Medulin Charm

This villa is ready to welcome you into a laidback Mediterranean lifestyle, here on the sunny island of Krk. You can enjoy a private heated pool with loungers, a rooftop Jacuzzi with sea views, and a private sauna for total relaxation. The outdoor dining terrace is perfect for alfresco evenings, while inside you’ll find plenty of space to unwind in comfort. With beaches, shops, and Malinska’s lively waterfront just a short walk away, it’s an ideal island escape all year around.

Krk Bliss

Split across two equally charming, traditionally Croatian villas, this home has plenty of room for a big group to spread out. It feels as though there are endless options for lounging outside – on loungers beneath wooden pergolas, on plush outdoor sofas on patios and on deckchairs in the shade. There are also a handful of alfresco dining options; a cluster of comfy seats and coffee tables for a casual set-up, or for the whole group in the dedicated outdoor dining room, covered and with a built-in barbecue. The highlight of the outdoors has to be the swimming pool though, glittering and inviting you for a dip on a sunny day.

The main villa houses four of the bedrooms within its honey-brown walls. Here you’ll find an open-plan living area streaming with sunshine from floor-to-ceiling glass sliding doors, and a table for group dinners inside. There’s a boho charm to woven lampshades and pops of green add a touch of holiday cheer. The second villa houses two of the bedrooms and has its own open-plan living space with a second kitchen and dining area in striking black and red.

You’re in the heart of the Istrian countryside here, where the hills are filled with hikes to secret waterfalls, rolling vineyards and the crumbling ruins of castles. The Slovenian border is less than twenty minutes drive and if you want to head to the coast, the charming ancient fishing village of Poreč juts out into the sea a forty-minute drive away. Closer to home, explore the idyllic streets of medieval Motovun, a five-minute drive.

A Daughter of the Moon

In the beautiful bay of Kvarner, sheltered by mountains and surrounded by blue ocean, this impressive villa offers spectacular sea views which can be enjoyed across multiple levels. Get your days off to the best start with a workout in the gym, followed by a coffee on the balcony. If you like what you see, there's plenty more where that came from. Kvarner is home to some beautiful beaches, one of the most attractive being Lubenice beach – follow the steep path through the shrubbery to reach the white sands of this secluded cove. Some of the nearby islands are within an easy distance by boat, and contain atmospheric old port towns and long stretches of unspoilt coastline that you can spend your days exploring.

However you spend your time here, coming home is always a treat, thanks to a dedicated wellness room complete with massage table, whirlpool and sauna. Nothing beats coming home to a professional massage and spa session after a busy day. When it comes to dinner, you'll be spoilt for choice – arrange for a private chef to come and cook a Croatian feast while you relax at the table, or order a fresh seafood delivery and cook some laid-back barbecue dishes in the outdoor kitchen, it's really up to you.

Post-dinner, the kids are bound to appreciate the games room with PlayStation, while the adults can make use of their own basement tavern where you'll find bottles of fine Croatian wines. Bring a bottle outside to enjoy on the patio or put the fire on and get comfy with a movie – this home is full of cosy corners to indulge in a little peace and quiet.

The Cobalt Bay

If you’re looking for a quiet Istrian escape, this modern villa in the fishing village of Ližnjan near Medulin is ideal. The village is mostly untouched by tourism, with local restaurants serving freshly caught fish, and the nearest beach is just a fifteen-minute walk. Aesthetically, the villa’s modern architecture really stands out, with clean lines, high ceilings, and a striking glass staircase. You’ll also have a solar-heated saltwater pool, a fitness area, ping-pong, a football net, and two bikes – so there’s plenty to keep both adults and kids occupied.

Istrian Escape

We don’t know what we love more about this home: the effortlessly cool modern interiors or the breath-taking panoramic views. Luckily, Infinity merges the two, with the open-plan living and dining areas opening straight out onto the spacious terrace with views of the rolling Istrian hills. Listen to the birdsong as you drink your morning coffee on the terrace, feel like the only person in the world in the infinity pool, and taste the local truffles al-fresco beneath the stars. With so much beauty around you, you’ll leave your stay here feeling inspired and recharged.
