Marčana Marron

There’s something charming about this cosy little home; made of rustic reclaimed stone and embedded in the hillside overlooking Croatia’s Trget Bay. Whimsical, yes...worn out, never. Coastal Jade would be ideal for a small family, with three bedrooms and a wealth of playground equipment to keep the kids entertained while you soak up the sun on the loungers.

Immerse yourself in the region’s laid-back charm, far from the tourist crowds yet close to local shops, cafés, and markets. Inside, the villa is bright and modern, with stylish interiors, a swimming pool, and plenty to keep everyone entertained – from table tennis and darts to volleyball. Little ones will love the playground, while adults can soak up the sun with a glass of local Malvazija. The location is perfectly placed too: only 14 kilometres from Pula airport and 29 kilometres from the dramatic cliffs, hidden coves, and hiking trails of Kamenjak Nature Park.

Istrian Hideaway

This contemporary Croatian villa paints a striking contrast with its idyllic, rural surroundings. The open-plan design gives you plenty of opportunities to admire the greenery outside – but we’d recommend sliding open the glass doors for an even better experience. Each of the bedrooms enjoys uninterrupted country views, while the pool deck is the perfect spot to enjoy the sunshine. Although some might prefer to be closer to the sea (it’s a thirty-five-minute drive to Lanterna beach), you’ll at least enjoy the privacy and quiet that comes with a location off the tourist trail.
