Sun worshippers will feel right at home at this gorgeous villa on the outskirts of Ampelokipoi. Not only is it just a ten-minute drive from Laganas beach, but it benefits from a sprawling garden with more than enough room for nine. The pool is ideal for cooling off on non-beach days, and the pergola is the perfect spot for an evening mezze feast. The only downside is that this home is part of a development, and the low garden walls may mean more neighbourly interaction than you bargained for. But with Mykonos Town within easy reach, you can always opt for an evening out if you need a change of scenery. 

Pomegranate Syrup

Tucked amongst the olive groves and just a 650m walk from Marathias Beach (you’ll have to climb uphill on your return), this villa offers impressive views over the Zakynthos coastline. From here, you can walk to your local taverna, though we’d suggest hopping in the car to explore the Keri Caves and Cameo Island. Inside this natural stone villa, you’ll find a simple yet elegant space that welcomes you in from the midday heat. Outside, you’ll find a panoramic-viewed terrace, an infinity pool, an alfresco dining area and a lounge for sipping sundowners. 

Zakynthos Stone

Surrounded by olive groves, this detached stone-built villa has wonderful Ionian Sea and mountain views from its shaded dining terrace, balcony and private pool. You can enjoy the vistas from inside too, where you’ll find a comfy living area and a well-appointed kitchen. Situated in Xirokástellon and only a short stroll from Porto Zoro Beach, the location is great too. If you want to explore further, vibrant Zante Town is around a fifteen-minute drive. We recommend having a car here to discover all the area has to offer – there’s free parking as well.

Emerald Ionian Sea 

Settle down on the warm stone terrace at this charming villa, and you’ll feel as though you’ve been transported to another world. Draped in tranquillity, it’s the ultimate escape. With the small island of Marathonisi in your sightline and views across the mountains down to the Bay of Keri, this really is a picture-perfect location. And the good news? If the Greek sun gets a little much and you fancy a dip in the glistening private pool to cool down, you won’t lose the view. 

Head inside and the villa takes on some rustic appeal. Dressed in bold blue with exposed beams and stonework, it’s easy to imagine relaxing days and nights spent here. Before nightfall, however, we recommend you head back outside. Light the barbecue and enjoy an alfresco meal under the olive tree as the sky burns with an amber glow, before the sun disappears behind the mountains. In this peaceful location with your loved ones near, it’s completely enchanting. 

A Portrait of Paradise

If rest and relaxation are top priorities, look no further than this villa positioned in the tranquil village of Pantokratoras. Ideal for families and groups of friends, the home offers a serene getaway with plenty of space inside and out. The exteriors are the real highlight here, with plenty of lounging nooks for soaking up the sunshine. In particular, we love the shaded outdoor barbecue and dining area, perfect for enjoying meals alfresco. Location-wise you’ll love being a short drive from spectacular beaches and within walking distance of some excellent restaurants. 


Gentle Cypress Crest

Just a short walk from the pretty village of Keri Lake, famous for its stunning nearby sea caves and the turtles that nest on its beach, this new, stone-built villa is the perfect combination of modern luxury and a green, natural setting. Overlooking the sea and set in beautiful grounds with mature trees, lawns and terraces, it's the ideal space if you're looking to stay in this quiet part of the island.

Inside, it's spacious and cool, with natural tones, tiled floors and vaulted ceilings. The open-plan living area has comfy sofas, an extremely well kitted out kitchen and a dining space, with huge sliding doors that open it right up to the incredible pool terrace. Here you can swim in the crystal-clear infinity pool with uninterrupted views of the sea and the rocky islands offshore.

But while the pool is this home's star attraction, it's far from the only thing we love about it. There's a hot tub to relax in and a children's play area to keep smaller guests entertained, along with an outdoor yoga area (we're imagining sun salutations with superb sea views) and a fabulous outdoor kitchen where you can barbecue every evening if you feel like it.

There's plenty to do in the area too, and you can easily hire a boat to visit the caves and the nearby lighthouse for perfect snorkelling and unbelievable sunsets. 



The Eye of Dardanus

Surrounded on all sides by lush greenery and sea views, this villa offers something truly magical, the convenience of being just a short walk away from the hustle and bustle of Zante, while enjoying complete peace and privacy from the outside world in your own Grecian utopia. Clean lines, white walls and luxurious furnishings offer a fresh, welcoming atmosphere to a home brimming with possibilities.

Better yet, the wheelchair-friendly design makes getting around easier for guests with reduced mobility.

Fig Marmalade

Located just a short walk from the golden sands of Zakynthos, this contemporary villa is a dreamy place to spend your holiday. Ideal for families or a group of four friends, you'll quickly fall in love with your surrounds. With an open plan living area – with sliding doors to let the outside in – and generous bedrooms, the house is incredibly comfortable. It's the outside where this villa truly shines, however, with a private swimming pool and plenty of places to lounge. When you're ready for a change of scene, you have a choice of delicious tavernas and restaurants nearby. 


Coastal Clouds

Located in the Lithakia village of Zakynthos, this Greek villa provides lovely views of the Ionian Ocean in one direction and mountains in the other. Spend days at the beach – just an eleven-minute drive away, or explore Zante town and port – reachable in twenty minutes by car. There are plenty of restaurants and bars to enjoy in Zante Town, or, of course, you could return home and enjoy a homemade moussaka alfresco with views of the ocean, or even take advantage of the barbecue and grill some delicious souvlaki under the shaded pergola. 

Zen in Zakynthos

Located just a couple of kilometres from the vast sandy beach and crystal-clear waters of Laganas Beach, this two-storey villa is perfectly set up for large get-togethers with your extended family, or a large group of friends. 

On the ground floor, you'll find an impressive open-plan space with sky-high ceilings and a mezzanine level above. The ability to glide seamlessly across the polished concrete floor between the kitchen and seating area means that whoever's cooking for the group can flit between socialising and keeping an eye on whatever's in the oven.

You'll find a couple of en-suite bedrooms on this floor, each capable of accommodating up to five guests. Upstairs, there are a further two en-suite bedrooms with space for a further four guests in each, bringing the total guest count up to eighteen.
