This luxurious villa, located in the harbour area of a picturesque fishing village, is the perfect blend of traditional features and modern amenities. The villa offers breathtaking sea views and is an ideal location for those seeking an authentic and relaxing vacation away from mass tourism. The island of Šolta is known for its simplicity and natural beauty, with numerous bays to explore. The villa has three floors, a state-of-the-art kitchen, fitness room, sauna, and private pool surrounded by a sun terrace with comfortable deckchairs. There are five air-conditioned double rooms, some with balconies overlooking the harbour. Guests can enjoy an outdoor BBQ in the Mediterranean courtyard. The villa's owners offer flexible pricing for groups of less than 10 people and recommend renting a car to explore the island and mainland.

Warmest Affection

This is a lovely beachfront villa with an indoor pool, outdoor pool, a sauna, and a gym. It is located on the west coast of Ciovo Island, just 15 meters from the beach and within walking distance of shops, restaurants, and cafes. Also nearby is Trogir (5.5 km), a UNESCO-listed Dalmatian town with a seaside promenade, bars and cafes, and top tourist attractions.

Adriatic Escape

Enjoy coasting around Čiovo island with this roomy apartment as your luxurious base. Located just a ten-minute walk away from Copacabana Beach and just a few minutes driving distance from Bocic Beach – you'll have plenty of turquoise coastline to explore when staying here. You'll be just 5 kilometres away from the Unesco-protected Old town of Trogir  and its numerous historical and cultural sights waiting to be discovered. With breathtaking views over the local village of Okrug Gornji and the sparkling waters of the Adriatic Sea – there's plenty to keep you awe-inspired at the apartment too. 

Modern interior spaces and futuristic organic architectural designs present high-end finishes throughout. We love the open-plan set-up of the kitchen, dining and living area, which centres its positioning on overlooking the stunning views of the surrounding landscape. Outside, you'll have shared access (with one other apartment) to the terrace pool area and your own private area on the rooftop. At sunset, head to the rooftop day bed with a cocktail in hand to watch the balmy hues of the sky change from pink to fiery orange over the seascape. 



Coastin'

Set in the hills of the Kozjak mountains, this villa has enticing views of the bay of Kaštela. Outside, the private heated pool, terraces, and summer kitchen mean you'll be able to make the most of the sunshine. But there's plenty of shade, too, under the olive, almond and oak trees. The drama continues inside – from the living room with its tall ceilings and mezzanine library, to the sunken hot tub and wine cellar. Some areas, like the kitchen and bathrooms, aren't the most visually impressive. But you can't beat the scenery, plus the historic harbour town of Trogir is only a short drive away.

Mountain Villa

It's not an area known for its contemporary sea-view showstoppers, but that adds to the wow factor of this home in Marina. A peaceful fishing village, just a ten-minute drive from Trogir, it's better known for its traditional terracotta-topped villas and its yachts. But here, alongside its sister villas next door, this modern masterpiece rises over the waterfront, just a matter of moments from the nearest little beach and that crystal-clear, inviting water.

It's luxurious to the max, with striking interiors, superb outdoor space and views to die for. Set over three floors, there's all the living space you could need, with the comfy sofa area divided from the dining and kitchen by the sleek, glass staircase that runs through the centre of the house. And just through some glass doors in the living room, you'll find your indoor pool – making for a practical and unique place to swim at any time of the day or night (or year, for that matter). The basement level is home to a really well-equipped gym and a relaxing sauna, and there's even a games room with a pool table, darts, table football and a PS4. And for smaller children, the garden has a play area and flat lawns to run about on.

Elsewhere, a high-end kitchen makes cooking indoors a real pleasure, or choose to use the summer kitchen outside and eat in the shade of the covered terrace. And for the best views, nip upstairs for sundowners on one of the big balconies. There's plenty to do in Marina and the UNESCO protected town Trogir, each having great places to eat, drink and grab supplies, or head out for a more adventurous day trip to one of the islands.

Sea Mountain

With a private pool, sun-soaked terraces and uninterrupted views of the Adriatic Sea, this modern villa is the perfect diving-off point to explore the Croatian coast. Wake up in one of six restful bedrooms and glide straight into the sun through large double doors, where sparkling waters and reliably blue skies await.

The living room and dining areas and contemporary, minimal and – most importantly – air-conditioned. When the sizzling sun feels overwhelming, you can comfortably cool off indoors or take a dip in your swimming pool. The beach is a matter of steps away if you want to feel the soothing benefits of natural saltwater on your skin.

We suggest hiring a car so you can easily access the nearby village of Vinišće. This quaint fishing community is cradled by low, pine-coloured hills, with a small harbour and unspoiled sandy beach. A little further afield, and also overlooking crystal-clear waters, is the larger town of Trogir. Wind your way through the characterful streets lined with Renaissance, Baroque and Romanesque buildings, and sit down to a spread of seafood at one of the traditional waterfront restaurants.

Blue All Around

This four-storey villa is 90m from the sea and comes with a wealth of recreation for the whole family. The basement-level sauna, gym and Jacuzzi ensure relaxation after a long day of exploring Trogir, and the private pool and barbecue offer outdoor space to enjoy the sun and stay active. The nearest beach and restaurants are within walking distance, and there's even a water park nearby for the kids. The interior decoration isn't the most exciting and won't be for everyone, but there's lots to do whether you're spending time indoors or planning family days out.

Beachside Breaks

If you’re after a classic Croatian holiday in the sun, then look no further. Spread out over three separate living units, each with its own kitchen, the outdoor living spaces here are where it really shines. Think private access to the beach, your own outdoor pool with loungers, and a quick drive to Split, one of the gems of the Mediterranean. While the interiors aren’t super inspiring, there’s plenty of room to spread out in each unit. And of course, you can’t beat that beachfront view.

Or, if you prefer a swim in the surf, the beach is right on your doorstep – quite literally. Plus, there’s an on-site gym for those who want to get a workout in on their holiday.

Dalmatian Gem

This villa is a picture-perfect example of what we call a modern classic – a stunning contemporary designed home sat in the centre of a traditional Croatian town on the beautiful Dalmatian Coast. Now that is the kind of combination we can fully get behind. 

Set across three floors, the elegant and minimalist aesthetic features recessed lighting, a mix of wood and tiled floors, and simple yet comfortable furnishings. The open-plan living room, dining room, and kitchen, provide the ideal space to gather for everything from family dinners to a morning cup of coffee on the balcony. 

Downstairs, you’ll find the bar and lounge room partner well with the pool patio outside, the sliding glass doors allowing you to easily slip from sun lounger to fridge for a refill of your beverage of choice. The barbecue and alfresco dinner table with views of Trogir’s bay are also highlights you're sure to enjoy.
