Lovely Breeze

Hillside Pearl is only a short drive away from the pebble-studded beach in Orašac, but the historical sights of Dubrovnik (as well as a few secluded beaches in nearby coastal towns) aren't too far either. This sleek and elegant villa is an excellent choice for those who love relaxing while staying close to the happening – after all, your private pool and sauna will give you plenty of privacy when you need it. The two well-equipped will let you get creative with local recipes while keeping your eyes on the crystal blue seas in the distance, and the fruit of your labour will look even better alongside the view. 

Hillside Pearl

This towering villa sits in an enviable spot in central Dubrovnik. It's around a fifteen-minute walk to the shambling alleyways and historic sights of the famous Old Town, while also being a short stroll from the nearest pebble beach – Betina Cave Beach. But there’s plenty to keep you entertained at the villa itself.

Tiered terraces hang on the hillside, affording fabulous views of Lokrum island, floating out in the crystal Adriatic Sea. Out here, you’ve got a private pool to cool off and, one level up, a sunken Jacuzzi tub for a soothing soak. Dining in the shade of a parasol is a delight with that view to keep the group talking. 

We love the interior, where the light fitting above the dining table looks like an installation in a modern art gallery, and the armchairs could feature in a mid-century museum. Vibrant pictures adorn the walls throughout and the paint-splattered walls of the second living room feel like a work of art in itself. Painting isn’t the only pursuit celebrated in this home – the chrome kitchen could be the canvas for a professional chef and there’s a piano for the maestro of the group in the turret lounge. Bedrooms are sanctuaries, some with access to private balconies, but our favourite has to be the room at the top of the house with its selection of literature for a quiet read. 

The Pearl Diver

Just footsteps away from the medieval streets of Dubrovnik's old town, with restaurant-filled plazas and gelato shops on every corner – this spot allows you to soak up the best of Dubrovnik in utter convenience. However, with views overlooking the Lovrijenac fortress and the Adriatic Sea, you'll likely want to split your time between making the most of the city alongside the villa itself. Equipped with a private swimming pool, sun terrace and covered pergola dining area – the villa's garden offers a private oasis to lap up when you're not beach hopping around Dubrovnik and its nearby islands. Meanwhile, the indoor sauna is an added luxury you didn't know you needed. 




I Am An Ocean

Villa Orasac is a contemporary villa situated in Orašac, just a short distance from the renowned Dubrovnik. Nestled in the hills above the Dubrovnik area, this exclusive villa provides an idyllic haven surrounded by serene nature, making it perfect for outdoor enthusiasts and nature lovers. Guests can relish the nearby exceptional restaurants, bars, shops, and recreational facilities on this famous coast.

The villa boasts innovative modern architecture, and the high ceilings and glass walls create an ambiance of openness, offering breathtaking views of the Dubrovnik islands. The surrounding hills and the Adriatic Sea on one side make Orasac truly unique. The villa has been built on an elevated hillside amidst a beautiful natural landscape, and multi-level terraces integrate it perfectly into the Mediterranean hillside landscape.

With five bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms, Villa Orasac is an ideal retreat for a group of ten people. Upon entering the main doors on the first floor, you'll find two double bedrooms with air conditioning, lavish bathrooms, and luxurious linens. The rooms provide a stunning view of the sea or the green landscape.

An indoor staircase leads to the lower level, where you'll discover three more en-suite bedrooms, one of which is a twin bedroom, all with sea views. On this floor, you'll also find a central living area with a fully equipped, modern kitchen and a dining area, as well as a bathroom for guests. The living room leads to a spacious terrace with a lounge and dining area, perfect for alfresco dining.

One of the villa's most remarkable features is its infinity swimming pool. You'll feel your worries melt away as you float in the water, gazing out at the panoramic view of the surroundings. The pool is surrounded by a sun deck terrace with sunbeds, an outdoor sofa, and a chill-out area, making it an excellent spot for an early morning coffee or drinks in the evening sun.

For fitness enthusiasts, the villa offers an in-home gym. If you desire to escape into a private retreat with a loved one, Villa Orasac is the perfect choice for you. For larger groups, Villa Orasac can be rented with Villa Alba, offering spacious accommodation for up to 20 persons.

Serene Nature Retreat

From the terrace of this beautiful old villa, you can see Lokrum Island floating off the coast of Dubrovnik in the Adriatic Sea. You’re right on the seafront here with nothing between you and the cliffs down to a secret sandy cove (Betina Cave Beach) but a private road. On top of this, it’s just a short drive or leisurely fifteen-minute stroll to the walls of Dubrovnik’s famous Old Town where narrow alleys are home to bars, restaurants and cafes galore.

Though you’d be forgiven for spending all your time at the villa itself. The terrace is home to an inviting swimming pool and a sunken, overflow Jacuzzi where you can soak with a cold drink in hand, looking out over the Adriatic Sea. Dine outdoors on the patio covered by a rustic wooden ceiling and lit by candelabra. Each terracotta-floored terrace is bursting with flowers in pots and the stone walls are draped with botanica making each balcony and outdoor lounge feel like an ancient Venetian’s holiday home.

The highlight inside has to be the conservatory-style lounge and dining room with a wall of glass windows looking out to the sea. In here, stone columns add a sense of grandeur. Across the entire home, you’ll find myriad lounges for the group to spread out, each just as lavish as the last. Bedrooms are luxurious as hotel suites with big beds and Jacuzzi tubs in the ensuites. 

Meet Me on the Terrace

You’ll find this villa in Zaton, a charming fishing village on Croatia’s Dalmatian Coast. Inside the home, it’s modern and well-considered with an open-plan living space for entertaining your loved ones and three quiet bedrooms that guarantee sweet dreams night after night. When you’re not kicking back on the sofa with a good book, you’ll be out on the terrace, soaking up the sunshine before bobbing about in the private pool. 

At lunchtime, fire up the brick barbecue and treat your brood to a grilled feast. After the plates are cleared and the little ones have let off some steam in the play area, head over to Štikovica Beach or take the short drive into Dubrovnik for its atmospheric Old Town, Renaissance Sponza Palace and pedestrianised Stradun.

This gorgeous villa is a restored medieval Paštrović cottage, overlooking Bečići beach and the Adriatic sea, where you can begin your holiday in comfort and style. This home gives you all the basics you need to get your trip off to a great start – catch some sun on the sun loungers, or go for a soothing dip in the pool and look out toward the horizon of the Adriatic sea. A mixture of traditional and modern-day influences, this home brings the sunshine inside through archways, windows and floor-to-ceiling glass doors out to the patio, where you'll step out and enjoy most of your days, whether you've got steaks sizzling on the barbecue for an alfresco dinner or you're enjoying a good book in the shade of the parasols.

Settle down in the quaint town of Čučuci, within walking distance of Bečići beach with its mix of sandy and pebbled shores, where you can enjoy a day out for everyone. Whether you're looking to sunbathe or head out on the water with a surfboard or a kayak, there's plenty to fill your days with. Head into the village and enjoy some fantastic local cuisine at the marina or on the promenade, or try some of the region's wines for a sophisticated and romantic activity. When you return in the evening, go for a late-night swim as the sun sets or enjoy a drink out on the terrace.

Balkan Bliss

You’ll fall in love with this beautiful home before you’ve even kicked off your shoes. It’s been designed with elegance and convenience at its core, so everything you might need is close to hand in this oh-so-attractive holiday home. 

The outside space is breathtaking, with terraces creating different charming areas to spend time in. Sip your morning espresso on the dining terrace that overlooks Dubrovnik’s fortress, before moving to the pool for a leisurely dip. Stretch out in the sun to dry off, admiring sea views and sipping fresh lemonade.

Climb the twenty-two steps leading up to this stone villa and you’ll find the views of the Konavle Valley well worth the effort. A private pool and a shaded alfresco dining area complete the outdoors, while inside, the decor is traditional and rustic. It’s a little dated in places, but beamed ceilings and exposed stone walls add a dose of charm, and valley vistas from the bedrooms are sure to inspire happy wake-ups. When you’re ready to head out for some sightseeing, you’ll find amenities and restaurants in Čilipi (7km away), while boat rides from the palm-fringed shores of Cavtat (12km) offer a scenic route to Dubrovnik’s Old Town.
