The host of this home is a photographer by trade and often uses the address as a studio. It's not hard to see why she does this. For a start, the set of skylights and the huge glass door means that the main living room is treated to a bountiful amount of natural light. The interior design is effortlessly stylish and takes in a range of influences, from the mid-century-inspired furnishings and the industrial-chic light fixtures to the chic monochromatic bathroom. Perhaps the biggest showstopper, however, is the home's private terrace, which has plenty of seating and even a small lawn. If the weather's looking good, there are plenty of spots nearby to enjoy this stroke of luck, as we're in one of London's greener corners. Cannizaro Park is fifteen minutes' walk away, while Fishponds Wood Nature Reserve can be reached in just over half an hour on foot.

There's something truly whimsical about this Fulham home which we love. For instance, not every place has a swan's head (with a crown no less) watching over proceedings. The absolute highlight here, though, is the pretty, sunny garden – the rattan sofa, surrounded by scented climbers, is the perfect spot for cocktails. Back through the Crittal style patio windows, you'll find a stylish kitchen with a dining area and, beyond that, an elegant living room with period character features such as a bay window. At the end of a busy day in London, we can't think of anything better than having a long luxurious soak in the silver freestanding bath.

Located in the leafy, sought-after neighbourhood of Parsons Green, you'll have an array of restaurants and bars nearby. If you crave more green space, go for a stroll around Eel Brook Common, within a fifteen-minute walk. Or explore the rest of London – Parsons Green Station, on the Wimbledon branch of the District line, is under five minutes on foot.
