The Garden on the Coast

This home, located in the Kvarner Bay region of Croatia, is an exceptional property spread over 2,400 m². With three self-contained accommodation units, it can comfortably accommodate up to 18 guests. The lushly equipped building tracts offer a high level of privacy and present modern, trendy spaces with air conditioning and TV in each bedroom. The living room with open kitchen and electric fireplace is on the first floor and a light-flooded common room with seating for 20 people is on the upper floor. The property offers fantastic views of the greenery and mountains from its private seating areas, partly covered to provide shade, and a 60 m² saltwater pool surrounded by a spacious terrace. The children's pool is only 30 cm deep, and there is also a playground for children. A super great spa area with Finnish sauna, bio sauna, shower, relaxation room, and massage room can be found in the basement. Massages can be booked on request. The villa is only 5 km from Crikvenica, where you will find shopping facilities and several beaches along the coast.

The Alpinist's Rest

This is a historic house with breathtaking views of the Kvarner Bay and the ruins of Grižan Castle. The villa boasts a courtyard-like pool area surrounded by natural stone walls, providing guests with complete seclusion and privacy. Lounge on comfortable sunbeds, swim in the pool or enjoy a meal at the dining table. Kids can play on the swing while someone prepares dinner on the barbecue. The villa offers two rental bikes for guests to explore the area. The combination of contemporary elements with historic charm creates a unique and cosy atmosphere throughout the premises. The large kitchen with a cooking island and dining area is located on the first floor, alongside a children's corner and foosball table in a niche hidden under a round arch. The second floor consists of three bedrooms and a shower room, one of which has an extra single bed for a child. Underfloor heating and air conditioning make this villa suitable for comfortable stays all year round.

The Meadow's Serenity

Located outside the centre of Crikvenica along Croatia's rocky shoreline, this contemporary villa is an excellent place to relax. Wander down to the pebbled beach and take a dip in the clear waters of the Mediterranean – it's only 60m away – or explore the hiking trails along the Riviera and admire the unforgettable natural beauty in this corner of Croatia.

When you're not happily lounging by the pool, make the five-minute drive to Novi Vinodolski for restaurants, shops and lively beaches.
