A short drive from Cannes, this home is an ideal base for exploring the region by car, while also offering everything you need for a relaxed day at home, including a shared swimming pool and sun terrace. Perhaps the highlight of this apartment, though, is the private balconies, which offer tranquil views over the surrounding hills – the perfect spot for breakfast or evening drinks. Plus, golf lovers, rejoice – there's a driving range on your doorstep.

La Riviera

This apartment boasts a wonderful location in central Cannes. Palais des Festivals and the beaches are only a three-minute walk away, with a wealth of restaurants and shops nearby. Gambetta Market is next door, an excellent spot for buying the freshest fruit, vegetables, and regional specialities. The apartment is simple and fuss-free, with a kitchen to cook in if you fancy it. At full occupancy, two guests will sleep on a sofa bed in the living space. 

Cannes Sunshine

The village of Valbonne is just a thirty-minute drive inland from incredible Côte d’Azur scenery like the city of Cannes and its beautiful beaches. It’s also less than twenty minutes from Grasse, also known as the home of perfume. With such wonderful sights and smells in the region, it’s no surprise that this sensational experience continues at home. This loft is set in the heart of the quaint, traditional town. We love its stony exterior with typically French blue wooden shutters, which continues inside. All the interior walls display this fantastic exposed brickwork, with vaulted wooden ceilings and shiny stone floors. When the sun goes down, you can head up to the mezzanine bedroom. Parquet flooring and warm lighting make it feel cosy – perfect for slumbering after a long day of exploring the delights of the town and the coastal region.

The May Rose

A ten minute walk away from the Cannes Marina jetty, this little home is set on a brightly coloured street and is as welcoming inside as it looks from the outside. Minimalist, definitely, but the crisp colour palette further allows the brightly coloured ‘Cannes’ artwork found around the home, to really pop. The large windows aren't just there to let the light stream in – although they certainly do it well – but to also allow you to throw them all open for that French Riviera goodness to funnel in. With the breeze for company, you might get the coffee brewing whilst others go out and find freshly baked pastries for breakfast, but if you’re thinking about dining out instead, L’Alba is a must. The restaurant is a six-minute walk away and sits right on the waterfront. After eating you might even be tempted to stroll the beach. 

Bars and restaurants are dotted all around this home actually, so you’ll never run out of options, but there’s also a shop – or the Forville market – to buy fresh produce if you’d rather try your hand at traditional French cuisine from the well-equipped kitchen back home. Whilst you’re out, swing by the marina and walk around twelve minutes to visit the Croisette casino. This is where you’ll also come across a seaside boulevard home to a film festival site. Explore the many beaches along the coastline, and if you’re up for a day trip, hop on the train and see more of the French Riviera.

Spiral & Beams

Nestled in the hillside hamlet of Bellissimi – yes, that translates as ‘very beautiful’ – this terraced house offers sweeping views across rolling countryside. Inside, it’s rustic and homely with two spiral staircases, a top-floor kitchen and living room, and a private garden with built-in dining beneath a wisteria canopy. You'll also enjoy access to a shared pool and outdoor shower. And the location? This is the heart of wine country, home to some of Italy's most famous vineyards, and only 11 kilometres from the sea.

The Wisteria Townhouse

Sitting on the majestic hillside of Imperia, this apartment opens its doors to an authentic stay on the Italian Riviera.

Set across one floor, the space has been cleverly designed to feel intimate and cosy, making it the perfect spot for couples or solo travellers. 

From the arched ceilings and traditional features to the eclectic styling, every detail of this home sings with a distinctive personality. So whether you’re sipping your morning coffee by the window, preparing a light bite in the kitchen or taking an afternoon siesta, this space brings a wonderful sense of joy to daily living. 

Stepping outside, you’ll find expansive views across the shimmering bay. From here you can follow the winding path down to Porto Maurizio – just a fifteen–minute walk away. You’ll find this charming coastal city is brimming with beachside restaurants, bars and shops, while there’s easy access to the rest of this magical coastline – Oneglia is just an eleven–minute drive away.

Comprising a main villa and garden studio, plus a sprawling pool and a summer kitchen set across a 1,100-square-metre garden, this home has plenty of space for your group of family or friends. Blending rustic charm with contemporary design, the property, which has hosted Hollywood stars and French writers such as Marcel Pagnol, features various hang-out areas inside and out with a piano, fireplace, and hidden doorway adding to its quirky appeal. Just a seventeen-minute walk to the beach and a short drive from some of the Riviera’s most iconic towns, this is the kind of place where, no matter how you choose to spend your time, your stay is sure to be unforgettable.

A Riviera Charmer

Well, those views over La Croissete and the stunning French Riviera speak for themselves, don't they? The spacious terrace is great for soaking up the sun, but it only has two loungers, so you may have to negotiate who gets them if you're a group of four. We love that the main bedroom opens onto the patio – perfect for a morning coffee. Inside, the decor is quite traditional, so it may not suit modernistas – having said that, it's been nicely done. We haven't talked about the location yet – it's excellent. La Croisette Beach and Promenade are just a short stroll away. Or discover all of the chic boutiques and restaurants in the heart of Cannes nearby.

Champagne Beauty

Rub shoulders with everyone from A-listers to oligarchs during your stay at this stunning villa, situated in a privileged position overlooking the Bay of Cannes. The views are truly awe-inspiring, and the house is designed to make the most of them from every one of the numerous outdoor spaces. So whether you're lounging by the pool, mixing your own cocktails at the bar, or soaking in the hot tub, the glistening Mediterranean is rarely out of your line of sight.

Inside, the villa is a mix of classic French styling, more rustic features and all the mod cons to create a Riviera retreat that's the epitome of low-key luxury. And by that, we mean you shouldn't be worried to bring your children along. With six bedrooms and plenty of space for socialising, it's perfectly set up for family holidays and getaways with friends.

If you can bear to leave the villa, there's lots to explore right on your doorstep – from the sandy beaches and restaurants of Theoule-Sur-Mer and the glamour of La Croisette to the beauty of Antibes and the fragrant town of Grasse, everything you could need ranges from a ten-minute walk to a half-hour drive.

Villa Cactus

Every room in this stunning villa looks out over the Cap d'Antibes, so no matter where you decide to relax, you can enjoy blissful sea views. Sunseekers needn't worry, either, as the south-facing garden means you can catch the rays all day, whether from the infinity-style pool, the hot tub, or a lounger – and the garden cabana is the perfect spot for drinks in the evening. The sleek interiors offer ample space for groups to relax, including across multiple balconies and terraces. Plus, you're within easy reach of both Cannes and Antibes, so there's plenty of choice for day trips. 

The Pearl of Cap d'Antibes

Roughly hewn stone, exposed brickwork and tumbling terraces all give the impression this rambling rural retreat has been carved from the Ligurian hillside itself. If you’re looking for somewhere with character, this surely must be it. The layout is a little quirky — the only way to get upstairs is via a stone staircase outside the building — but this only adds to the charm of the place. Delightful stone archways reveal yet another hidden terrace or quiet nook to catch up on that holiday paperback, while grotto-like bathrooms and a cute mezzanine bedroom for the kids add a fairytale quality to the experience. Yet for all its tucked away spaces, this semi-detached home has plenty of opportunities for the more sociable among you. We can see the polished kitchen table becoming the hub of the house — somewhere to gather the grown-ups and bambini alike for a delicious Italian feast while you plan your next sun-soaked day in the hills. Then there’s the sun deck with its outdoor dining area and barbecue, not to mention the pretty garden with panoramic views of the surrounding countryside — best admired from a lounger with a cool glass in hand. Privacy, seclusion and utter relaxation is the order of the day here. Indulge in a lazy lie-in (the bedrooms are beautiful rustic affairs — think exposed wooden beams, ornate bedsteads and fluttering curtains).
