Il Rosa

This charming apartment is based in a beautiful palazzo in Orvieto. The small city on a cliff in Umbria is a great choice of base for those seeking an Italian break that’s a little bit different. You’ll be surrounded by the history and culture of Italy’s bigger cities, but will be able to enjoy a quieter visit. This apartment boasts a petite Juliet balcony where you can look out over Orvieto’s rooftops, the garden, and a 1000-year-old church. The fully-equipped kitchen makes dining in a breeze, and the espresso machine is a big help in the morning.

This beautiful home is located in Nepi, just thirty minutes from Rome. It’s tucked away in the countryside but you can easily see the sights of the city and dine in some of Italy’s best restaurants – you get the best of both worlds here. We love the private pool and the garden, and the veranda is the perfect spot for alfresco dining. The home is located on an organic family farm – this is a rustic base that’s full of charm. 

Blue Sky Vines

This home in a palazzo in Orvieto is a little bit special. The palazzo boasts a wonderfully central location, and looks out over the city and gardens. This apartment has two terraces, plus additional shared rooftop terrace reached via a fairly steep spiral staircase. If you can manage the stairs, though, you’ll be rewarded by the views, which stretch as far as the surrounding Tuscan and Umbrian hills. Inside, you'll get to enjoy the blend of modern and antique decor, which adds to the charm of this home.

Inside, you’ll find all the rooms emanating exactly the kind of warmth and cosiness you’d expect from a rural Italian abode – from the warm fireplace in the main tower to all the snug bedrooms and charming nooks, there’s more than ample space for everyone to have a relaxing holiday. 
Organise delicious communal meals, with a choice of outdoor and indoor dining areas, and gather for evenings of drinks in the garden, just as the sun begins to set over the hills. 

When you’re ready to explore, you’ll find plenty of interesting sights to visit, including the nearby town of Spoleto, full of history and culture. 

My Enchanted Tower 

This is a charming country house located on top of a hill surrounded by trees and fields. It's situated in a traffic-calmed area, 3 km from the centre of Collecorvino, offering a peaceful and quiet retreat. The house has a large shared garden with a barbecue for guests to enjoy. The upper ground floor features a large kitchen, 3 double bedrooms each with its own shower/bidet/WC, and an exit to the veranda with one french bed and two double beds. There's also a large terrace of 30 m2 with terrace furniture, balcony furniture, and 4 deck chairs providing guests with beautiful panoramic views of the valley. The property is conveniently located near several towns and cities such as Città S.Angelo and Pescara, which are only 10 km and 15 km away respectively. The sea is just a short distance of 10 km while skiing areas are approximately 40 km away. Please note that the owner lives in the same residence, has a dog, and does not accept any youth groups.

Casa di Capitano

After a memorable day, you can return to your wonderfully traditional home, with beauty spanning every inch. 

Whispering Walls

This dreamy home has stood in this spot in the countryside of Umbria since the 16th century. It’s been lovingly restored from the farmhouse it was, though its charm and character have been left untouched. Strolling through the warm and welcoming villa, you’ll spot chestnut beams and arched doorways as a nod to yesteryear. 

The villa is tucked away in the countryside outside a small village, fifteen minutes from Spoleto. Umbria is known as the Green Heart of Italy, so of course you can count on wonderful rural views – the rolling hills, olive groves and vineyards that surround this home make for a breath-taking backdrop. Sit out on the upper terrace to soak up the sun and revel in the panoramic vista, before strolling to the heated salt-water pool for a dip. The pool looks out over an olive grove, adding to the tranquillity of the setting. 

In the evening, cook on the barbecue and sit out late under the stars. Sip Sagrantino and feel your worries float away on the breeze. 


Hillside Stone

This compact home is nestled in the Italian countryside, with rolling hills as far as the eye can see. One of four apartments within a traditional stone house and cottage, the building is steeped in history – it was once a Benedictine Monastery and still has a consecrated 13th-century chapel. And when you’re ready to explore the surrounding area, the lakeside town of Bolsena, and the hilltop towns of Orvieto and Montefiascone, are all within a thirty-minute drive.

Built in the 19th century, this stunning Italian country home sits in the WWF Oasis of Pian Sant'Angelo, adorned with greenery, an abundance of natural wildlife, and endless tranquillity. 

Outside, the scent of chestnuts, hazelnuts and olive trees fragrance the air with blissful aroma, while vast grassy lawns colour the landscape and gardens green in every direction you look. Serve up authentic Italian meals in the romantic setting of the alfresco dining area – lunch times out here are particualrly special. Then, spend your days whiling away amid the surrounding mosaic of nature upon relaxing by the private pool.

Located in an area of 254 hectares, you'll be within direct access to nature walks, trails, cycling and horseback riding here – and with every possibility of bumping into the local wildlife, including wild boars, foxes, porcupines, badgers and ducks, to name a few. Meanwhile, by car, you'll also be well-positioned to go on excursions and visit some of the most beautiful places in northern Lazio (a land of volcanic lakes and centuries-old woods). Finally, for a slice of civilisation, head out to the local town of Corchiano, just a few kilometres away, to discover its independent shops and restaurants.
