Outside, you're well catered for when it comes to sociable alfresco areas, with several sun loungers and day beds dotted around your private infinity pool, as well as a covered terrace, complete with a built-in barbecue and a dining table with seating to comfortably accommodate your entire group. Wake up to idyllic sea views, cradling your cup of Greek coffee as you ease in the day while looking forward to candlelit dinners on the terrace come evening. There's enough space for each guest to sprawl out, unwind and adopt the slow pace of the tranquil landscape. 

While you could easily spend the entire day outside soaking up the hot sun, the minimalist interiors create a refreshing space to relax out of the midday heat if need be. On the ground floor, you'll find a light and airy seating area with timber-framed ceilings, white and grey tones, and polished cement floors. There are a couple of en-suite bedrooms with direct access to the pool area on this level, sleeping up to four guests. Upstairs, those lucky enough to nab the master suite will benefit from picturesque views and a private balcony, while a further twin bedroom on the lower floor brings the total guest count up to eight. 

Pack your seaside essentials and head down to the nearest beach, just an eight-minute drive away. Stretch out on the soft sands and play with the kids in the shallows. Spend an evening dining out in Tinos town, which has plenty of fantastic tavernas and lively bars, just fifteen minutes by taxi from your secluded villa.

There's an undeniable charm to this rustic villa. A treasure trove of authentic antiques, many of the curiosities dotted about hail from the host's travels all over Greece. But most of all, we're swooning over the outside space. If you can pull yourself away from the panoramas, Tinos Town (known as Chora to the locals) is just a thirteen-minute drive away. As it’s the capital of the island, you'll find a myriad of restaurants, bars, shops and galleries to tickle your fancy. For a beach day, Paralia Lichnaftia is a ten-minute drive, although there are plenty more sandy shores to visit along the coast. You can even enjoy a day trip to Mykonos – it's about half an hour away on the ferry.

This Tinos villa is impressive, whether you're talking about the facilities or the views. For a modern escape to Greece, this villa is an excellent choice. It can be found just outside of Tinos town – a ten-minute walk is all it takes to reach the many bars, restaurants and shops of this lively hub. The well-loved beach at Agios Fokas is 500 metres away, so if you want to while away your stay on white sands, you can do so very easily indeed. 

You needn’t leave the villa for a dip though, as you’ll have your own private pool. Dive in first thing in the morning, and spend your days alternating between soaking up the gorgeous Greek sun and cooling off in the refreshing water. The villa looks out over the sea, with views stretching as far as Mykonos – this really is a lovely spot. When you need some shade, you can retire to the small patio or head inside.

The petite kitchen is ideal for whipping up a snack or mixing cocktails – if you’re anything like us, pre-dinner cocktails as you watch the sun set are a must for a holiday.
