take itself too seriously. We love the tongue-in cheek detailing, from the funky ‘hair hub’ to the dog wallpaper, irreverent cushions and neon letter art. The bedrooms are sexy and sumptuous and the high-spec kitchen will satisfy even the most ardent chef. You’d be hard pushed to find a better location as well. Based in central Soho, between Dean and Wardour Street, you’re in the heart of the action the second you step out of your door. It’s not a place for those seeking a quiet getaway though - don your feather boa and get out into the non-stop Soho fiesta.

With lively Chinatown only a seven-minute walk away, and the iconic Carnaby Street even closer, just a five-minute walk, you're right in the thick of things here. There are views out over this Mayfair street from this apartment’s large windows. If you’re looking for a more lived-in feel, we’d say this home is more minimal in its décor and furnishings. Also, at full capacity, the dining room may feel a bit cramped, but with all these eateries on your doorstep, will you be dining in much?

Perfect for West End theatre trips and shopping sprees, this apartment surrounds you with restaurants and places you in the middle of the action. Without a lift, it's only a short climb to the first floor. There's a complimentary welcome pack to get your holiday started, and a homely living space to settle into. Though the king-sized beds are large for a good night's sleep, bedroom two is a bit cramped. But with lots to do on your doorstep, we doubt you'll be spending much time inside.

Sharing one bathroom between six guests means waiting your turn, but the open-plan living space is great for sipping complimentary coffee while scrolling Netflix. That said, nearby shops, restaurants, and theatres give you plenty of reasons to go out. Plus, sightseeing is easy when you stay five minutes from Leicester Square station.

All-white walls and herringbone floors give it a timeless look and it's furnished with touches of black, pink and gold. We particularly love the master bedroom with its mirrored wardrobes, luxury ensuite and knockout view across the square.

From here it's just a stroll to the many shops, bars and restaurants of Soho, with Carnaby Street just a three-minute walk and Piccadilly Circus Station four minutes away.

Despite the incredible location round the corner from Leicester Square, this home manages to enjoy a sense of calmness and privacy that belies the busy Soho streets that surround it. If you're looking for an apartment right in the heart of London, they don't come much more central than this. Located just off Shaftesbury Avenue, guests can walk to Chinatown and West End theatres in two minutes or so, while Leicester Square and Soho barely take five. What's perhaps most impressive is that, despite this sensational address, the home itself doesn't feel cramped or sub-standard in any way. A large, open-concept living-kitchen area benefits from two skylights and a white sofa big enough for way more than two. There's a long kitchen with enough surface space and equipment for serious cooking should you ever get bored of the restaurants of Soho (although we can't envision that happening), as well as a dazzling bathroom with pretty tiling. Even with all the distractions that lie nearby, don't be surprised if you're not in a rush to leave this home.

Located on Soho's iconic Oxford Street, this third-floor apartment boasts two balconies and a fantastic location. There's space to sit out and dine alfresco on the rear terrace, and the kitchen is well-equipped for whipping up large family meals. While in a very central spot, the double-glazed windows will ensure any outside noise is kept to a minimum. You certainly won't need a car here – public transport is right on your doorstep, and there's an array of museums, galleries, restaurants and shops within easy walking distance, including the famous British Museum.
