Just a short drive (or an invigorating 1km walk) from Panatzi Beach, days can be spent embracing the magic of coastal living. From refreshing morning swims in the sea to lazy afternoons on a sun lounger and golden hour drinks in a local taverna, you’ll find yourself drifting on a Grecian dream. And for those seeking a little more adventure, follow the hiking trails through the mountains, explore sheltered harbours and discover tiny coves nestled along the coast. 

Wherever the day takes you, this home provides the perfect setting for total rest and relaxation. Watch the sunset whilst swaying in a hammock, gather for drinks on the terrace and enjoy cooking with fresh local produce on the barbecue. And when you’re ready to retreat back inside, you’ll find the air-conditioned rooms set the tone for a restorative night’s rest.  

Strawberry Moon

This charming home offers the best of both worlds, as it’s perfectly positioned between Athens and the beaches of mainland Greece. It’s in a quiet suburb close to the golden sands of the Attica coastline, so you can spend your days paddling in the sea or lounging beside the private pool, if you don’t fancy a day-trip to the Acropolis. The villa is spread over four floors, with a top-floor terrace that boasts sea views. The architect-designed home is sleek and stylish, with floor-to-ceiling windows that bring the outside in. You'll have everything you need for a relaxing break here, though one guest will sleep on a sofa bed. 

The Eyes of Artemis

It's fair to say that each of the Greek islands has a distinct identity and Spetses appeals to those fond of the finer things in life, with plenty of high-end restaurants and boutiques dotted across the map. You'll also find some rather impressive villas, such as this majestic home.

Spread across three floors, the star of the show has to be the swimming pool surrounded by a terrace with loungers on which to dry off after a dip. Up on the top floor, you'll find another terrace with pleasingly green views, but if you need a break from the sun, there's a verandah with a dining table and a hammock practically begging for a post-lunch snooze.

The interior feels typically Greek with whitewashed walls, shuttered windows and a few boho touches in the furnishings and decorations. The glass doors on the ground floor bring in plenty of natural light, as well as a burst of fresh air when swung open. We've also got kind words for the contemporarily styled kitchen in a dashing shade of grey, too.

When it comes to seeing a little more is the island, there are small beaches within three hundred metres of the home, while the larger Kaiki beach takes about ten minutes to reach on foot. The port town of Spetses is a similar amount of time in the opposite direction and offers a great choice of restaurants and a pair of museums to explore.



Tonic Saronic

If you’re on the lookout for a super-house for multiple families, in a spectacular island setting, this is it. Standing high on a hill on stunning Aegina Island, the home is perfectly placed. The 180-degree ocean views are epic from here. But the buzzy city centre is pleasingly close enough just 4km away. 

The villa is set over four levels, with plenty of space for a gang of eighteen. The vibe is relaxed, with lots of colour and homely touches. Families will especially love it here. Table tennis, giant chess, a playground and basketball facilities mean the kids are well catered for. Meanwhile, the grown-ups can recline with a book by the oh-so-chic infinity pool. Heaven. 

If you can drag yourself away, it’s worth exploring this beautiful island. Your nearest beach is Marathonas – its shallow water makes it a great spot for little ones to swim. Or don your best hiking shoes and explore the nature-rich mountains where there are ancient chapels to discover. 

Then head home, fire up the built-in barbecue and feast with your loved ones as the sun sets over the ocean. 

Far And Wide

Beautifully situated at the mouth of the area's cove, with Pagagitsa beach's crystal clear waters only metres from your front door. The outside space and activities provided at this residence are the show stoppers. On a day packed with excitement, would you be playing beach volleyball or hitting the ball in a game of tennis? Perhaps you'd like to spend a leisurely day by the pool, gazing out over the Aegean Sea and seeing the sun glint off the water's surface. Not to mention, don't forget a game of table tennis.

Kilada, a lovely fishing village hidden in a calm sea and surrounded by rolling countryside, is just 3km away if you fancy exploring. Can you resist a trip to Nafpilo, where the Palamidi castle can be found? We hope not. It's not one to be missed.

Nestled on the island of Spetses, this traditional Greek villa is the perfect base for friends or family on a Mediterranean getaway. When you’re ready to explore, a mere ten-minute walk takes you to Spetses, the harbour, and a plethora of eateries.

Spetsian Splendour

Surrounded by mountains with Hydra’s picturesque port just a short walk away, you’ll find yourself serenaded by the magic of island living. And whether you’re travelling solo or with loved ones, this is the kind of setting that will leave you feeling captivated by its simple charm. 

With its origins dating back to the 1800s, the owners have retained the traditional features whilst adding a range of contemporary comforts. From the artwork and natural tones to the personal touches, every detail inspires a wonderful sense of warmth and ease. 

Enjoy quiet mornings with a coffee on the terrace, take a refreshing walk down to the waterfront, soak up the atmosphere from a nearby taverna and admire the scenery from the beach – it's just a fifteen-minute walk away. And for those in search of an adventure, take a boat trip around the island or set off on a hike through the countryside with donkeys as your companions. Sage & Blossom 

Enjoy a serene stay in peaceful Voula at this modern apartment, located just 1km from the coast. This home’s crown jewel is its beautiful wrap-around balcony, which offers an amazing sea view over the Saronic Gulf, and where you’ll also find a hot tub where you can sit, soak and take in the gorgeous vista around you. This home features muted and minimalistic interiors which give it a calm and relaxed feel, with large windows to bring the stunning sea view inside.

Start each day with a dip in the balcony hot tub while you sip on a freshly squeezed OJ and watch the sun come up over the beautiful ocean in front of you. Come inside and cook up some delicious Greek scrambled eggs and dine all together at your stylish dining set, while you discuss how to spend your day. There’s a bus stop nearby where you can easily get to the city centre, and find chic shops, gourmet restaurants and bustling bars. Return to your lovely home and sip on some sundowners on your balcony as you watch the sunset, or get cosy around the fireplace with a glass of wine and talk into the night about the best moments from your trip.

Ocean Viewpoint

Located in the picturesque Peloponnesian region of Greece, this villa boasts a unique blend of contemporary design and classic comfort. Designed with outdoor living in mind, you’ll have a private infinity pool, alfresco dining terrace, vegetable garden and tennis courts to make use of. The kids are bound to appreciate the ping pong table, but if they tire of that they can always head down to the basement for a few games of pool or a movie night. Two beautiful beaches are just 400 metres away, and the local area is home to traditional Greek fish taverns and cafes which make for an authentic experience.

The Ethereal

Tucked into olive and pine trees, stands this villa of ancient stone. Reminiscent of the limestone-clad houses from Ancient Greece, this home almost feels like it should come with someone to feed you grapes. Surrounded by lush greenery so tall it promises privacy, here you'll find olive, lemon, and pine trees. The interior mimics that of the outdoor area, with natural hues of muted brown, cream, and white. The perfect place to catch a moment of respite from the baking Grecian sun. 

Hazy days cast a sepia film over this beautiful setting. Days spent by the pool, dipping in and out. Occasionally challenging someone to a game of table tennis. When the morning rolls into the afternoon, that's the perfect time to make the short few minute walk to the beach. The lowering sun shines particularly beautifully on the twinkling Aegean Sea. Or, if you're looking for more action, spend the day at the lively Porto Heli. It's a six-minute drive and full of all of the water sports, restaurants, scuba diving, and taverns that your heart could desire. Spend the day here and you'll return home happy, although you'll probably want to stay and hop around the area's lively bars. 

Gardens of Olea

Ready to escape the overcrowded beaches and busy hotels you’d usually find on holiday? Well, this home is just the ticket. With enough space for the whole family, this beautiful villa is surrounded by rolling hills and luscious greenery, with breathtaking views from every angle.

Sitting on the eastern side of Argolic Bay, lavish and luxurious as it may be, this place has an authentic ‘home from home’ feel about it. The patterned tiles and nautical–inspired accessories add a beachy vibe, meanwhile the woven light fixtures and rattan furnishings add a further touch of style. If like us, you love nothing more than watching the tide roll in, you’re in luck. Boasting a picture–perfect sea view, the balcony terrace welcomes guests to grab an ouzo, sit back and gaze out at the coastline.

And how could we possibly forget to mention the private pool? Take a break from the Grecian sun and immerse yourself in the refreshing depths of the crystal–clear water. Here you can enjoy a few leisurely lengths, or quickly retreat to the cosy sun loungers for a delicious espresso freddo – bliss!


Blue Shutters & Sea Views

Perched high above in the evergreen pine forest of Korakia, overlooking the crystal clear waters of the Aegean Sea, this villa promises an endlessly relaxing stay removed from the modern world. It's set in an area of unspoiled beauty, surrounded by traditional olive groves, secluded coves and rock pools, so naturally, days start and end outside. 

Soak up the gorgeous vistas with a fresh Greek coffee on your shaded balcony or set the table for a group breakfast in the alfresco dining area. After, saunter on down the traditional stone steps towards your sea-facing infinity pool and sprawling poolside terrace for a day of rest and relaxation under the hot Mediterranean sun. 

Alternatively, the living space is light and airy, thanks to the timber-framed ceilings and open layout, meaning it's the perfect spot to kick back out of the midday heat for a while and unwind.
