You’ll find this trio of villas in the seaside village of Poulithra, close to the town of Leonidio and a string of beautiful beaches. Each of the three houses has its own swimming pool, living area, and kitchen, giving you heaps of room to relax. Larger groups will love this layout, as you can enjoy your own space while sharing a special holiday. And with views of the surrounding mountains and the sun-kissed sea, you couldn’t ask for a more scenic spot. Spend your days by the pool or exploring the coast, before meeting for drinks and meze in the evening – that’s what we call a glorious Greek getaway.

Lush Echo

Whether you like to stay active during your holidays or you prefer to spend the bulk of your time horizontal, this dreamy villa found in a cove on the Argolic Gulf has you covered.

In the huge garden, guests get the use of a pair of courts for tennis and basketball respectively, as well as a swimming pool. Once you've exhausted these, the outdoor space leads directly to a sandy beach, which, due to its sheltered position, enjoys an even warmer microclimate without any wind. The host even offers watersports equipment for you to borrow, including a pair of standup paddleboards, four kayaks and snorkelling gear.

When you just want to take it easy, there's no shortage of quiet spots to put your feet up, including a leafy pergola and a terrace complete with a stone barbecue. If you're in need of ingredients, there's a vegetable garden that you're welcome to pick from should you arrive at the right time of the year.

The home's interior is bright and inviting, too. We can't think of a better way to finish off an activity-packed day than putting some logs into the wood-burner and getting cosy around the crackling flames. Alternatively, there's a handful of restaurants in Kiladi, a fishing village only ten minutes' drive.

Head to nearby Porto Heli to set sail on summer boat trips or savour a wine tasting at a local vineyard. Or drive an hour to ancient Epidavros for a guided tour of its historic ruins.

Outside of the whitewashed walls, the charming town of Porto Heli is just a three-minute drive away. Step inside, and you'll find a gorgeous living area filled with natural light and comfortable furnishings – it's the ideal spot to flop down and hide from the heat. However, we think you'll want to spend most of your time admiring the sea views from the fabulous outdoor space. Stroll through the gardens, stretch out on a lounger or make a splash in the swimming pool. And, when evening rolls around, you can fire up the barbecue and serve up a freshly grilled feast on the patio as the sun goes down. 

The surrounding area is quiet and tranquil, with direct access down to the water's edge. If you want to visit a beach with more facilities, then Petrothalassa Beach is just three kilometres away – it's great for snorkelling and you can even rent a boat. The resort town of Porto Cheli is also three kilometres away, where you'll find restaurants serving local seafood, chic bars and a gorgeous marina.

Listen to the sweet soundscape of the waves gently lapping at the shore while the birds call out across the sky, as from this serene location, you'll be just a two-minute wander from Kavouri sandy Beach. If you feel like exploring, we recommend taking the short drive to Leonidio for artisanal shops and traditional tavernas to dig into Greek staples.


Majestic Shores

Perched on a hilltop skirting the fishing village of Kilada, this villa is a bright and contemporary way to explore the historic Peloponnese. Visit the ancient Greek city of Mycenae or watch a theatrical performance in the Epidavros. Closer to home, you'll spot fish taverns and cafes, but with Doroufi and Vrochitsa both only 400m away, the beach might be your first stop. When you're home, there's a tennis court, games room, private pool, and barbecue to keep the whole family occupied. Throw in daily housekeeping and hand some of the itinerary planning over to your host, and you only have to worry about having too much fun.

The Oracle's Studio

Tucked into olive and pine trees, stands this villa of ancient stone. Reminiscent of the limestone-clad houses from Ancient Greece, this home almost feels like it should come with someone to feed you grapes. This luxurious home is located in cosmopolitan Porto Heli, just a ten-minute drive from the centre. The beach is only three minutes away by car, making it a breeze to start your day with a dip in the sea. If you prefer sun-warmed tile to golden sand, you’ll have a private pool to swim in in the villa’s outside space. This is where you’ll likely spend most of your time, catching rays on the terrace or dining in the shade. Inside, the villa is contemporary and comfortable, with plenty of room for everyone to spend time together. Two guests will sleep in a guest house, which is perfect for a couple wanting their own space. 

Moonlit Splash

Set a short drive from the resort town of Porto Cheli (just five minutes away), this home pairs a great location with plenty of room to relax. Designed for bigger groups, the accommodation is set across the main house and a separate four-bedroom guest house, giving you more space to stretch out. The garden is where this villa really shines, with a sunny swimming pool, a terrace with sparkling sea views, and an outdoor kitchen for alfresco feasting. You could happily spend your whole holiday right here. But with pretty beaches and Porto Cheli’s chic marina nearby, you won’t have to go far to sample the delights of local life.
