This Brac island escape had us on that magnificent infinity pool and sweeping sea views alone. And that was before we'd even clapped eyes on the countless sun-kissed terraces and private mooring to take a dip in the azure blue sea.

Designed to make the most of those next-level sea vistas from all angles outside, you can expect to do some serious outdoor entertaining here with a rooftop terrace to serenade the sunset and covered alfresco dining areas and an outdoor kitchen to lay on a Mediterranean feast. Meanwhile, the private playground and games room will keep little ones more than busy.

Step inside, and this Tardis-like home keeps on delivering the wow factor with elegant bedrooms offering access to outdoor terraces, and sea views from nearly every room. And there are some surprises too. Through an atrium blooming with bougainvillaea, there's a Jacuzzi room for a luxurious soak, and outside, a suspended day bed to dry beneath the Dalmatian sun. And did we mention there's a wine cellar to store your favourite island-grown tipple?

Perched majestically overlooking an oh-so-peaceful sandy bay, you could feel a million miles from anywhere here. Delivering one of the most spectacular ocean views we ever did see, it would be impossible not to relax here. Pad out with your morning coffee onto the sun terraces - yep, there’s a few. But whichever you choose, you’ll still enjoy jaw-dropping views of the coast, where the Cetina River meets the Adriatic Sea. Take a splash in the indoor pool area before drying off on one of the many sun loungers to take in those views again. And should you ever manage to part your gaze with the sea, you’re perfectly placed to explore the surrounding region. Discover the historic town of Omiš, one of the most dramatic locations of any town on the Dalmatian coast, located just seven minutes away in the car. It's the perfect backdrop to while away an afternoon before settling down for dinner in one of the old town’s authentic restaurants. Or you could head straight for the beach, just a five-minute drive away. Just make sure to be back home in time for the sunset as you fire up the barbecue. Trust us, there's no better place to be.

The Beach Beckons

This luxurious Croatian villa is full of rooftop highlights. It's up here that you'll find the infinity pool and several of the balconies and seating areas. The Courtyard of Roses

With stunning sea views and a private pool, this home will make you want to settle in and stay. There’s a covered terrace with a barbecue for magical sunset meals. Inside, there’s a wellness area with a gym, a sauna and a Jacuzzi to ensure optimum relaxation. You’ll also be treated to more wonderful views from the living room and there's a fire for cosy gatherings. And when it comes to explorations further afield, you can stroll to the nearest beach and restaurants. It’s also a great base for exploring the island of Brač and Kornati National Park. 


The Moon & the Love

This recently built villa overlooking the Tribunj coastline might look like a single home, but it's actually two self-contained apartments at the same address. This unique arrangement brings some welcome flexibility for families travelling together.

We can't foresee any squabbles over who gets which section, because both are similarly bright and modern in design. Each has large floor-to-ceiling windows that not only look out to charming sea views but also bring in ample amounts of natural light. The design is heavy on soothing whites and sleek surfaces, although the occasional burst of colour really pops off against this blank canvas.

At the address, there's a grand total of four balconies, offering 270-degree vistas over the Adriatic Sea and the surrounding town's rooftops. If this inspires you to explore the locale, Zamaline Beach lies all of seven minutes' walk away and there's a superb range of restaurants to discover nearby, too.

Kiss The Land

Nestled next to the Adriatic Sea in the charming fishing village of Bobovišća, this cool, contemporary villa will tick every one of your holiday boxes. Entering the home, you’re welcomed by a tranquil open-plan living, dining and kitchen space, with generous sliding doors that take you out to the first of many terrace areas and the infinity pool. From here, you'll get your first glimpse of the stunning bay views you’ll come to love. Neutral in decor with artwork to remind you of your coastal location, this is the true heart of the home.

Step outside and you’ll feel your holiday burst into life – the outdoor space here is the epitome of relaxation. Lounge poolside as you sip sundowners and watch the fishing boats sailing up and down the bay, or take a cooling dip in the infinity pool. Wander down the steps, taking in the beautiful white local stone of the terraced areas, and at the bottom of the garden there’s a hammock for you to enjoy a sneaky snooze, or you can head out of the gate, straight onto the private flat rock beach. If the sea views tempt you out of the villa, hop on one of the bicycles and you can head out to explore this picturesque village – it’ll quickly become somewhere you’re proud to call home, if only for a little while.

Hideaway on the Bay

This modern and beautiful villa is located in Gornji Proložac, just 6 km from Imotski. The two-story villa was built in 2019 and sits on a private property that is 1,370 m² and fenced. Guests can enjoy a heated swimming pool with an internal staircase and salt-electrolysis pool-cleaning system, a paddling pool, hot tub, and outdoor shower. There is also a pool house with a kitchen and dining table, satellite TV, fridge, WC, and cooking stove. A barbecue and children's playground with a slide and swing are also available for guests to use. The villa has internet access, storage room for bicycles, washing machine, fitness equipment, darts, playstation (all included in the price), safe, iron, children's high chair, baby cot, and hair dryer. The villa has six rooms beautifully furnished rooms that can accommodate up to twelve guests.

Rijeka & the Black Sea
