We're of the opinion that the best spot is in the infinity swimming pool, but obviously, you can't spend your whole holiday there. Just behind this space is a huge bifold door that opens up to the home's living space, which adds yet another option for relaxing.

The interior is soothingly appointed, with a preference for flowing fabrics and stark white walls, although there are a handful of luxurious touches, including sculptures and a rather eye-catching spherical light fitting.

When you want to see a bit more of Mykonos, Elia Beach can be reached in under twenty minutes' walk, while the island's eponymous town takes a similar amount of time to reach in the car.

Despite this place’s peaceful position, you’re within easy reach of Mykonos Town here, ideal if you fancy heading out for an evening of alfresco dining with the rest of your entourage. Grab a seat at a local restaurant or pack a picnic and set off for the beach to watch the sun set over the Aegean Sea, glass of wine in hand. 

If you’re more of a homebody, though, there are plenty of other ways to while away the day. Settle in for an afternoon of sunbathing by the outdoor pool, beat the heat with a cool drink on the shaded balcony, or enjoy a peaceful moment in the private chapel. What's more special than that? 

Cycladic Clouds

In June 2022, The Aegean Retreat underwent a complete renovation and is now ready to welcome guests. Perched on a hillside with stunning views of the Aegean Sea and the neighboring islands of Rineia and Tinos, this 150sqm modern Cycladic house boasts four bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room, a spacious balcony, and an outdoor lounge patio spanning 80 sqm.

To ensure a comfortable stay, we provide light cleaning service every two days and bathroom amenities, fresh linen, towels, and bathrobes. The villa is equipped with modern amenities, including free high-speed Wi-Fi, individually controlled air conditioning, 55" Smart 4KTV with satellite and Netflix, YouTube, safety boxes in all bedrooms, hairdryers, washing machine, and a dishwasher.

Currently, the private swimming pool is under construction and will be available for the summer season of 2023. The villa features a beautiful garden patio where guests can relax and enjoy the most amazing sea and sunset views in Mykonos.

The upper level of the villa houses the dining and lounge areas, a fully equipped kitchen, and a spacious balcony offering breathtaking sea and sunset views. The loft comprises a bedroom with two single beds, while the ground level features three bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and direct access to the outdoor patio garden with sun loungers.

As a guest at The Aegean Retreat, you will have access to 24-hour concierge service. The villa is conveniently located within driving distance of several beautiful beaches and popular Mykonos attractions, including Ornos, Agios Ioannis, Megali Ammos, Psarou, Platys Gyalos, Paragka, Paradise beach, Ftelia, and Panormos beach. The villa is 8km (20 min) from the port and 5.7km (15 min) from the airport.

This picture-perfect villa is the ideal place to begin your adventures on the island of Mykonos. It's beautiful both inside and out, with plenty of space for all your favourite people to kick back and relax in the glorious Greek sunshine. 

The house is built in the traditional Cycladic style, with thick white walls, wooden shutters, and local stonework adding plenty of rustic charm. The interior is a cool, calm sanctuary where you can hide from the heat and enjoy some downtime. Head outside to take a refreshing dip in the swimming pool, or stretch out on a lounger to catch some rays. And, when evening rolls around, you can fire up the barbeque to grill up a delicious feast as the sun goes down across the water. 

If you fancy a day on the beach, then Paralia Megali Ammos is the closest – the sandy shoreline is only a four-minute drive away from your front door. The pretty windmills of Mykonos are a similar distance away, which you can visit before strolling through the charming streets of Chora. The island's capital also has plenty of restaurants serving up fresh seafood – feast on the catch of the day before you head to one of the famous bars for a cocktail.
