Nestled within a lemon orchard, this stunning villa is practically hanging off the side of the Amalfi Coast. On the villa’s stepped terraces, the citrus scent of fresh lemons combines with sea salt as you enjoy uninterrupted views over the azure Tyrrhenian Sea. Walkways shaded by twisting grapevines, magenta bougainvillaea and wisteria bursting in purple clouds give way to panoramic views. You’ll find endless secluded spots for dining outdoors, or lounging in the sun. Inside, we were really taken by the hand-painted tiles in every room, bursting with blues, yellows and greens, and the hand-painted details like the decal in the shower, that feel distinctly Amalfi. Rather than facing the TV, the living room’s sofa points directly at the French windows and that incredible sea view and both main bedrooms have their own French windows for a view all to yourself. From the villa, it’s a short walk to the beach at the bottom of Maiori. Here, you can join the coastal walking path that links all the quintessentially Amalfi Coast villages. Or, head out in the car to the town of Amalfi, a fifteen-minute drive away.  

Citrus & Sea Salt

You couldn’t dream up a more central location for this Sorrento apartment. You're just five minutes from the shopping mecca of Corso Italia and even closer to the historic centre. When it’s time to cool off, Marina Grande is moments away for sea swims or make use of the shared pool at the nearby sister resort. Inside, expect crisp, contemporary interiors and a small balcony with views of the mountains and morning sunshine. If you're a group of six, it’s worth noting that two guests will sleep on a sofa bed in the lounge – but for a home this well located, it’s a fair trade-off.

Sorrento Stories

Perched on the top floor with a wraparound balcony and distant mountain views, this central Sorrento apartment has got a lot going for it. A great find for friends or couples sharing, each bedroom comes with a private en-suite, and there’s a sofa-bed in the living room for the last two guests. If we were being picky, the indoor living space feels compact, but there’s space to spill out onto the terrace for those obligatory sundowners. And let’s face it – with Sorrento’s best spots just a walk away (uphill on the way back), chances are you’ll be out and about exploring anyway. 

The Gold of Sorrento

With stunning views of the Gulf of Sorrento, this villa is the perfect retreat. There are several terraces to enjoy the vistas, a private solarium, swimming pool and a garden with a Jacuzzi, wood-fired pizza oven, and barbecue area. Indoors, you’ll find a chic living area and a well-appointed kitchen – your host can arrange a private chef if you want a break from cooking. Two of the luxurious bedroom suites each have a seating area with a sofa bed, too, making them great family rooms. The location is fantastic as well – this home is within walking distance of Sorrento’s lively centre and Marina Grande.

The Pearl of Sorrento

You’ll find this apartment in a peaceful part of Sorrento, close to cafes, shops, and charming bakeries. The beaches and the harbour are a fifteen-minute walk away, and the train station is only a ten-minute walk – this is the perfect base for exploring Sorrento and the Amalfi Coast. There are two balconies where you can sip chilled drinks and enjoy the sunshine. Inside, the apartment is bright and colourful, with an open-plan living space and a well-equipped kitchen. Contemporary and comfortable, this is a splendid home-from-home. 

Seasons of Sorrento 

With panoramic views of the Tyrrhenian Sea, this villa is all about kicking back and relaxing in the sunshine. Shops, restaurants and cafes are found in Sant'Agata Sui Due Golfi, a short drive away, but if you’d like to explore further afield, Sorrento is reached in under thirty minutes. The home boasts a fenced garden (ideal if you’re travelling with small children or pets) and a swimming pool. There’s also a private path around the grounds for strolls at dusk. And to top it off, a cleaning team visits six days a week, so you won’t need to lift a finger. 

Soul & Serenity

Whether you want to soak up the Sicilian sunshine or enjoy an alfresco meal with your loved ones as the sun sets, this home’s roof terrace is ideal. We adore its stunning views over Mount Vesuvius and the Gulf of Naples. You’ll find here a dining table for eight, benches, sun loungers, parasols and an outdoor shower.

Inside this recently renovated apartment, French doors allow plenty of light in. Two of the double bedrooms have access to the main terrace, while the other double bedroom has doors to a smaller balcony, so you can walk straight out in the morning – how wonderful is that?

When you fancy exploring the area, it couldn’t be easier – the beautiful coastal town of Sorrento is a short drive away (it's also easily walkable if you prefer). Alternatively, have a wander around Sant'Agnello or bask on the sands of Spiaggia La Marinella, a short walk away. The train station is just 500 metres from this home, with services to Pompei, Ercolano and Naples, while buses link to many places of interest, including Paestum and the Royal Palace of Caserta.


Torrisi 

This stunning home is situated between the sea and the woods, in a tranquil spot on the island of Ischia. Drink in sea views and vistas of San Francesco Bay, Forio, and Ventotene from the sun loungers, the alfresco dining area, and the other pretty corners of the garden. There’s a Jacuzzi with sea views on the upper terrace, and a path leads directly to the sea. The villa is cheerful and pretty, with splashes of blue bringing the sea inside. 

Ischian Idyll

Tucked into Sorrento's old town, this apartment offers a comfortable space for a large group or family seeking sea and modern comforts. With two kitchens and two living rooms, there are plenty of opportunities for sociable and quiet moments, though come bedtime, four guests will be sleeping on the living room sofa beds. The highlights for us? The large terrace with dining and lounging spots and the location. From here, you can spend days on Leonelli’s Beach, dine in the waterfront trattorias and explore the Piazza Tasso.

Bella Luna

Perched on the rugged clifftops overlooking the Amalfi coast, this home invites you to experience total serenity whilst enjoying the delights of Italian living. 

Consisting of two apartments (each with its own entrance), you’ll find a warm welcome along with ample space for relaxing and sharing quality time together. From the first apartment, enjoy the magic of two terraces – perfect for watching the sunrise with a quiet morning coffee or later with golden hour drinks. 

Follow the views outside and down to the second apartment, where you’ll find an abundant garden inviting you to enjoy rejuvenating dips in the small heated pool, and heavenly afternoons gazing at the views from a sun lounger. Both apartments feature fully equipped kitchens and air-conditioned rooms – setting the tone for a bright and breezy stay by the Mediterranean sea. 

From here, it’s just a short walk to Colli di Fontanelle where you’ll find a small square with a market, gelato shop and bar. And for explorations further afield, the majestic streets of Sorrento and Positano are just a short drive away, while the coast is peppered with tiny beaches and coves. 

Sea Rhythm 

In charming Sant’Agnello, this apartment makes a great base for those keen to experience the quieter side of Sorrento. The atmosphere here is more laid-back, yet you'll still find plenty of restaurants within easy reach. Sorrento's beaches and town square are also just a twenty-minute stroll away. Back home, rest your feet in the breezy living area or snuggle up in the two comfortable bedrooms. We're also big fans of the private balcony. It's small, but it works well for sundowners – and you'll even have a slight view of the sea and Mount Vesuvius.

Sant'Agnello Azure

Just a few steps from Piazza Tasso, this home is in a prime spot for exploring Sorrento. From shopping and sightseeing to sunbathing at Marina Grande (only 600 metres away), you'll be well-placed to get out and about. While there's no doubt we love the location, what we love even more is this home's array of outdoor spaces. The private garden's Jacuzzi is fantastic for unwinding, and the terrace's outdoor sofa and alfresco dining table are ideal for sundowners after supper. And though some parts inside are a tad dated, there's plenty of space for families and friends, even with a sofa bed for two.
