There is a large eat-in kitchen with a huge dining area and top-equipped appliances. The villa has four bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom, TV, safe, air conditioning, underfloor heating, and balcony or terrace access. The outdoor area has a great shaped pool, private tennis court, small 7-hole practice golf course, covered terrace with outdoor fireplace/grill, and organic kitchen garden.
