In a quiet spot between the villages of Agia Irini and Pounta, you'll find this fabulous villa. It's right on the coast, with breathtaking views across the sea to the neighbouring islands of Sifnos and Antiparos, making it the perfect place to press pause on everyday life. 

The interior is the perfect blend of traditional and contemporary – natural materials meet the clean lines, and you could spend ages admiring the artworks and hand-crafted pots lining the shelves. Each of the bedrooms has access to a balcony with a sea view, meaning you can wake up and sip your morning coffee in the fresh air. There are also plenty of peaceful spots downstairs on the terrace – find some shade under the pergola, or catch some rays from a sun lounger. 

You'll find a little pebble beach just a few steps away from the villa, where you can dip your toes in the sea and watch the marvellous sunsets. If you want to stretch out on the sand, then head to Aliki Beach – it's just six kilometres away, and offers crystal clear waters to swim in. When it comes to dinnertime, you're a short fourteen-minute drive away from all of the tavernas and eateries that Paros has to offer. Plenty of moussaka, dolmades, and souvlaki awaits.

Everywhere you turn in this home, you're greeted with wide-spanning views of the Aegean Sea and rolling mountains. Perfectly fit for a group of friends or a small family, this villa is effortlessly traditional and rustic. However, it's not short of its home comforts, with Smart TVs in every room, luxuriously soft beds, soothing air conditioning, and a hot tub right on your doorstep. Make sure to use the shared pool, which will be a welcome respite from the blazing Greek sun. Afternoons are best spent by the beach when the lowering sun shines beautifully on the calm sea. Paralia Agia Irini is particularly lovely, its tranquillity matches that of the villa. Palm trees line this small beach, a hidden treasure indeed. The beach bar is within easy reach, and a nice cold Mythos goes down exceptionally well.

Head to Parikia for a night on the town. It's just a twelve-minute drive and your gateway to the very best of Paros living. Cobbled streets are lined with   Cycladic whitewashed houses, blue shuttered windows, fuschia coloured flowers, and the sound of the sea is never too far away. Tuck in to delicious Greek cuisine - think moussaka, souvlaki, dolmades, and so much more. When you get back home, continue the good times and crack open a bottle of local wine to be enjoyed in the hot tub, as you watch the stars twinkle above you.

A tranquil 500-year-old hideaway, set in the historic old town's centre overlooking Parikia's main square, this charming apartment is the ideal island bolthole for a couple or a solo traveller looking to explore the picturesque island of Paros. With your helpful hosts on hand, you can toss out the guidebook and simply ask them for those tips and tricks that only locals know about. For an authentic island experience, it doesn't get much better than this.

Tucked away down an alleyway in one of the oldest buildings on the island, the unmistakable blue doors lead into a quaint tiled courtyard with a table and chairs set up for you to enjoy your morning coffee outdoors. Step through the quirky archway door and into this peaceful haven, furnished with pieces created by skilled local craftspeople. Hand-carved stone peeks out from the walls throughout the home, and an original Cycladic fireplace adds plenty of character to the bedroom.

Step through a second interior archway and you'll find a sparkling modern kitchen that's perfect for recreating traditional taverna classics in the comfort of your own home. But with all the recommendations you'll have been provided, it might be a while before it sees any action.

Away from Paros, discover awe-inspiring natural beauty, picture-perfect golden beaches and crystal-clear seas. Head inland to explore the whitewashed hilltop village of Lefkes, 11km away, or continue another 9km to the east coast for a white knuckle windsurfing experience in one of the world's premier destinations. Separated into two villas with a shared pool, you might want to use this space for a huge family holiday, or you may be enjoying cocktails on the verandah with your new neighbours. Either way, the sea views from the exterior are incredible. 

Inside, you’ll be provided with a generous welcome hamper of fresh fruit and homebrewed local wine. Pour yourself a glass as you explore the bright interiors. Elegant, white-painted beams, stone steps, and minimalist furniture make the living space feel airy. But in case of a chilly evening, there’s a slick, modern glass fireplace to keep you cosy.

If sweeping views out to sea are what you’re looking for, you’ll love this modern villa. Tucked away in a peaceful residential area on the east side of Paros, this crisp, clean space boasts views of the Aegean from the living room – what more could you want from your Grecian getaway? 

The property has been designed in a horseshoe shape, with the pool and terrace at its heart. The communal spaces and bedrooms lead straight outside, allowing you to embrace the flow of island living. We loved waking up in the morning and slipping straight out of bed and into the pool for a dip, before filling up on pastries and fresh fruit at the breakfast bar. 
For evening meals, you can head to Parikia – just 4km away – or do as we did and fire up the charcoal barbecue. The outdoor dining area is covered by a pergola, handily hidden away at the back of the property for added privacy. Load up fresh seafood and local wine, and settle in for a feast. 

For those able to drag themselves away from the pool, there’s plenty to see and do nearby. The beautiful beaches of Parasporos and Agia Irini are just a few minutes’ drive from the villa, and an excursion to Antiparos, a small island in the southern Aegean, makes for a memorable day out. Hop on a ferry from the petite port of Punta and while away the hours meandering along cobbled streets. Admire the white houses and the magnificent flowers that bloom in the gardens before heading back to the villa to take in the sunset with a cocktail.

Mixing traditional Cycladic style with modern comforts, the interior is open and perfect for unwinding after a long afternoon exploring the island. As the night starts to roll in, fire up the barbecue for an alfresco feast, then pour yourself a cocktail and spend the evening chatting and laughing underneath the star-scattered sky.

It's the location, however, that's even better. It's just a three-minute walk to Parasporos Beach, where you can nibble on snacks at the waterfront tavernas or swim in the crystal clear ocean. For a bit more buzz, the capital, Parikia (also known as Paros) is only five minutes by car – head there for chic cocktail bars, pretty cobbled lanes lined with boutique shops and trendy eateries right by the sea.

In the hills above the charming fishing village of Aliki, this brand new villa has beautiful sea and sunset views. In Aliki, you’ll find a handful of restaurants and upmarket tavernas lining the seafront, traditional bakeries and two sweeps of sandy beach. And it’s just a fifteen-minute drive to Paros town to catch the ferry or simply explore a charming harbour town.

The first thing you’ll notice on arrival at this villa is the beautiful view of the Aegean Sea from the terrace. Perhaps this is best enjoyed while soaking in the hot tub and plunge pool, or while reclining on the built-in sofas and sunbeds. Dining outdoors comes courtesy of a shaded pergola.

The view continues inside, where big windows in the bright living room take in the sea panorama. It’s open-plan living, designed for socialising on plush sofas and around the big dining table. Bedrooms are soothing havens in dove-grey, dusky pink and pristine white, and each one opens up to the terrace, so you can pad barefoot straight from bed to lounger.

As much as we love the interior, our favourite spot is by far the two outdoor spaces. Greet the day with a cup of coffee on the balcony upstairs, watching as the sun slowly rises over the ocean. Then, while away balmy afternoons in the infinity pool (complete with jacuzzi and resistance swimming jets), or just sprawl out on one of the lounge chairs with a cocktail in hand. Come dinnertime, prepare a mouth-watering alfresco feast using the built-in barbecue and outdoor wood-fired oven, digging into your fare around the expansive table. And you won't want to miss the sunsets, either. Pull up a seat, pour yourself a glass of wine and get ready to be dazzled by the purple-painted horizon. 

The island of Paros is begging to be explored if you can drag yourself away from this private paradise. Parikia, the capital, is only a seven-minute drive – head there for eateries, cultural landmarks and cobbled alleys lined with pretty white houses and flowered balconies. Sandy, picturesque beaches are a dime a dozen here and are all easily reached by car – including Krios, Marcelo and Livadia, just five minutes away.

Perched on a hillside overlooking the Aegean Sea and the Bay of Paroika, this villa offers an array of private outdoor spaces and a shared sun-lounger-lined pool to complement the panorama. It's split over three levels, with bedrooms on the upper level and ground floor, making it ideal for families with older kids who want some space to themselves. The villa is just 6km from the island's main town and a short drive from the palm-fringed Agia Irini Beach. Head further inland, and you'll find the Monastery of Saint Arsenios, a whitewashed church with spectacular views of the whole island, as well as the Butterflies Nature Reserve (open June-September), within walking distance.

Feel the island breeze on your face as you settle into life at this stunning villa. Located on the Elitas hillside overlooking the local port, it's a fabulous home that's ideal for families. 

The interior is light and airy, with traditional touches and maritime references in the artwork and colour scheme. It's a charming space where you can kick back, relax, and enjoy spending quality time with your loved-ones. The outdoor space is even more gorgeous, where you can admire the views from the terrace as you sip a cool drink. Plunge into the swimming pool when the temperature rises, and serve up a delicious home-cooked meal at the alfresco dining table as night falls. 

Livadia Beach, with its sandy shoreline, is just over three kilometres away, where you can paddle in the crystal clear water. When you get hungry there are several beach bars and restaurants lining the beach, and the sunsets are pretty spectacular. If you fancy doing some more exploring then head inland – you'll find charming villages and hilltop churches, giving you a real taste of Paros.

One of the more modest villas in our collection, this home's excellent location meant that we felt compelled to include it. As you look out at the sparkling Aegean Sea while tending to the barbecue on the terrace or make the sixty-second stroll down to Farangas Beach, you might be inclined to think we made the right choice.

That's not to say the home itself is a compromise in any way. The architecture is traditionally Cycladic in influence, with arched doorways, exposed stonework and wooden ceiling beams. Some of the furnishings are in keeping with this aesthetic, like the weathered coffee table and mirror frame, but there are others, such as the mid-century-inspired chairs in the living room, that add a little more contemporary flair.

As well as the beach almost literally on your doorstep, there are restaurants and a few more seaside spots in the next village over of Aliki, around five minutes' drive away. The island's main town of Parikia takes just under twenty minutes to reach in the car, too.

When presented with this prime spot in the south of Paros with a glorious view of the sparkling Aegean Sea in the distance, the two civil engineers that designed this villa decided to opt for simplicity. Judging by the finished project, we'd say that was a wise choice.

The building embraces Cycladic architectural trends for clean lines, boxy shapes and pure white walls. The outside space is dominated by the swimming pool, which is surrounded by loungers and a covered terrace area that's home to a traditional stone barbecue. It's perfectly possible to spend your whole day out here, admiring the Mediterranean panorama.

Heading inside, the generously sized rooms are home to contemporary furnishings and a sleek minimalist kitchen, although there are enough quirky touches to keep it from looking too anonymous – the driftwood lampshade above the dining table is particularly eye-catching. On the lower ground floor, there's also a large multi-functional room that holds workout equipment and games.

As you can guess from the coastal view, the nearest beach isn't too far away – Paralia Makra Miti takes only seven minutes to reach on foot. The town of Alyki is a five-minute drive away and the island's main town of Paroikia takes a quarter of an hour.

We’d recommend hiring a car here as the nearest beach is 3 kilometres away and Paros Port an extra twenty-minute drive – perfect for a day-trip to Mykonos, Tinos or Syros.

The complex offers two villas, with a shared pool. There are offered either separately or together, for large parties of families or friends.

The facilities offered to you in one villa consist of 3 large double bed, bedrooms. There are 3 bathrooms to match. Downstairs, a large open plan lounge dining area is available to you with a fully equipped kitchen. You will also have access to an outdoor dining area, situated on the large terrace, which is accompanied with a barbeque. Outside, you will, of course, be able to chill out by the gorgeous outdoor swimming pool, which is perfect for cooling off from the hot sun. There is also a separate guest room for each villa. The house is fully equipped for preparing breakfast or lunch, there is a dishwasher and washing machine, iron, hairdryer, satellite TV. This villa in the south of Paros is blessed with a sweeping view of the Aegean Sea and Cycladic islands on the distant horizon. Thankfully, you're not short of spots from which you can enjoy this panorama. As well as a terrace complete with an alfresco dining area, there's also a balcony on each floor to give you a little more elevation. You could even admire the landscape from the swimming pool if you so wished.

Inside, the design is big on cleansing white shades, whether on the walls, furnishings or minimalist kitchen.
