This contemporary home in Marina is angular and striking, with huge terraces making the most of its stunning sea views. Just metres from the water, it's set in a peaceful fishing village just a ten-minute drive from Trogir. And with everything on your doorstep, including cafes and restaurants within walking distance, it's a great choice for a family break.

The outdoor space is the big talking point here, with a wraparound garden and terrace where you'll find a private pool with uninterrupted views of the bay and different sections allowing for an outdoor lounge area, a stone-built barbecue corner and a children's play area. Meanwhile, the bedrooms above get even better views thanks to impressive balconies.

The style here, as you might expect, is modern and glossy, with tiled floors, clean lines and a huge glass and marble staircase through the centre of the villa. An open-plan layout of the living space keeps it all sociable and we love the statement lighting in particular. But this home also has a hidden treasure or two. Head down to the basement and you're met not only with a luxury home gym, but also a sauna and shower room – perfect for freshening up after a workout.

Gin & Lemon Juice

This apartment with sea views, a shared pool, and the beach just 100 meters from the door ticks a lot of boxes. It's modern and fitted with everything you could need for a simple stay by the sea. The private terrace, which is perfect for meals alfresco, is a nice touch, too. Set in the island town of Primosten, you'll find charming local bistros and crystal-water beaches within easy reach. And, if you feel like venturing further afield, the UNESCO World Heritage City of Split is only 40 kilometres away. All in all, it measures up nicely for a seaside break with family or friends.

Azure Outlook

Set within the charming seaside town of Brela, this villa has beach days down to a fine art, with the shore just a short stroll away. Spend blissful stretched out by the infinity pool, dining on the terrace, or unwinding the hot tub, all while soaking up sweeping ocean views. Inside, the space is bright and contemporary, spread across three floors with the added ease of an internal lift, a gym, and a spa with a sauna when relaxation calls. Brela itself is known for its crystal-clear waters, and laid-back atmosphere, with a scenic seaside promenade, shops and restaurants all within easy reach.

Brela Bliss

Filled with rustic charm, this villa promises a tranquil retreat in the Croatian countryside. As you lie on a poolside lounger, soaking up the sun and sipping a cocktail, listen to the quiet lilt of birdsong that carries on the air. In such a peaceful rural location, the sounds of nature will be something you’ll come to love. To make the most of the views, take a seat up on the private balcony with your holiday read, and you can enjoy the green vistas stretching out and wrapping around you. As the sun warms your skin, head back down to the terrace and sink into the refreshing waters of the private pool to swim a few lazy lengths as you contemplate what to do with the rest of your day.

Inside, the home is utterly charming with exposed stonework and beamed ceilings. With two kitchens, nominate a chef to rustle up dinner and you can head back outdoors to enjoy an alfresco meal, soaking up the fresh air as the last of the daylight fades.

Rustic Hideaway

Situated just steps from the sand with unspoiled sea views, this home is all about its location. Delivering on both form and function, this modern home has everything you could need for a fuss-free stay. The various desks are a nice touch, too, especially if you're working on the go. Watch the waves from the private infinity pool, cook up a storm in the outdoor kitchen, or stargaze from the jacuzzi. Or, if you feel like exploring, you'll find the UNESCO World Heritage Cities of Trogir and Split just a short drive away. All in all, this home is well-suited for a holiday in the sun with family or friends.

Shades of Summertime

This beautiful villa is real show-stopper. High ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows and a neutral colour palette mean that it’s bright and airy, the perfect space to chill out in when the temperature is rising. Outside you’ll find a gorgeous pool, which you can gaze upon from the balcony – if you can tear your eyes away from the view of the sea, that is.

You’ll wake up feeling refreshed from a good night’s sleep – the beds are oh so comfortable. Maybe you’ll whip up a breakfast of fresh fruit and local bread with honey, and take it out to the terrace. As you tuck in, you can plan your day – will you laze by the pool and soak up the sunshine all day? Or perhaps you’ll head to the beach? Brodarica beach is a fourteen-minute walk away and is one of many on this stretch of the coast. In the evening, fire up the barbecue and enjoy feasts on the terrace while the sun is setting.

After a few days spent sunbathing, swimming and sipping wine, you might be rested enough to explore further afield. Šibenik is a beautiful city, one of the oldest on the Adriatic – it’s just eleven minutes away by car. Meander the narrow streets and admire the cathedral – it’s a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Sunbeams & Sea Views

This Brac island escape had us on that magnificent infinity pool and sweeping sea views alone. And that was before we'd even clapped eyes on the countless sun-kissed terraces and private mooring to take a dip in the azure blue sea.

Designed to make the most of those next-level sea vistas from all angles outside, you can expect to do some serious outdoor entertaining here with a rooftop terrace to serenade the sunset and covered alfresco dining areas and an outdoor kitchen to lay on a Mediterranean feast. Meanwhile, the private playground and games room will keep little ones more than busy.

Step inside, and this Tardis-like home keeps on delivering the wow factor with elegant bedrooms offering access to outdoor terraces, and sea views from nearly every room. And there are some surprises too. Through an atrium blooming with bougainvillaea, there's a Jacuzzi room for a luxurious soak, and outside, a suspended day bed to dry beneath the Dalmatian sun. And did we mention there's a wine cellar to store your favourite island-grown tipple?

Perched majestically overlooking an oh-so-peaceful sandy bay, you could feel a million miles from anywhere here. But when it's time to dip your toes into island life, the charming town of Milna is just a short drive away. Or mosey along the path leading to the neighbouring fishing village, Bobovisca, for seafood suppers at its waterfront tavernas. It's as dreamy as it sounds.

Fruits of the Sea

This villa's modern design may be eye-catching, but it's the views you'll want to spend your days admiring. Floor-to-ceiling glass faces the Mediterranean, while the terrace offers plenty of sun-soaked spots to unwind. You can turn up the heat further in the sauna, but if it gets too much, the partially shaded pool is handy for staying cool – and you're just a few steps from a private cove. With multiple levels inside and out, there are a few stairs to climb, but it's worth it for the rooftop sundeck. If you feel like exploring the coast, Primošten is just five minutes away – don't miss a chance to try a glass of local wine.

Primošten Place

A stone’s throw from the pebble beaches of the Adriatic shore, this plush, modern villa sits in the charming fishing village of Marina Agana. You’re 150 metres from the sea here, and can walk five minutes to the harbourside where a local shop and handful of seafood restaurants await. Or, make the ten-minute drive to the UNESCO town of Trogir, just along the coast.

While away days at your villa by the poolside, or perhaps cooking alfresco at the built-in stone barbecue while the group enjoy sunset cocktails in the sea-blue outdoor lounge. You can spot the sea as you unwind on private terraces and patios, peeping through the palms and greenery. Sunsets are particularly good from the wrap-around terrace on the first floor.

Inside, vibrant modern artworks pop against stone-grey walls in the open living area. If you’re not using the summer kitchen outside, the slate-grey modern kitchen inside has you covered for every meal of the day. Throughout the villa, glass sliding doors open up to terraces and balconies, from bedrooms and lounges, so you’re never more than a few footsteps away from a moment in the sun.

Pebble Harbour

You can listen to the sound of the waves from this stylish villa’s fantastic terrace and private pool. And who wouldn’t want a view of the Adriatic Sea? Enjoy the vistas from inside this home as well, and we love that all of the bedrooms are en-suite. With two living areas, this villa is ideal for a family or friends too. Another great feature here is the fitness area and sauna – this home has everything you need and more for a comfortable and memorable stay. Plus, the location is another highlight – there’s a pebbly beach just 100 metres from this home, while the beautiful town of Primošten is 2 kilometres away.
