Spread over three levels, this 5-room house comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests. The upper floor features a spacious living and dining area with a balcony, as well as an open kitchen equipped with modern appliances. On the second upper floor, there are three bedrooms with balconies, one with an en-suite bathroom, and two additional bathrooms. The house is fully air-conditioned and heated for year-round comfort. Guests can enjoy free internet access and use of a safe, iron, and baby cot. There is private parking for two cars on the fenced property. Shops and supermarkets are nearby in Pridraga and Novigrad. Please note that smoking is not permitted on the premises.

Ruby & Stone

If absolute rest and relaxation are what you’re looking for, this holiday home is just the ticket. Tucked away in the small village of Put Ljubotića, this 400-year-old home has been recently transformed into a cosy holiday house. 

The pretty house is as traditional as they come, with wooden shutters, original stone walls, and lush gardens. The open-plan layout ensures that it feels bright and airy inside, whether you’re enjoying breakfast together or lounging on the comfy sofas. 

Outside, you’ll find a marvellous terrace that boasts sea views. This charming home is 330 metres above sea level, so it’s also blessed with views of the Velebit mountains. 

You’ll likely spend most of your time dozing in the sunshine of the garden, revelling in the tranquillity of this rural home. If you do want to get out and explore though, you can stroll to the centre of the village in twelve minutes. Admire the traditional homes and learn a little of the cultural and historical heritage before meandering back for alfresco dinner under the shade of the trees. Duboka Kruščica beach is an eighteen-minute walk, or a three-minute drive – dive into the clear water and feel all your worries float away. 


Green Gate Gardens

This beautiful home is a haven for holidaymakers in Croatia. It’s bright and welcoming, with gorgeous outside space. After a few days here, you’ll never want to leave. 

The villa is stylish and spacious, with enough room for everyone to spend time together and not feel crowded. The open-plan dining and living space is the heart of the home, where you can all chill out together on comfortable sofas or tuck into breakfast around the dining table. Of course, one of the main draws of Croatia is its wonderful weather, so you’ll likely spend most of your time outside, soaking up the sunshine. 

The pool is incredibly inviting, whether you’re a lap-swimmer or prefer to float on a lilo. Sun-worshippers can set up shop on sun loungers by the pool, occasionally dipping a toe in to cool down. The covered terrace is great for taking a quiet moment out of the sun, and the table makes it a marvellous spot for alfresco lunches. Bukva beach is four minutes away from the villa by car. You could pack up a picnic to make a day of it, or head there in the early evening to swim in the sea before watching the sunset. It takes thirty-five minutes to drive to Zadar, and forty-five minutes to reach the Krka waterfalls, which is well worth the journey.
