Overlooking the building’s communal garden, the apartment offers pared-back stylings with a contemporary touch that feels effortlessly welcoming. Make yourself comfortable on the leather sofa and chairs with an evening glass of wine, or better yet, step out onto the private balcony for a celebratory sundowner against a beautifully leafy backdrop. The chic dining table beckons sociable meals at home when you’re not out sampling Bath’s fine dining scene, while the bedrooms are ready to ease you into a dreamy night’s sleep at the end of a busy day of exploring. 

Speaking of sightseeing, Primrose Hill Community Woodland is a twelve-minute walk away – ideal for long afternoon ambles in the sunshine – while Bath’s restaurants, shops and historic sights can be reached in ten minutes on foot. Elsewhere, you’ve also got a wealth of recreational activities on your doorstep, including golf, tennis and horse racing, certain to keep everyone entertained.


Roses in Bloom

The Cotswolds village of Colerne is this home’s wonderful location. In the village, there are two pubs and a cafe, and for more dining options, the Georgian city of Bath is 8 miles away. There are plenty of local walks right from the doorstep too. Or simply relax in this converted stable’s shared garden when the Wiltshire sun shines. Inside, you’ll find plenty of original features giving this home a cosy feel. This place will suit a couple looking to be in the heart of a beautiful village surrounded by countryside views. 

River Walks

Escape to the countryside at this beautiful cottage. It’s tucked away in a peaceful rural hamlet between Bath and Corsham, surrounded by lush Somerset countryside and great walking routes. It’s close enough to Bath, Chippenham, and Castle Combe for day trips – the National Trust’s Lacock is only a fifteen-minute drive away, too. This is a charming home perfect for a family, with a wood-burning stove in the snug/games room for cooler weather, and a pretty garden with a patio for spring and summer visits. Your four-legged friends can come along too – it's a proper home-from-home. 

Orchard Cottage

Situated on one of Bath’s elegant crescents, this chic apartment is ideally placed for a city break. It’s close to Walcot Street, which is affectionally known as the Artisan Quarter, where you’ll find characterful independent stores stocking unique gifts, vintage treasures, and designer homeware. After an afternoon spent shopping or sightseeing, return home to unwind in the lavish lounge or enjoy a delicious meal made in the well-kitted-out kitchen. One of our favourite features is the luxurious free-standing bathtub – because what better way to end a day in this ancient spa town than with a relaxing soak? And the real Roman Baths are only a ten-minute stroll away, so don’t miss a visit to see this perfectly-preserved relic of Roman life.

Stone Crescent

Rustic charm meets eclectic taste at this gorgeous countryside retreat. You'll feel a little like Alice in Wonderland as you walk around the rooms - things seem to get more curious as you go (in the best way possible, of course). Out in the garden, things stay very Lewis Carroll - we love the candy-floss wisteria and bluebell woodland for the backdrop of a leisurely stroll. There's also a heated swimming pool and a private tennis court, plus a Par 3 golf hole, an outdoor fire pit, a boules court and a football field, so you really will have everything needed for an endlessly fun-filled stay here. A former coach house, this charming home benefits from high vaulted ceilings with wooden beams and exposed brick walls, as well as a cosy fire in the living room – the perfect spot to gather around on chilly evenings. But it's the owner's personal treasures that make this place truly special, with art objects collected from their travels in Asia, including vintage artwork and a horse's muzzle. The location is fantastic too - Lacock is a picturesque National Trust village and is often used as a filming location – any fans of Downton Abbey or Harry Potter? It has a host of cafes, delis and traditional pubs nearby, while further down the road you’ll find beautiful Bath in less than thirty minutes. 

The Coaching House

Avon Stream juxtaposes the old and the new oh so perfectly. From a Georgian façade and original fireplaces to modern furnishings and contemporary finishes – the home offers a contrast with elegance and style throughout. A lot of care has also been put into the quality of the furniture – we deem the mattresses to be a particular highlight. We also. love that the entire basement floor of this home is underfloor heated – blissful in the winter months when you can kick off your shoes and just unwind. Add into the mix, gig sash windows, high ceilings, and the central (yet surprisingly peaceful) location – and you've got yourself a pristine base from which to explore the picturesque city of Bath. Stroll just seven minutes to visit the historic Roman baths and explore the high street boutiques, cafes and restaurants that surround it. There's no need to drive or even use public transport here, as most of the city is within reach of a convenient walk from your apartment. 

Avon Stream

Lovingly restored by your attentive hosts, these three connected barns have been designed with your needs in mind. They have gone the extra mile to retain centuries-old features, including exposed stone walls and a gargoyle in the master bedroom, while introducing modern amenities that sit seamlessly within the space, creating a super chic country getaway. The open-plan ground floor is kitted out with a long dining table that makes for sociable evenings feasting on food prepared in the fully equipped kitchen. After dinner, grab a seat on the comfy sofa and settle in by the wood burner for the ultimate cosy evening. Climb the custom staircase up to the two double en-suite bedrooms (the twin is on the ground floor) with their unique wetroom style showers that are open to the room (so you better know your roommate pretty well). Wander down the track to Dyrham Park, one of the Cotswold's most stunning National Trust properties. Fans of the Poldark and Sanditon series, as well as the 1993 film Remains of the Day, might recognise this fabulous late seventeenth-century mansion and manicured gardens. Elsewhere, you're a little under ten miles from Bath, where you can take in the heritage atmosphere and grand Georgian architecture of one of the UK's most picturesque cities. 

Tranquility in the Countryside

Nestled between Bath and Chippenham in the quiet Wiltshire countryside, this former barn has been transformed into a bright open plan holiday home. Spread over a single storey, you can relax and stretch out in the large living room and dining area, which also features a well stocked kitchen and a wood burning stove. If the weather's good, there's plenty of outdoor space to enjoy, including a decked terrace with furniture and a large lawn for tiring out any little ones. If you're keen to explore the region, the many Roman attractions of Bath are less than half an hour away, while the more built up bustle of Bristol is only a little further west. 

Wiltshire Grange

Nestled in the secluded Wiltshire countryside, this rural cottage will inspire you to unplug and unwind. Wake up each morning to the sound of birds chirping in the trees outside, then pad downstairs and enjoy an alfresco breakfast on the balcony. The views are pretty spectacular – you've got uninterrupted scenery of the valley from almost every room, so if peace and quiet is what you crave, you can't do much better. We love the original blue sash windows downstairs, but the real showstopper is the master bedroom, which is bright and cosy. Sink into the cushy armchair in front of the windows with a good book and cup of tea or relax with a soak in the roll-top, clawfoot bathtub. When the sun goes down, rustle up a meal in the quaint country-style kitchen – best enjoyed around the antique table set for two – then snuggle up in front of the wood-burning stove for a cosy night at home. Set on an organic farm with countless nature walks on your doorstep, this is a great spot to switch off and get in touch with nature. But if you're in the mood for a change of pace, Bath is just a twenty-minute drive away.

High Above The Whole Scene

Set within a magnificent riverside terrace on Bath’s sought-after Grade II listed Norfolk Crescent, this luminous first-floor apartment is set to swish you into a world of Regency class and glamour. Provided the ultimate Bath experience in this prestigious address, you and your pooch (that's right, this home is pet-friendly) can step back in time to an era of refinement while enjoying 21st-century comforts. 

Take in sweeping views of the landmark crescent from the living room’s floor-to-ceiling sash windows, as you tuck into the provided breakfast at the sunny kitchen table. Period pieces in the main room and bedroom create a decadent impression fit for royalty – the elegant fireplace is a particular highlight. 

Speaking of exploring, you’re just a twelve-minute walk from the Roman Baths, and an eight-minute stroll from the Jane Austen Centre, while the Royal Crescent is nine minutes away on foot. Here, you can enjoy the benefits of having the city on your doorstep while being cloaked in peace and dignity.

Regency Crescent

If it's good enough for royalty, it's good enough for us. Set just outside Bath, this stunning Grade II-listed house hosted not only Princess Beatrice but also other members of the royal family. First built in 1712, it sits on over an acre of manicured gardens that lead down to the River Avon, and is complete with a greenhouse and potting shed, a hot tub and a home cinema. It also has lots of quirks, too, including a kitchen hidden behind a bookcase and a still-functioning Elizabethan well. And, being only 3 miles from Bath, if you do somehow grow tired of this impressive estate, there's lots to do just a short drive away. 

Stone Manor

Nestled beside the peaceful Henrietta Park, this tastefully furnished coach house makes an ideal base for friends and families eager to explore Bath. While you'll be immediately met with a flight of stairs upon opening the front door, the rest of the home is on a single level, with room for two bedrooms and en-suite bathrooms alongside a pleasingly bright open plan living area. The kitchen and dining area are all in order as well, but it's arguably the location that really helps this home excel – you'll be just ten minutes from the Roman Baths and the rest of the city centre, crossing Pulteney Bridge to get there, while the panoramic Bath Skyline is only twenty five minutes in the other direction.
