This home, located in the Kvarner Bay region of Croatia, is an exceptional property spread over 2,400 m². With three self-contained accommodation units, it can comfortably accommodate up to 18 guests. The lushly equipped building tracts offer a high level of privacy and present modern, trendy spaces with air conditioning and TV in each bedroom. The living room with open kitchen and electric fireplace is on the first floor and a light-flooded common room with seating for 20 people is on the upper floor. The property offers fantastic views of the greenery and mountains from its private seating areas, partly covered to provide shade, and a 60 m² saltwater pool surrounded by a spacious terrace. The children's pool is only 30 cm deep, and there is also a playground for children. A super great spa area with Finnish sauna, bio sauna, shower, relaxation room, and massage room can be found in the basement. Massages can be booked on request. The villa is only 5 km from Crikvenica, where you will find shopping facilities and several beaches along the coast.

The bustling centre of Crikvenica is only a ten-minute drive away, with its charming harbour dotted with water-edge bars and restaurants dishing up the freshest seafood imaginable. And, of course, it's pretty sandy beach flanked by shady pine trees for cooling dips and watersports action.

We know it’s going to be incredibly difficult to tear yourself away from the hot tub and rolling green hills here, but driving forty-five minutes to Biserujka – a subterranean cave  –  or hiking Lokva will be well worth the trip out.

The beautiful swimming pool is the focal point for those all-important days where you have nothing planned.
