In the heart of Tinos Town, this apartment is a practical base for excursions around the town and island. While definitely on the smaller side and with a terrace that doesn't give much privacy from the one next to it, the home offers a wealth of options for nearby activities. The nearest beach is only a five-minute walk away, while there are plenty of restaurants, bars, and cafes to keep you well-fed and at various levels of hydration. At home, the terrace catches the sun and gives you somewhere to relax during the day.

The Blue Bird

This magnificent villa overlooks the Agios Fokas coast and the Aegean sea. Spread over three levels, it comes complete with an infinity pool, hot tub, and plentiful seating on the balconies. While not the best choice for guests who struggle with stairs, groups will enjoy plenty of space with three living rooms and fully-equipped kitchens. The large windows throughout are perfectly oriented for sea and sunset views, all the way to the nearby Delos, Mykonos and Syros islands. You'll want a car for exploring the island of Tinos, with Agios Fokas beach and the island's capital a short drive away.

Clear Blue Horizon

Staying at this Cycladic villa is memorable for all the right reasons. This modern monument is situated right in the heart of Agia Sophia, with panoramic views of the azure Aegean sea, Mykonos town and the ancient island of Delos on the horizon.

Inside, you’ll feel how much detail has gone into the design. Luxury touches are everywhere - ambient lighting fixtures, stone surfaces and natural, minimalist furniture pieces. Wake up in your own oasis - each bedroom is engulfed in calm and opens out to the natural sand-blasted terrace overlooking the bay for prime morning views.

Minimalist luxury carries through to the outside here, with warm natural stone terraces and soft daybeds to lounge on, absorb the island sun and get into your new summer read. Two pools with superior scopes of the sea are the focal point, whilst a chef-catered Grecian lunch at the outdoor marble dining table is the perfect interval from your morning tanning session. Mykonos Town is a ten-minute drive away, so you can spend the afternoon on the sea-front at Mozaic for cocktails. Come home for stargazing in the hot tub - the Mykonos sky will spoil you.

Villa View

Set your worries free with a stay in this oh-so-dreamy villa, just a fifteen-minute drive away from Mykonos Town.

Located in Kanalia, only a fifteen-minute walk away from Ornos Beach in a spot where you'll find plenty of bars and shops just around the corner – this luxurious villa quite literally has it all.

From glistening sea views to swaying hammocks, plush sun loungers and a private swimming pool – enjoy a stunning terrace space in the Mediterranean sun. Spend meal times under the shaded pergola, where you can barbecue some fresh fare or why not hire a private chef to come and cook up a Greek feast while you sit back and relax with a glass of wine in hand?

Presented in authentic Cycladic style, surrounded by granite rock and meticulous attention to detail, the villa is split into two separate spaces, meaning you'll have two kitchens and living areas to soak up. Across the two connected buildings, you'll find all of the guest rooms, most with an en-suite bathroom for ultimate privacy. With a mix of modern and traditional designs throughout, relaxing here couldn't be easier – and with an array of luxury concierge services available through the host, you can be as autonomous or catered for as you like.

Just Fly, Don't Worry

From its carefully curated interiors to its terrace geared up for yoga sessions at sunrise and cocktails at twilight, this stylish villa ticks all of our boxes for an unforgettable stay on the island of Kea. We loved the white and welcoming living space filled with retro-inspired furnishings and picture-perfect views of Vourkari Bay. Step outside for a spot of breakfast before jumping into your private pool or stealing a quiet moment for yourself in the charming chapel. When lunchtime rolls around, chop and grill and season and sip with your loved ones in the summer kitchen.

If you’re itching to explore, the nearest beach is only a fifteen-minute walk away. Or, after an exciting diving lesson at the Suba Diving Club (just a five-minute walk from your doorstep) amble through Vourkari village, home to indie boutiques and a gallery filled with local art.

Slowly Does It

There's an undeniable charm to this rustic villa. A treasure trove of authentic antiques, many of the curiosities dotted about hail from the host's travels all over Greece. The atmosphere is homey and warm – we're particularly fond of the exposed stone walls, crackling fireplace and bright blue door and window frames. But most of all, we're swooning over the outside space. Oodles of terraces and balconies show off the exquisite sea view – just stretch out on a lounge chair, pour yourself a glass of wine, and bask in the tranquil Aegean scenery.

If you can pull yourself away from the panoramas, Tinos Town (known as Chora to the locals) is just a thirteen-minute drive away. As it’s the capital of the island, you'll find a myriad of restaurants, bars, shops and galleries to tickle your fancy. For a beach day, Paralia Lichnaftia is a ten-minute drive, although there are plenty more sandy shores to visit along the coast. You can even enjoy a day trip to Mykonos – it's about half an hour away on the ferry.

Cycladic Curio

Nestled on the southern tip of the beautiful island of Tinos, this beautiful four-bedroom villa overlooks the majesty of the Aegean Sea and beyond, including views of neighbouring Mykonos, Dilos, Rinia and Syros.

With fresh, open spaces, clean lines and welcoming surroundings, this home exudes luxurious comfort bathed in natural sunlight from all angles. Rustle up a hearty Greek breakfast in the well-equipped kitchen, welcoming the day right before whiling the time away basking by the pool, where swoon-worthy views of the Aegean Sea are standard. We highly recommend sampling sumptuous Grecian delicacies at the restaurant and poolside bar under a canopy of starlight and relaxed ambience.

When the urge to seize the day takes over and the road calls, head out to the stunning town of Tinos (locally known as Chora) for sightseeing, shopping and dining galore, before heading to one of the many breathtaking beaches that surround the island, the closest one being a fifteen-minute walk from home.

Ode to Blue Skies

Perched on the hillside above Agios Romanos, this villa makes the most of its Aegean position. The infinity-edge pool seems to spill straight into the sea, and the terraces are angled to catch every last minute of the sunset. Outdoor dining by the barbecue, shaded lounging, a fireplace for cooler evenings – the rhythm of a stay here tends to follow the light. It's also naturally sheltered from the Meltemi winds, so the open-air spaces remain comfortable well into the season. Agios Romanos Beach is less than a five-minute drive away when you're ready to explore.

Meltemi Marble

This villa is a refined tribute to Cycladic tradition, built entirely using local dry-stone technique and perched on Tinos' southern coast. The private Jacuzzi overlooking the Aegean Sea is the real showstopper – your own sanctuary above the water – while a shaded terrace offers dappled hillside views perfect for lingering over dinner. Daily housekeeping is included, so you can focus entirely on unwinding. You're just 10 metres from the nearest beach on foot, and about 5 kilometres from lively Tinos Town.

Aegean Attitude

With the help of some local craftsmanship, this traditional villa is designed in a typically Cycladic style, combining natural materials, minimal furnishings and a side of modern comfort to create a charming home that nestles gently into the unspoilt surroundings. Located in Tinos – renowned for its quaint little villages, vast sandy beaches and scenic trails – it's perfectly suited for culture types looking to unwind and experience authentic Greek island living.

Outside, you're well catered for when it comes to sociable alfresco areas, with several sun loungers and day beds dotted around your private infinity pool, as well as a covered terrace, complete with a built-in barbecue and a dining table with seating to comfortably accommodate your entire group. Wake up to idyllic sea views, cradling your cup of Greek coffee as you ease in the day while looking forward to candlelit dinners on the terrace come evening. There's enough space for each guest to sprawl out, unwind and adopt the slow pace of the tranquil landscape.

While you could easily spend the entire day outside soaking up the hot sun, the minimalist interiors create a refreshing space to relax out of the midday heat if need be. On the ground floor, you'll find a light and airy seating area with timber-framed ceilings, white and grey tones, and polished cement floors. There are a couple of en-suite bedrooms with direct access to the pool area on this level, sleeping up to four guests. Upstairs, those lucky enough to nab the master suite will benefit from picturesque views and a private balcony, while a further twin bedroom on the lower floor brings the total guest count up to eight.

Pack your seaside essentials and head down to the nearest beach, just an eight-minute drive away. Stretch out on the soft sands and play with the kids in the shallows. Spend an evening dining out in Tinos town, which has plenty of fantastic tavernas and lively bars, just fifteen minutes by taxi from your secluded villa.

True Blue

A tranquil 500-year-old hideaway, set in the historic old town's centre overlooking Parikia's main square, this charming apartment is the ideal island bolthole for a couple or a solo traveller looking to explore the picturesque island of Paros. With your helpful hosts on hand, you can toss out the guidebook and simply ask them for those tips and tricks that only locals know about. For an authentic island experience, it doesn't get much better than this.

Tucked away down an alleyway in one of the oldest buildings on the island, the unmistakable blue doors lead into a quaint tiled courtyard with a table and chairs set up for you to enjoy your morning coffee outdoors. Step through the quirky archway door and into this peaceful haven, furnished with pieces created by skilled local craftspeople. Hand-carved stone peeks out from the walls throughout the home, and an original Cycladic fireplace adds plenty of character to the bedroom.

Step through a second interior archway and you'll find a sparkling modern kitchen that's perfect for recreating traditional taverna classics in the comfort of your own home. But with all the recommendations you'll have been provided, it might be a while before it sees any action.

Away from Paros, discover awe-inspiring natural beauty, picture-perfect golden beaches and crystal-clear seas. Head inland to explore the whitewashed hilltop village of Lefkes, 11km away, or continue another 9km to the east coast for a white knuckle windsurfing experience in one of the world's premier destinations. Alternatively, board a boat in the nearby port and explore some of the neighbouring islands.
