The stunning sea views, plentiful sun loungers and tropical palm trees all combine to make this the perfect spot to relax in the island warmth. We especially love the private hot tub on the balcony accessible straight from the main bedroom, perfect for a romantic evening in. The bunk bed makes it perfect for kids too – they’ll especially love the private swimming pool on a particularly hot day. Location-wise, the best bits of the island are all within reach too. The beaches of Faliraki Bay are just minutes away, plus it’s a quick drive away from Rhodes, where you can split your time between the Acropolis and the restaurants in the city’s medieval core.

Gateway to Rhodes

Balsamic & Olive is a rather quirky home perfect for a group of four, irrespective of age. Expect late-night hot-tub soaks under starry skies, dinners with the salty sea-breeze blowing in and morning walks by the relaxed waterfall. We appreciate that we can crank up the AC and tune into Netflix on very hot days but the better days of Summer are packed. Set in Kalithies, history lovers will have their pick of sites to explore and local cafes and bakeries to chill at. Faliraki, a nearby seaside town is a haven of pebbled bays and beaches along with a vibrant night-life to go with it. And of course, when you're done with all that's near you, drive over to Rhodes, a medieval city that's a treasure trove in itself.

Balsamic & Olive

This home has it all – exposed stone walls, a sparkling pool and contemporary comforts that cater to everyone's needs. Whether you're snuggling up on the sofa and watching Netflix, relaxing underneath the lavish rainfall shower or sipping cocktails on the balcony, this home-from-home is as relaxing as it is stylish. We can easily spend all our days here by the pool, swimming in the crystal-clear waters and catching ray's on the comfortable sun loungers. Come dinnertime, whip up something in the glossy kitchen and gather around the table outside, sharing a meal and a bottle of wine underneath the stars.

When you fancy a day out and about, hop in the car and drive ten minutes to Rhodes' city centre. Steeped in history, the ancient streets are perfect for a wander, while local tavernas and cocktail bars are the ideal spots to take a breather and rest your feet. For the beach, Paralia Faliraki is just an eight-minute drive away, but there are many more coves hidden up and down the coast.

Sun-soaked Stone

This home is quite simply stunning, the stone throughout gives it rustic character, whilst the décor flaunts contemporary. The open living room boasts high ceilings with wooden beams at the forefront, blended with slate grey in the kitchen – open the double doors to let the fresh air flow in as you step outdoors into the pool for a rejuvenating plunge while basking in the summer sun. Dry off on the sunbed while you gaze out over the Mediterranean Sea, admiring the deep blue sea.

Drive into Rhodes and explore the Old Town, once home to one of the ancient world's seven wonders. If you're a sucker for wonderful Greek food, go over to Marco Polo restaurant, one that offers cuisine that looks to the future while staying true to the island's traditions. Kallithea Thermal Springs is about three minutes away, where you can swim in crystal-clear, refreshing waters, before returning to your villa to dine alfresco, while watching the mellow sunset over the Mediterranean.

Outside, the pool and sauna take centre stage – perfect for unwinding in the sun. It gets better though – you’ll also have access to nearby resort facilities, leaving your itinerary fit to burst.

Tranquil Outlook

This villa has some serious wow factor. Stepping into the atrium-like living area, flooded with natural light and embracing a vibe of industrial-chic meets manor home orangery, you can’t help but be impressed. The rest of the villa feels sleek and modern with floating staircases connecting the floors and white walls with olive-green and ink-black accents. Set around a black brick fireplace, the main living room is a stylish place to unwind, with South-East Asian decor adding a zen calm. Huge glass sliding doors run the length of the room, opening up the striking black kitchen to the terrace outside – perfect for delivering dishes to the dining table beneath the bamboo pergola.

Or, opt to cook outside at the big brick-built barbecue station – there’s a prep area and sink so the chef of the group can get into their culinary flow out here. A rectangular swimming pool stretches before you, inviting you to take the plunge from the diving board as the sun peaks in the sky. A casual chill-out area on the wooden deck is the perfect place for sun-kissed days, lounging away on beanbag-style loungers, floor cushions and chairs. Or perhaps a spot of yoga to see in the day?

The coastal village of Ialysos is within walking distance, where a sweep of beach slips away to crystal-clear water. Here you’ll find beachside tavernas, bars and romantic courtyard restaurants, plus places to rent jet skis and paddleboards.
