Inside, you’ll find a crisp, airy, and contemporary interior. It’s the perfect place to take solace from the baking mid-day sun, flicking through the smart TV. But we imagine you’ll want to spend as much time as possible in the outdoors. The glittering infinity pool is truly captivating – swim to the edge for undisturbed views of the wide-stretching sea. When the sun starts to set, the place to be is your jacuzzi. Sip on local wine while sinking into the warm, bubbling water, watching the sun dip behind the mountains. 

You’re set in the charming village of Lokva Rogoznica, which is known for having some of the most beautiful beaches on the Dalmation Coast. Take walks down to the turquoise waters and golden sands for the perfect start to the day. The town of Omiš is around 5 miles away – hop in the car and discover the region’s culture, history, and cuisine in this delightful port town.

Brac Sunsets

From its glamourous setting to its endless selection of amenities, this sprawling villa on the eastern tip of Brač is a knockout. Inside, it’s sleek and whitewashed with a convivial open-plan living space, perfect for spending quality time together while the appointed chef of your group chops, slices and dices in the fully-equipped kitchen. If some pampering is on the cards, retreat to the private sauna before sitting down in front of a blockbuster in the media room. 

Spend warm afternoons out in the garden – lie back on a lounger and listen to the waves gently lap the shore or splash about with your loved ones in the glittering pool. Should you fancy exploring a little, the picturesque Žirje Beach is a fifteen-minute drive away. Plus, Sumartin, a fisherman’s village that is a quiet idyll even in the peak period of the summer season, is only five minutes from your door. 

As the day draws to a close, head back to your pad for homemade pizzas paired with wine from the on-site cellar. And when the sun starts to set, make a beeline for the hot tub – we think it’s an experience best enjoyed with a glass of bubbles in hand.

Dream Operator

With a beautiful setting in a quiet residential area, this home is ideal for families seeking rest and relaxation. It’s on the Dalmatian coast just a short drive from the vibrant town of Makarska. There are also sandy beaches nearby, which is unusual for Croatia where the beaches are normally pebbly. From the villa you can admire stunning sea and mountain views from the private pool and from the terrace. The decor is simple and modern, and the villa is comfortable – though at full occupancy, two guests will be sleeping on a sofa bed. 

Sparkling Sea

Our favourite thing about this sleek, modern villa is the view from the swimming pool. Gazing out over the infinity edge, you can see a handful of green islands floating in the sparkling Adriatic Sea. The big terrace out the front is also home to sun loungers, a dining spot and a glorious sunken Jacuzzi. 

The villa itself feels as though glass boxes have been stacked on top of each other, taking full advantage of that fabulous sea view. Slide open the wall-sized glass doors in the living room to melt the barrier between indoors and outdoors and watch the boats drift by from the comfort of the leather sofas. The huge, dine-in kitchen area is more than big enough to handle the bustle of group breakfasts and the whole open-plan area is bathed in sunlight during the day.

Those that want to keep on top of their fitness schedule can make use of the home’s private gym, and soothe sore muscles in the sauna after. Bedrooms are crisp white and blue, made bright by walls of windows. And the main bedroom has its own private balcony.

Location-wise, you’re on the edge of Hvar Town, a 500-metre walk from the centre where harbourside bars and restaurants await.

Collecting Pomegranates 

This Brac island escape had us on that magnificent infinity pool and sweeping sea views alone. And that was before we'd even clapped eyes on the countless sun-kissed terraces and private mooring to take a dip in the azure blue sea.

Designed to make the most of those next-level sea vistas from all angles outside, you can expect to do some serious outdoor entertaining here with a rooftop terrace to serenade the sunset and covered alfresco dining areas and an outdoor kitchen to lay on a Mediterranean feast. Meanwhile, the private playground and games room will keep little ones more than busy.

Step inside, and this Tardis-like home keeps on delivering the wow factor with elegant bedrooms offering access to outdoor terraces, and sea views from nearly every room. And there are some surprises too. Through an atrium blooming with bougainvillaea, there's a Jacuzzi room for a luxurious soak, and outside, a suspended day bed to dry beneath the Dalmatian sun. And did we mention there's a wine cellar to store your favourite island-grown tipple?

Perched majestically overlooking an oh-so-peaceful sandy bay, you could feel a million miles from anywhere here. But when it's time to dip your toes into island life, the charming town of Milna is just a short drive away. Or mosey along the path leading to the neighbouring fishing village, Bobovisca, for seafood suppers at its waterfront tavernas. It's as dreamy as it sounds.

With vineyards, orchards and rose gardens wrapping around you, you’re truly immersed in nature, the gentle lullaby of birdsong providing the soundtrack to your stay. A Slice of Seclusion

This spot on Brac island locates you just 200 metres from the coves and beaches of Sumartin, where you'll also find the town's easily accessible shops and restaurants. With a swimming pool, sun terrace and outdoor kitchen at the villa, you'll have the perfect set-up for lazy afternoons in privacy after fun-filled adventures exploring the island. Despite the villa being spread across two floors, two of the bedrooms are situated on the ground floor, making it a good option for group members with limited mobility. And while the interiors are admittedly dated, nothing stands in the way of comfort and practicality when staying here. 




Selca Springs

Charming and traditional, this Dalmatian stone house sits in the heart of the picturesque village of Sumartin, within walking distance of the beach as well as some vibrant restaurants, shops and bars in the village centre. Here, you'll find a sparkling swimming pool in the lush garden, as well as a covered dining terrace that makes a great spot to sip on a beer while you admire the idyllic village landscape around you. Inside is warm and welcoming, while a little lacking in space – but with the Croatian sunshine beaming down, you'll likely want to live alfresco here anyway.

Selca's Creek

This beautiful villa is real show-stopper. High ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows and a neutral colour palette mean that it’s bright and airy, the perfect space to chill out in when the temperature is rising. Outside you’ll find a gorgeous pool, which you can gaze upon from the balcony – if you can tear your eyes away from the view of the sea, that is. 

You’ll wake up feeling refreshed from a good night’s sleep – the beds are oh so comfortable. Maybe you’ll whip up a breakfast of fresh fruit and local bread with honey, and take it out to the terrace. As you tuck in, you can plan your day – will you laze by the pool and soak up the sunshine all day? Or perhaps you’ll head to the beach? Brodarica beach is a fourteen-minute walk away and is one of many on this stretch of the coast. In the evening, fire up the barbecue and enjoy feasts on the terrace while the sun is setting. 

After a few days spent sunbathing, swimming and sipping wine, you might be rested enough to explore further afield. Šibenik is a beautiful city, one of the oldest on the Adriatic – it’s just eleven minutes away by car. Meander the narrow streets and admire the cathedral – it’s a UNESCO World Heritage Site. 


Sunbeams & Sea Views 

This sprawling estate, composed of three buildings and a luscious outdoor space, is ideal for groups who want to celebrate together in the sun. Located on the dreamy Hvar, it's the perfect place to kiss goodbye to the stresses of everyday life, and embrace island living in all its glory. 

There's plenty of room here for all your guests to spread out and find their own patch of peace and quiet, whether that's a bench in the verdant garden, a lounger by the pool, or a comfy sofa inside. You'll love the traditional touches, from the rustic wooden beams to the exposed stone walls, making you feel at home right away. Go for a swim on hot afternoons, and let the kids run wild on the lawn. And, when evening falls, the whole group can gather at the alfresco dining area to enjoy a freshly grilled feast straight from the summer kitchen. 

Your host will kindly provide bicycles, making it easy to explore this picture-perfect island, from its villages to the pine forests. The sea is less than a kilometre away, if you fancy dipping your toes in the water or kayaking at sunset. Those who prefer a bigger beach can stroll through the woods to arrive at Soline, which is particularly popular with families. And, don't forget to visit Vrboska – just five kilometres away, it's a historic spot with beautiful bridges stretching across the fjord.
