The views from this apartment make it an excellent option for a base in Ostuni. From the bedroom window, you can enjoy vistas that stretch from Ostuni’s rooftops all the way to the sea. This home sits within a 16th-century mansion that’s been carefully restored into a series of apartments. You’ll have access to shared facilities including an ancient chapel and a relaxation area, and benefit from the high beamed ceilings and traditional style. All three guests will be sleeping in one bedroom, so we think this home is better suited to small families, or a couple.

A Heavenly Hilltop

Located within a sprawling sixteenth-century building, this apartment offers fantastic views from the bedroom and access to communal areas ripe for mingling and relaxing. We love that you are immersed in the building's history  – well-maintained stone walls abound here. While the home can sleep three, we think it's better suited to families, as all the guests are sleeping in the same room. In the communal areas, you'll find spots to read and chat, along with the interior courtyard and bath area. When it's time to explore, you'll find Ostuni town centre a short stroll away.

Beauty of the Hills

Charming, cosy, and central – just how we like our homes. You'll find this pocket-sized pad in the heart of Ostuni, a stone's throw from the landmarks. Spend your days exploring on foot, getting lost in the picturesque squares and meandering along the white-washed streets. The design is a bit more bare-bones than we're used to – for instance, the kitchenette lacks an oven and the main bedroom is open to the lounge – but we're fans of the stone walls and arched ceilings. Besides, plenty of eateries are within walking distance, so it makes a great starting point for sightseeing.

Pale Alabaster

Nestled in the historic centre of Ostuni, this central apartment combines its convenient location with architectural charm. It makes an idyllic spot for two guests or couples travelling with a young child. With picturesque views overlooking the Ostuni rooftops and the Adriatic sea, the balcony terrace offers a sweet spot for an Italian aperitivo in the sunshine. Meanwhile, the inside dining area features a little extra space and comfort if you're planning a longer sit-down meal. In addition, you'll be just 50 metres from the sought-after local restaurants and an array of shops and grocery stores within short walking distance. Plus, the beaches of Ostuni are reachable in eight minutes by car. 





Stay Sweet

Part of a grand 16th-century mansion that’s been lovingly restored into apartments, this home is an excellent base in Ostuni for a couple or a small family. We think at most two adults can stay here comfortably as it’s on the smaller side – the pull-out bed is definitely better suited to children. It’s not massive but it does have heaps of charm, and the kitchen window looks out over the city’s rooftops. You’ll also have access to shared facilities including a relaxation area and an ancient chapel.


A Dream in Stone

Combining Apulia tradition with modern luxury (think whirlpools and wine coolers), this villa is the perfect spot for an indulgent escape. The three separate buildings that comprise this home (including a unique stone trullo bedroom) all connect to the garden, providing both privacy and opportunities for socialising. Thoughtful touches, such as the summer kitchen with its soapstone grill and the outdoor sound system, will make for memorable evenings – and there's no better place to watch the sunset than the rooftop pool. Meanwhile, younger guests will enjoy the outdoor games area with ping-pong and table football. And if you needed a reason to leave the house (unlikely), Ostuni is just a ten-minute drive away.

The Sunshine Palace

One of fifteen apartments in a restored, 16th-century building, this home’s historic charm shines through – particularly with the domed ceiling in the bedroom. And while the kitchen is better suited to light bites rather than extravagant feasts, we think that’s a positive – especially when you have a selection of restaurants on your doorstep. With access to multiple communal areas including an inner courtyard, ancient chapel, lounge and relaxation area, you’ll enjoy a relaxing stay in the heart of Ostuni here. 

Il Lupo Rosso

Fancy stopping in central Ostuni? Boasting 16th-century charm, there's an on-site chapel, courtyard, and indoor pool to share in this building. Given the lack of privacy in the shared bedroom, this ground-floor apartment may be best suited to a young family of three, but it's a great base for sightseers with busy schedules. While the historic sights of the city might keep you close to home, the Adriatic coast is only 8 kilometres away if you feel like a beach day.

It's Just a Matter of Time

This cosy studio apartment is in a 16th-century mansion renovated into apartments. The charm and history of the home have been retained – you can even visit the original chapel, and the coat of arms of one of the first families to own the home can be seen on the front door. Inside, space is limited, and the sleeping arrangements aren’t the most comfortable or private – we think this is best suited to one adult and one child sharing. You will have access to the shared lounge and relaxation area though, giving you a bit more room to spread out. 

The Green Tapestry

Just a short drive from the historic heart of Ostuni, this home welcomes you to a slow-paced Italian escape. Outside, lazy days can be spent lounging by the pool and there’s hammock for afternoon siestas. The terrace features a barbecue for alfresco dining, while the rooms offer tradition, comfort and simplicity. At full occupancy, two guests will be sleeping on the sofa bed in the living room, but this is a great option for families travelling with kids. It’s also the ideal base for exploring this beautiful region – the pretty town of Carovigno and the nearest beaches are within easy driving distance. 

White Hues

This ancient, light-stone property in Ostuni offers big groups exclusive use of a B&B in the centre of town. A breakfast buffet is included every day – best enjoyed at the scattering of tables on the sunny terrace – and guests have private use of the small, heated spa pool. There is plenty of space to dine, but the kitchen is set up as a B&B counter and there isn’t a dedicated living room. Bedrooms are all suites and some have their own seating areas and mini bars. Those who appreciate a little more privacy can bag one of the bedrooms that has direct street access.  

Historic Bliss

This cosy apartment is located in the heart of Ostuni’s historic centre. Meander through the winding streets of the White City, passing local restaurants and bars as you make your way to this holiday abode. It’s a charming home-from-home ideal for a small family or a couple – with four guests staying here, two will sleep on a sofa bed in the living space. We love the traditional whitewashed stone walls, which give a taste of authentic Ostuni living. You’ll have a terrace to relax on, equipped with sun loungers and a table for alfresco dining.
