This lovely 3-room semi-detached house is situated in the charming hamlet of Bečići, just 4 km from the centre of Labin and 10 km from the beautiful beaches of Rabac. The property features a private garden with lawn and trees, as well as an angular swimming pool (7 x 4 m) with an internal staircase and outdoor shower. The house is equipped with free WiFi, satellite TV, washing machine, and air conditioning. The open kitchen has all the necessary appliances, including an oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and electric coffee machine. There are two cosy bedrooms upstairs with French beds (160 cm x 180 cm) and a shared bathroom with shower/WC. Guests can enjoy the roofed terrace with comfortable furniture and deck chairs.
