This charming home offers the best of both worlds, as it’s perfectly positioned between Athens and the beaches of mainland Greece. It’s in a quiet suburb close to the golden sands of the Attica coastline, so you can spend your days paddling in the sea or lounging beside the private pool, if you don’t fancy a day-trip to the Acropolis. The villa is spread over four floors, with a top-floor terrace that boasts sea views. The architect-designed home is sleek and stylish, with floor-to-ceiling windows that bring the outside in. You'll have everything you need for a relaxing break here, though one guest will sleep on a sofa bed. 

The Eyes of Artemis

Whether you like to stay active during your holidays or you prefer to spend the bulk of your time horizontal, this dreamy villa found in a cove on the Argolic Gulf has you covered.

In the huge garden, guests get the use of a pair of courts for tennis and basketball respectively, as well as a swimming pool. Once you've exhausted these, the outdoor space leads directly to a sandy beach, which, due to its sheltered position, enjoys an even warmer microclimate without any wind. The host even offers watersports equipment for you to borrow, including a pair of standup paddleboards, four kayaks and snorkelling gear.

When you just want to take it easy, there's no shortage of quiet spots to put your feet up, including a leafy pergola and a terrace complete with a stone barbecue. If you're in need of ingredients, there's a vegetable garden that you're welcome to pick from should you arrive at the right time of the year.

The home's interior is bright and inviting, too. We can't think of a better way to finish off an activity-packed day than putting some logs into the wood-burner and getting cosy around the crackling flames. Alternatively, there's a handful of restaurants in Kiladi, a fishing village only ten minutes' drive.

Of course, if you'd prefer to take your holiday at a slower pace then the villa caters for that too. A beautiful garden – defined by the cute pool and sun beds – is a vibrant hub of vivid colour and fresh aromas. Spend lazy mornings and carefree afternoons here, interchanging between sunbathing and swimming sessions. 

When the excitement of the day melts into the gentle charm of the evening, settle into the cosy cushions under the pergola. It's a picturesque spot to sit with a glass of wine and grilled halloumi from the BBQ.

The resort town of Porto Cheli is also three kilometres away, where you'll find restaurants serving local seafood, chic bars and a gorgeous marina.

This beautiful villa sits on the coast of Greece, offering stunning sea views. It’s just 3.3 kilometres from Korakia beach and 5 kilometres from Porto Heli, where you can dine out and shop for souvenirs. The villa is contemporary and cool, with sleek finishes. We love the hammam-style bathroom in particular. If you’re anything like us, though, you’ll spend most of your time outside, swimming in the private pool, lounging on the terrace, and gazing at the yachts cruising by.

This sensational villa puts the Aegean Sea front and centre. You couldn't ask for a better backdrop. Whether you're swimming in the pool, lounging in the living area, or sipping cocktails on the terrace, there's no escaping that breathtaking view. But it's not just the scenery we love. The interiors are ultra-modern, and daily housekeeping is a nice touch. As for location, Porto Heli is something of a hidden gem in the Peloponnese.
